Spent over $200 at this store. Even bought a warranty on shoes purchased. Went to return 1-pair that didn’t work for me. Tried on only - never worn. Manager couldn’t find me in the system. Shopped at Show Sensation for years. Found my shoe warranty in my junk email. Receipts found. Store Manager would only do a store credit. I told her that’s why I bought the warranty. I wanted you to speak to someone higher up. Talked to a lady named Frank. They were not going to refund - but eventually did. All this could have taken place in 5 minutes - but arguing with manager and area manager made this an hour event! What a joke! Your store policies crush customer service.

We brought my mother in law in for shoes. My husband went in earlier to see if they had anything for her. The nice young man helped my husband find shoes for his mom. We brought her into the store and he brought the shoes to the front of the store for her to try on so she didn't have to walk to the back of the store. Awesome young man. Thanks for the wonderful help you have

They are crooks, I was talked into buying the most expensive shoe (I work at kwiktrip) and then not even 60 days later she started to fall apart an when I tried to point out that the reciet stated no return for non defective an when shoes fall apart from normal ware not even 2 months this is very defective. An I was still told wouldn't take them back.

A good place to get shoes if you need something right away. They have many different brands but run out of sizes and styles quickly. Prices are similar to what you would get if shopping at JcPenney or Herbergers. You can find some good sale/clearance items if you are lucky
