I like this store. They do the best they can with limited employees. Last time there was no AC. Felt bad for overheated checkout person, but I always enjoy shopping here.Update: Lots of improvements at this store in the past year. Seems to have figured out staffing everything is stocked well and added a new section that offers products prices above the normal $1.25. (still very good deals even with higher pricing)

This store has really been cleaned up, nicely stocked! It is not fair to workers or customers that the air conditioning doesn't work. Please fix it for them! Jamie is doing a great job!

Even when they are busy they greet you and ask if you need anything. I have dropped your score due to the price change. I would normally stop by every ten days and spend around seventy to a hundred dollars but now can buy your products elsewhere for less. 12-05-22 update have resumed shopping here. Need to know your prices. There are many items that can be bought at Walmart and other dollar stores for less.05-07-23 update very busy with extra staff stocking shelves. Aisles were crowded with boxed merchandise, safety issue for customers. Staff accommodating and working hard.

Great place for Party and Seasonal goodies!! The checkout clerk (Eli) was upbeat, friendly and helpful!! Found everything I needed and a few things for me!

It's a great little store and have a lot of really wonderful things although every time we buy any kind of kid toys there they break within an hour of getting them- but I suppose that's to be expected! Definitely not the biggest Dollar Tree that we've been in, not as wide variety... But still a nice little store with polite people who work there.

Was in the fergus falls store today. And the place smelled so bad of cigarettes! So now the items will smell like smoke. And this has happened several times. And ni action is done! Employees were rude about it!!

Great store with affordable prices. My go to spot for a card for any occasion not a huge selection but it makes it easier to decide when you have fewer choices. Plus they have a great selection of candy!

very poor mangement there , the mangers aren't very good at paying there employees there money , plus there not really good at communicating with others. I started working there about, five weeks ago and i was supposed to get paid , but they been really slow at doing it so next week ill be quitting my job and work else where, so if they dont give me my money by Friday i am taking it to court. Also i was supposed to do shelf stocking , there but they let me do cashiering while the mangers did that so its not really fare , but iam hopeful to get my pay check.

Very unsatisfied with the service, there was 3 or 4 workers stocking shelves. I stood at the check out for 8minutes, asked "can someone come check me out please?" No response, a worker came to the counter, took a drink of his drink, turned around and walked away. So i walked out.

I was at the fergus falls location on 12-13-18 . I stopped in for a couple items , I grabbed my items then made my way to the register. There was a young man by the name of Jamie working ( at the only till open ) there was approx 9 people ahead of myself and approx 8 people behind me. Jamie called for help ( the other worker was unable to get in to a till) I over heard them say the manager was late coming back from break ( one of the locked tills was in her name) about 6 minutes later while still in line the "manager" walks in with her McDonald's sees the huge line going all the way to the end of a isle "rolls her eyes" talks rudely to Jamie then goes to the office ( does not assist ) leaves the young man ( who did Absolutley great) alone! This was so disturbing she should not be a manager or even have her job!

My fiance and I were walking into the store when there was this lady coming out the two doors in a wheel chair with a huge box and bag in her lap. These two doors are not light, my fiance and I held one door each and the lady had told us that the two workers had walked into the office talking. After the lady had left we went in and got what we came for and the workers were still in the office until we were walking up to the counter. What I'm getting at with this is the employees didn't seem to care much about their job and need to be friendlier. It wasn't our job to help the lady but that's what a decent human being would do.

Poor. 75 yrs old. Bought 100 worth of canned goods & had to carry out myself. 24 large cans of tomatoes in one box to lift out of cart. Not happy. Manager contacted & got lip back. Not impressed

Go to place for cards, balloons and small items for gifts or celebrations. Cleanliness seems to be a challenge, and it seems cluttered much of the time, but the staff is always friendly and helpful when you encounter them.

Staff are usually friendly, but cleanliness seems to be a problem sometimes. Good choice if you are in the area and would need something cheap, but don't go too far out of your way for it.
