I don’t know how this store has such a high rating, as we were lied to and nothing was done about it. We were told we had a free upgrade on 3 of our lines. In reality, one line didn’t qualify as it was too old, 1 was half credit, and 1 actually was a free upgrade. Wife also had a free wearable, but they didn’t have it so we were to come back later to pick it up. They called once and left a message, so we go to pick it up and it was sold out from under us, and they refused to replace it. I guess policy is you have 2 weeks to pick up…sure would have been nice if they would have communicated that, but I’m sure they wanted to make money on a free device.I will never return to this store and warn others to really watch what they’re doing. They’ll say things like “your bill will be a little higher this month, but lower the next” when in fact it is higher that month and actually goes up the next too. All they say is “sorry”Their accessories are overpriced garbage too. The $50 screen protector lasted a month before it cracked. Avoid this place!

Luke was very kind and very helpful in the process of helping us set up our new phones and was mindful of our preferences; he also made us feel welcomed even though we stayed a bit longer then the posted hours and was very respectful and patient with us translating and as he answered any of our questions and explained in detail. Nice big store as I was greeted very promptly when I entered. I came in looking for the Flip Z4 phone and they only had one 128 GB on hand when I was actually looking for bigger. After doing a soft check and a quoted price I was told I would have to wait for the delivery of the phone. I had no interest in waiting for the device as the purpose of the outlet is to answer concerns and sell product that's on hand. If I wanted delivery I would have ordered Digiorno......oops....off the internet. Plus side no one tried to stop me from walking out.3/12/24Don't get me wrong the above still holds true... I returned here as Straight Talk and AT&T were giving me the run around and although I be a runner I didn't care for it. So fellar here by the name of Anthony helped me get service at a great price. Thanks to him I get a couple discounts and a Verizon card with a nice cash back bonus to popular stores. So if you be looking to keep your device and turn to Verizon (cheaper than AT&T) this is the place to go.
