Very inconsistent with their appointments. Took my dog in 20 minutes prior to the appointment and was told to come back at appointment time. (1:00) Took my dog back and was told to come back at 2. Returned at two and was told to come back at 3. My dog was so nervous at 3 that a grooming was not good for my dog.Will never return to Petsmart in Faribault. This occurred 2023 summer season.

Bought fish from this store, not even 3 weeks later after losing 4 of them within days, I called the store to see if they knew their fish were sick. Our two other fish were fine until we added the new fish. They had ich. I was told by Norma, the manager on duty, that their fish were perfectly healthy, and they do not sell sick fish. She explained that it was like a flu for fish, but when I responded that healthy humans don't get sick until they get around infected people, she was speechless. The entire time I was on the phone, she gave nothing but attitude, and was very disrespectful. I will no longer be doing business here and will take my business elsewhere. Good place to buy fish if you want your entire tank to die.

when you call to make an appointment they tell you that it’s walk-in only. then you walk in after driving 40 minutes they tell you It’s a 20 minute wait. You come back after 20 minutes she then tells you she has a 75 pound weight restriction?? Why didn’t you tell me that 20 minutes ago then tells me I should’ve called you only do walk-ins. Why would I call to make an appointment? Waste of my time, effort, and patience!

Made an appointment to get my dog groomed. Was refused the grooming because they said the hair was too tight on the rear legs. Went home and groomed her ourselves. She looks great. Saved 75 bucks. Won't go back to PetSmart.

We needed to put our German Shepherd dog to sleep! It was one of the WORST days of our lives!! We MISS him SO MUCH!!! We called PetSmart and they were VERY COMFORTING about our loss and couldn't have been more HELPFUL! They REALLY CARED!!

I took my dog here today to get his nails trimmed. I had a save 5 dollars on my next walk-in grooming salon service on my receipt. It said no appointment necessary. It expires today so I thought I would go before it expired. When I got there and asked if we could get his nails trimmed they said they don’t have anybody who trims nails today and to come back tomorrow. What a waste of a drive. On there website they should have something that says they don’t do nail trimmings on Sundays. Very disappointed.

Had an amazing time. A woman who works with service animals saw i was buying raised food dishes for my dog because I'm in a wheelchair, while the clerk had me check on the details of my phone number and name, she whipped out her card and said she just wanted to pay it forward and payed for them. There still are angels here on earth.

I’m thrilled with the treatment my puppy had at this store for grooming service. Sadie provided amazing care for my puppy. I was able to watch through the window, which I really liked and now I know how wonderful grooming can be for my dog. The last place I went, I was denied the right to watch and heard horrible sounds coming from my dog. I think Sadie is an Angel, my dog was well behaved while in her care, and this was a good experience versus the trauma he had suffered before! Thank you so much, Sadie

When things are out of stock at other stores, I can always find them at PetSmart. They price match, too. Associates are always there to help. Why even go back for my cat's supplies to that other place?

Had my Chesapeake Bay Retriever bathed and brushed for the first time professionally here and I was very pleased with the results. Onna did a wonderful job and was polite and able to answer all my questions. I also enjoy when they have Santa and the Easter Bunny at their seasonal events for the pets, they are good at what they do.

Exceptional service, went in for a new puppy load up and was shown the puppy discount book which had already paid for itself. Sadly they don't carry our pet food but will def return!!

If I could give them a zero I would. They stole my money and I paid in advance for 2 grooms. They have no proof of this transaction which we made in December and they took 5 and a half hours for a hair cut on my dog. They waited until 330 to call and ask about if they should start grooming my dog when he was supposed to be done at 4 at the latest. I couldn't pick my dog up until 530 that night and my appointment was at 12pm. Then they made me pay for the groom that I had already paid for in advance. If you don't want to be stolen from and lied to, don't go to petsmart.

Always clean, well stocked and organized. The fish selection and tanks are better than most chain pet stores I've seen. The staff is always friendly. This is one of my go to pet stores

Wonderful assistance on help in getting my Clown Knief Fish set up in a great fish tank. My six year old will be so thrilled we did not kill his new fish.... Thank you for your knowledge and help!!! Best decision to stop in! :0)

PetSmart in Faribault does an excellent job with all my pets! This time we requested Courtney to groom our 14 year old corgi. She is the only person we feel comfortable with for our old guy. He’s getting cranky in his old age but responds really well to her. He’s a BIG job as he won’t let us groom him at home anymore. We are so happy to know Courtney is there and will be honest with us about his behavior. You can tell she really cares. They all do!

I don't expect much from PetSmart. It's a chain, you know? And I've seen a lot of bad press on them. But I needed to have my cat groomed. And they were amazing! Rihannon the groomer did a great job-- better than any other groomer I've used. The price was totally fair, and she even gave me practical healthy kitty advice. I was late coming to pick her up, but I caught no flack for it and even had a nice convo with the front end staffers. Everyone cooed over my cat and she was fine with it (she is usually shy with strangers, like many kitties, so I figure her good attitude means they were good to her!). Rihannon is my fave for life. She's amazing.

Brought both my dogs in for a nail trim. Now that doesn't sound like alot but for our puppy it was a frist, and didnt like it when I tryed to trim them. Shes 4 months. My Rustie was the one I worried about. Gets nervous super easy and dont like men. The ladies did Wonderful!!!! I will be back. Amazing job even just for a nail trim. I've also had the best experiences here!

Manger did not know what kind of product they had nor was will able to answer questions I had about different kinds of tanks. When asked if they had stands for the tanks it was we will have to order u one and that can be a few days why have tanks if there is nothing to put them on all they are set up for is selling dog and cat food don't bother going in if u need any ting else walmart would be a better bet
