After being a customer for 11 months, we are NO longer! Due to extremely icy roads, I was 12 min late to my pups appointment. When we finally arrived, we were told we needed to reschedule. I asked if she could skip the bath and just do a trim on my small dog so she wouldnt run behind. The owner said she needed the full hour for my pup (who had been done in 45 min at previous grooming appts with her!). When I apologized again and asked her to reconsider, she replied with "I live 30 min away yet I was on time". RUDE BEYOND RUDE. Working with patient scheduling myself for over 10 years, I would NEVER dream of talking to a patient like that especially with bad weather and safely in mind. From this experience and previous grooming appointments I would not recommend this business based off the customer service, scheduling and owner/customer relations.
