My sister and I went in at 1125pm after having a rough day and just wanted something quick to eat and go home. When we went in we were greeted right away by a lady we did our quick run in and go kind of shopping. When we got to the register we were in mid conversation and the cashier jumped right into our conversation asked what couldn't you find and had a very nice conversation! Sam was her name! She had the best customer service!! We never know what the next person is dealing with and tonight Sam was exactly what I needed!!! Thank you!!!!!

This place is almost too fancy to be called a gas station. Screw their carwash though, it sucks bad. Don't get yer car even remotely clean. And only one of the vacuums doesn't eat your quarters, so good luck diy cleaning your car there either.

Garbage customer service. 12:06pm, one person working, 12+ customers waiting to pay. Car wash is constantly broken. Staff will know the car wash is broken and will not close it down or tell people in line it's broken. Worst thing corporate did was give them a fryer. Half the food is consistently fried chicken. No one takes it and multiple people I know have had bad experiences with it including me.3 months later still a waste of time to stop. Every other Kwik trip is better. Funny how things like boneless wings are never on the warmer. Almost like they sell so well that the staff get sick of making them and make other stuff to so they have more free time.5 months later Wing Tues? Uncooked wings. What's the shelf life if I buy them at 140 and they are cold but the sticker says 340. Yep, someone put sauce on undercooked or uncooked wings.

Kwik Trip is the absolute worst!! Two giant thumbs down. Their questions they ask are a giant turn off and makes me not want to shop there. How about you ask me how’s your day? Or how’s it going instead of do you have a rewards card? Any fuel out side? Then try to upsell me on the stupid special that no one wants. The last time I went there all I wanted was a couple Powerball tickets and the cashier tried to tell me that someone else was in line after waiting and waiting and the other cashier that came up to help with the long line took the guy off to the side of me. That didn’t make me as up set as the guy who told me the other customer was I front of me. He tried to apologize and say he didn’t see me. I was so irritated with the horrible customer service. Then left so mad. I wish we had a Wawa instead of a Kwik Trip. Ugh…

Always friendly employees and a large variety of snacks, hot foods, and beverages. Good deals and coupons with the rewards app. I love the remodel! I love that they give samples. Thank you Fairmont Kwik Trip!

Stopped and fueled up today. Paid for a car wash. Was 4th in line, with at least 4 vehicles behind me. 2nd wash was broken and then this one broke. Called the store, took 10 minutes for someone to come out. I left, will not go back and will suggest friends don't go either. Rotten customer service. Hope you enjoy the car wash I did not get. I was traveling visiting relatives and friends and on a time schedule. Lost our business and others.

I had breast cancer and I forgot to wear my hat my hair was just coming in and I was so embarrassed. You are employees saw that I was so upset asked with they could do and they gave me a Kwik trip hat so I could not be here so upset or embarrassed . I was so thankful I thought Kwik trip was the best place in the world I have always gone there now to support them because of the wonderful support that they gave me I think you very much for your employees and how wonderful they try to comfort their customers. Thank you so much Sandy Bulfer.

I really love going to this Kwik Trip. There are two older gentlemen that work here; one as a cashier and one as a food product demonstrator. Both gentlemen are also so nice, friendly, and inviting. This is definitely the type of people you want working for a company to be successful! Thank you, Kwik Trip for always being my number one stop!

After I filled the car up with gas at the Fairmont MN Kwik Trip, I went inside to get coffee. It was very busy and all cash registers were in use. As I got up to the counter, I realized I left my wallet in the car. The person at the register didn’t flinch and told me the coffee was on Kwik Trip today. That was awesome!This is just another reason why I will drive an extra mile just to go to Kwik Trip! Thanks!

Went through the car wash and it didnt get my car clean at all. Went inside to complain and ask for a new one and they said I would have to buy a new one. They didnt even come out to see what a horrible job it did. Calling corporate as well, i wish i could leave pics.

Why on earth do they advertise as a gas station by the highway?! This is wayyyy down the road AND I got stuck behind the giant train going 5mph on the way back out. Thanks for the 40 minutes of my life I’ll never get back kwik trip. Take your ad off the highway.

It the only place I go for gas and other things but everytime I’m there the chocolate milk isn’t stocked. Its mainly what I go there for so its a little disappointing.
