Great place to shop local. Produce is always good and it's the only place to find certain types of almond milk and some dairy free products. I wish they would get the dairy free qui yogurt they have recently added more but none are the dairy free...

Of the 3 full size grocery stores in the area, they are pretty good. Their location is good in being centralized, but bad because their parking lot is terrible. So much so, you can't use carts to bring out your own groceries. They will assist you with your bags to the car though. Selection is rural MN. 20 kinds of summer sausage, 1 hillshire farm andouille. Gets the job done though, and the best donuts in town for sure. Their lunch deli is also quite good.

Always loved this store and management. Prices are much higher since covid. Just had one negative experience lately with an employee in the customer service area. I believe she was avoiding to serve the customers. Kept the lights off and was very short and rude with me.

This store has a great selection of food, and like what they carry for greeting cards. I am able to get the leanest hamburger, which has none of the fat (very little fat). All of the ladies in check out are fantastic.

I'm new to the area and have gone here about 4-6 times. I live on a limited income and receive EBT ( food stamps) and all but 1 time I was made to feel a lesser person by a couple of the more experienced(older) cashiers. I truly felt like I was wasting their time and would have loved to have shared my personal story with them in hopes of educating them on not judging others until they have walked in their shoes. I hope they appreciate how lucky they are to not have to experience people like them in this world.

Very friendly staff. Really great deli sandwiches on their homemade bread. Really good donuts especially the Cronuts. Also if you have a large order they offer carryout.

I like to support my home town ma & pop shops, usually. They need us to stay aflote and to compete against wally world in all. I don't know if there rudeness is instilled by the owner but this store is garbage!! Two thumbs down. With there inflated prices to the instilled rudeness, I will not be back.heres a life jacket though.good luck.

Their produce is fair. The bakery is great and their carry out people are always helpful and pleasant.Parking lot is 'tight quarters'. Their prices on just about everything are WAY TOO HIGH !!! Many items are 1½ to 2½ times higher than the price of most other grocers in our town, Alexandria, Wahpeton, Moorhead, Fargo.Instead of shopping here we go elsewhere and the price difference 'we save' we donate to our local food shelf and/or Salvation Army Meals.

This is seriously the best grocery store in Fergus Falls. The team of employees are terrific, always will to have a little visit & they have carry out service! The shelves are always fully stocked. The produce is always fresh & if they don't have it, you don't need it!! They carried Tim Horton's coffer for a short bit but that is now a thing of the past.

Great hometown place. Everyone should support business like there’s don’t go to Walmart go to local small town family business. We always go there when we are at our cabin.

They have the best tortellini salad I've ever had in my life, I come back multiple times a week for it. I also love the fresh cut fruit cups they sell. Hot lunch is delicious and everyone that works at that counter is super nice. One of the only places in town that sells Bubblr sparkling water. Love it

We are new to this area and this was our first time shopping at this store. I will definitely be back. Loved how bright it was, loved the selection, and prices overall seemed comparible to other places we've shopped since moving here. My disappointment was in friendliness of staff. Not so much as a hello from the sales associate who checked us out or a thank you after we paid. In my mind customer service is a deal-breaker. I would pay a higher price at a store that has a welcoming, fun, energetic.etc staff. We all have bad days, off days, so on, therefore I will not judge my visit on this one time. Perhaps it will be different next time. I truly hope it is a friendly store so I have a new place to shop!

Love this store. Not much more expensive than the "big box" options honestly and it's SO much better. Deli is amazing, bakery is amazing, meat and produce depts are amazing. I would drive across town to shop here before anywhere else.

This grocery store is fine enough, but I'd much rather go to Aldi for produce. Still, I really appreciate Service Market's role in our community. They have great customer service and they're always collaborating with local events. Great people!

I give it five stars for friendliness and interesting selection. Not a good place to buy a 24 pack of bottled water because it costs more than Walmart by two dollars. But the interesting food is better. You can get very good seafood.
