Dollar General is a fine addition to the small town. The staff are all friendly and enjoy helping anyone that may need a little help finding whatever they need.Besides the rare instance of shortage due to Covid, I have always seen them well stocked with anything that was needed.The layout is nice and easy to understand, with every section having a wide enough variety where you can pop in and usually get everything you need, but if you are in need of anything special then you'll most likely have to go to a bigger store.

I did a quick stop at this Dollar General on my way to South Dakota. I was warmly welcomed by staff and had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store has almost everything you could think of, extremely convenient

The gentleman that helped us was incredibly helpful and friendly and great conversation. He even brought us a bag we purchased but had forgotten down the road!(thank you!) The store has a good selection of items overall and was clean and well stocked.

This is the small "catch all" store for small towns. (Population 3,000 or less.) You can get bread, milk, butter, baking needs, some meats.Spray paint, socks, cleaning supplies etc. Much needed and greatly appreciated the not having to drive 20 miles to Walmart!

They don't really keep the shelves stocked. It's hard to walk around and find stuff due to restocking carts blocking the way. Very displeased.

Fairfax Dollar General is great. Helpful, friendly and quick to assist you. The store is organized and stocked well. We are fortunate to have them in our little town!

Dollar General should have never moved to Fairfax, it hurt main street and forced the local grocery store to close. Dollar General has led to the demise of main street stores. Dollar General is an EYESORE and a leach on communities.

FAIRFAX, MN is the best DG I've ever been to! For such a small town, they have a great variety of $1 items. More than what there is in my hometown! I'll be visiting again soon!

I shop our dollar store all the time. Am visiting from out of town to this location and stopped by at the dollar general in Fairfax and was tremendously disappointed. It was not very clean, very unorganized and did not carry near the items.

Close to closing time, but was welcomed at the door and staff was very familiar with item location within store without a second thought knew exactly what I was looking for by my description and without a doubt exact location within the store
