I brought my dog here for the first time after being referred by a friend and I am so happy I did! They did exactly as I asked and Murphy came out happy and adorable. I especially loved the little report card I got about how the grooming session went, a great added personal touch! I will definitely be going back in the future! Thanks Canine Acres!

Love taking my dogs here. They act very professional and kind. My dogs seem to be happy when they come from the back and they always have a little bow on their collar. Very affordable as well. 👍👍

This was the second time I brought my dog to Canine Acres and I was very disappointed they did the entire grooming the opposite of what I asked.I wanted my dogs coat left long about 50% of the length left and they shaved her, I asked that her ears not be cut or even trimmed and they cut them short. I asked that her tail be trimmed yet they cut it short and her face cut with a standard poodle cut with her mustache left long and the sides of her snot shaved and they left her her hair long on the sides of her face so she looked ridiculous and nothing like a poodle cut.They did spend time documenting things like her ears needed cleaning which would have must easier to simply wipe them out.I called and asked if maybe they got the instructions I left mixed up with another grooming job and they said they hadn't and they felt that they had followed my instructions and groomed my dog as I had asked

The staff at Canine Acres do an amazing job grooming my Australian Shepherd, Tango. What's even more important to me, though, is how much they love and dote on him while he's there. As a dog owner, it's the best feeling in the world to have a place like this to keep Tango looking and feeling his best. Thank you, Canine Acres!

If you love your pet at all, NEVER SEND THEM HERE! My dog was SEVERELY TRAMATIZED after bring him here for 2days & needed a vet to give him meds to destress. He hadfaces all over him, Extremely red & sore after cleaning him up when he got home. He was so stressed from the LACK of care, he had EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA & VOMITING for a few days & lost weight. The staff there has NO idea how to care for animals! The staff were EXTREMELY rude & DISRESPECTFUL. They said my dog bite a staff member on day 2 of his stay, but NEVER called to tell us, but, he's still welcomed back...We asked other staff about the incident & we were told multiple stories. None of it made sense. We will NEVER be back! Like I said, if you love & cherish your pet, go elsewhere! And if you look at the reviews posted, they NEVER respond back to them. NICE BUISNESS TACTICS!

First time we brought our Boy Henry in for a wash and cut. We are very satisfied with all grooming and washing performed and so was Henry. We highly recommend Canine acres.

My two dogs were recently groomed at Canine Acres and the entire experience from scheduling to actually having them groomed was great. Jackie was very friendly, informative and helpful when scheduling and checking my dogs in for their appointment. The groomers did a wonderful job on both of my dogs. Definitely five stars!

Canine Acres staff, facilities and grounds are outstanding!! When I stopped to have our pooch Mickey groomed, Jackie, Amy and Hope also provided me with a tour. ALL aspects of their facilities are outstanding. I experienced a friendly staff, saw dogs being handled with care - great care, noticed employees washing windows and cleaning floors, went for a walk on their property while I waited and can't complement them enough on how clean and well constructed their dog runs are, and their grounds are manicured, clean and well laid out. They also believe in dog rescue, fostering and adoption programs and have been willing to volunteer their support. This is a well run shop with employees that care about what they do! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs pet care, boarding, or grooming.

Canine Acres is a wonderful place to bring your fur baby!!! I absolutely LOVE the daycare option and the different packages they offer!!! They get to socialize with other dogs and their staff. My weim is a social butterfly so this is awesome for him. He comes home tired and is ALWAYS excited when he gets there! Highly recommend giving them a try!!!

Dogs were filthy when we picked them up. Soiled bottom on one of our dogs that had been there a while. Same dog had not eaten much in the 10 days I the kennel and we were not notified there was an issue. Lost 15-20 percent of body weight (for a 20+lb dog). No discount for multiple dogs if they are in different kennels. Charges for every little thing (over priced). Not many options in our area so we don't have other good choices.

The reason I am awarding one star is frankly because there is no option for zero stars. provided canine acres with a description of how I wanted my dog groomed with directions to not shave the head region. when I picked up my dog I was convinced they brought out the wrong dog! They shaved her from head to tail very short even cutting her in two places. when I questioned the cut they explained that in their "professional" opion they thought my dog would look better so they made the decision without asking my permission. I asked for a refund and they offered 20% off of my next grooming.Next time my dog needs grooming I will give a three year old a pair of scissors, save money, and receive a better outcome.

Welcoming to all breeds of dogs. Friendly staff and good facilities. Definitely one to look at if you need either boarding or grooming services in the area. It is more expensive than a Petsmart but this is not a chain, so please take that into account.

The best in Kennels. A bit expensive but it's worth it. They treat my Gladys so well and love to see her. Alot of personal attention but it will cost you. Very friendly staff and very clean. A true Spa.

My dog was well taken care of. You recieved a report card when you leave letting you know how your dog did. Friendly staff. Professional looking kennel. Lots of extra things you can do for your dog while they stay.

I take my dog there every 4-5 wks. to get her nails clipped for 5 dollars. It only takes a few min. and they do a great job and put a bow on her collar.

Beware, my wife and I have been using this business for the last year. In the last 6 months there has probably not been a time where we have had a problem with the bill. On many occasions they offered to give us a store credit etc. On Oct 29th we dropped our dogs off for daycare and my wife picked them up at the set time requested. When she picked them up, an employee working the desk said we had a credit and not to worry about it. We didn't think anything of it as we have had so many issues with this business. This past week my wife called to see how much the credit was for and she said she would check into it. She calls back stating that the employee working the counter that day didn't know what she was doing and now we owed $40. Now keep in mind this is not about $40, it is now about the principle. I run a business as to when my employees make a mistake, I don't ask the customer for more money at a later date. It is like going to a fastfood place picking up your ordering and finding out when you get home they accidently gave you an extra french fry. I know that business is not asking for the forty cents next time you roll thru the drive thru. The manager Jackie blamed it on a untrained employee. I am very sorry your employee couldn't work your internal system, sounds like a training issue. At that point she refers me over to her boss, manager or someone who can make a decision. One day later I get a call from Hope, of which there is none because not only does she explain that she will not refund the charge for daycare but stoically says she knows we are good customers and have spent thousands of dollars there this year. I explain to Hope that when my employees make a mistake I eat them and do a better job training. Now Hope goes on the explain that we had a few weeks ago been given a credit for one of our dogs being dropped off a few minutes for early drop off. I believe on the paper it showed 12:57pm instead of 1pm, and she graciously waived the $25 drop off fee. Now keep in mind we have two dogs and they are always together. The other one was clocked in at 1:03pm. Hope or whomever cares about our business, it is not your fault but this is your problem. You have lost my business over this principle I will continue to not only write about my experience but to tell as many people as I can. The $40 could probably be used in training for you and your staff as you have no customer service skills and obviously need help with technology , which is why I believe this message will probably not be read by your establishment. As I said in closing with our conversation on Friday, I am sorry this is your decision. For anyone thinking about doing business with this place, please look somewhere else or if you are currently using them, check your bill. Good luck! Sorry about having to use 1 star as they don't deserve any and it would not let many post anything unless I used it.

Great staff and are very timely in their turn times. Also, take advantage of the Tuesday nail trim for your dog if yours are difficult to trim.....like mine.
