bought a matcha latte in almond milk and asked for 2 kids whip cream/pup cup. Then she asked me for nearly $12... 🙄 She charged me for the whip cream cups, which were huge. I declined one of the whip cream cups because one was enough for 6 pup cups. She didn't refund me and closed the window. The matcha itself was fine. I'd recommend trying out Scooters or Calleys.

Normally I really enjoy the coffee. Today, however, I ordered one of the specials for March. It was a hazlenut latte with Lucky Charms for St. Patrick’s Day. AFTER ordering and paying for my drink, I received just a hazlenut latte with no Lucky Charms. I understand being out, but this should really be told to customers before they have payed! I rarely go out for coffee, but remembered the drink from last year and was looking forward to it. I wouldn’t have purchased the drink if I knew it was missing components. I also should have been charged for just a flavored latte not the special drink. No offers were made for a different drink either :(

Just a suggestion: Add black tea to your menu for customers that, like black coffee, prefer just black tea. The chicken salad sandwich today was less than expected. Would be nice to be able to identify ingredients. Chips were good. I have previously had good experiences with muffins and coffee. May stick to those items.

Don’t go to the new spot on Fir in the morning. I went there every morning for a bit and my drink was made wrong and/or not the right size. I’ve ordered a 20oz, and got less than 16oz in the cup more then once. If the espresso is burnt, they still put it in the drink and gave it to me, which means it’s a nasty tasting coffee. I would’ve given it 1 star, but Ashley was super helpful in making sure I had a good time and got a drink I liked and the downtown spot is a little better (although they still make bad drinks sometimes).

I must say this is absolutely the best coffee and the best service in town! They also have excellent sandwiches, cookies and bars! The staff at this establishment are so friendly and helpful especially Grace! I always leave the drive thru with a perfectly put together beverage and a smile on my face!

Early morning 6:15 am coffee ☕️ is what gets Anders rolling in the morning. The friendly staff at Perks never disappoints 😊 we go dark with xtra shot cream and honey and then ……steady she goes 😎

I would give a 5 ☆ star vote because they have the best coffee in town, BUT the boba tea is not the traditional Chinese/Japanese Boba Tea that adults are used to. Traditional boba tea is made with tapioca Pearl's, black tea and heavy creme (with other flavors). The boba teas they are selling is koolaid with poping perals. Not the fun to eat and savor tapioca in my favorite adult tea with the heavy creme I love!!! So a HUGE MISLEAD on the menu, especially when the manager even admitted she knew what traditional boba is. However she gave me a free drink. So I'm still happy, even though I dont drink koolaid...lol This review is for this drink, not for the coffee at this shop-again the best in town. Being from San Francisco I know good coffee. Still have 5 star coffee for sure. The boba they sell is definitely 1 star for me with 2 added stars for making it right.

It's okay. Pretty much just a large selection of Torani syrups to fill out the menu. It's quick but it's spendy for what you get.
