My dog had torn tendon and needed to take it easy for it to heal. We have wood floors and he would skid couldn't get up very easy. With the virus, and wonderful no place to get a runner. Stopped at Jakes , the wonderful owner wasn't sure if had anything but he found me a 12ft piece just the right sizeAnd at wonderful price Thank you❣❣❣

BEWARE. My parents experience with Jake's was a a headache with a $600 slap to the face.The carpet needed to be in by a specific date as they had company coming. Day 1 the installer had truck issues. Ignoring simple fixes, I get it, things happen. The next day that person had problems again so they sent out another person who brought a friend to help.Neither of the installers seemed happy to be there and my mother ended up helping them remove doors among other things. All with repeated smoke breaks and trips to the gas station for snacks while she kept working.After the carpet was installed, they went to put the doors back on. The person who came to the house, measured everything and sold them on the carpet didn't think to mention that the carpet would be too thick for the doors to fit back on! When they called Jake's to ask what they should do, they were told "oh yeah we run into this 1-2 times a year" and essentially told whoops.$600 later we found someone who could cut 12 hollow doors which we have learned is not as easy as just cutting the bottom off.My parents are too nice to be vocal about a terrible experience, but I didn't want others to get into a bad situation without a heads up.

Bought an area rug that I saw on their Facebook page. I commented on it, was reached out to by the next day and purchased the most beautiful rug that not only is such high quality but affordable and it feels amazing. One of the best purchases I've ever made!! I am so in love with it and get more compliments than I imagined an area rug would bring. Thank you!!
