They treat you like a theif follow you up and down the isles all around the store! At the checkout decided to put item down and walk out cause only one lane open and took forever so I Raye a 1 star

I came in to buy a couple things for the first time and had a terrible experience with and employee. She was rude to me at the register and wasn’t really professional hair was messy and she gave an attitude to me the whole time

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I was SO impressed by the service here. I only had to make a quick phone call, and Trevor found the perfect last-minute gift for my brother-in-law, got it in stock quickly, and gave me a great deal (well below Amazon). He even threw in a bow and a card, and came into work on his day off to deliver it. Bomgaars did all the heavy lifting, literally and figuratively, and I got all the credit for being a thoughtful sister-in-law. You simply will not find better customer service anywhere else.

I used to love that place until today when I received this notice that Bomgaars actually is invading my privacy I did not give them my number nor the right to text me or call me about any kind of rating for them I'd call that invasion of privacy I do not ever want to have business with them again
