As someone who’s suffered from a chronic condition for 18 years and has had prescriptions filled in multiple countries, I can confidently say this is the WORST pharmacy! They are incredibly slow, and the staff is incredibly rude. Most recent example just happened today - I filled my prescription over 24 hours ago, called this morning right after they opened to see if it could be filled today and was on hold THREE different times for a total of 40 minutes without ever reaching someone. My husband then went to the pharmacy and not only were there no customers waiting, but the two techs working were talking/laughing with one another and ignored both my husband and someone in the drive thru for 10 minutes! And once they actually helped my husband, the tech gave him one word responses and then tossed the prescription bag at him. An absolute disgrace. We are transferring our prescriptions to cubs.

Probably the worst Pharmacy ever. We have had lots of instances where they just sit and don't do anything when they get a prescription, and pretend they don't even have it for days. I don't know if they even bother to order things that are not in stock unless the patient gets sick of waiting and specifically asks them to. The automatic system tells you you don't have to do anything if you want to wait for them to get something ready, but that is a lie.

Slowest Walgreens on the planet. I'd give it zero stars if I could. You never spend less than a half hour waiting in line either inside or by going through the drive though. The pharmacists are incredibly slow. It's no wonder is switched pharmacies. The cashiers here (when there even is one) doesn't even care that there's people at checkout. They aren't professional, you probably spend 10 minutes waiting for someone to check you out. You're better off having your prescriptions filled at Cub.

Dropped off prescriptions at 11AM after waiting in line for over an hour. Was told it would be at least another hour to fill or more. I called them at 3PM and was told prescriptions were ready to be picked up and that insurance was ran. I get there at 4PM and sat in drive thru for 20 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Then another 40 mins of the run around to be told that the insurance was invalid and I would need to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance and was told no claims were ever submitted with them by Walgreens and to have Walgreens call them. Contacted Walgreens and they refused. Then was transferred to Dennis who stated that I could drive back to the pharmacy if meds haven’t been opened yet, but still nothing he could really do. He was extremely rude when I asked to speak to a manger or for contact information for the manager.

I thought I would try them one more time to see if they have improved. Unbelievably poor service again! waited on hold for 20 min. and they cut me off. On hold again and have been listening to there is one caller ahead of me for 15 min. so far. Never again!

Had the most friendly and positive customer service experience in the pharmacy via phone today. Wish I got the name of the woman I spoke to, but she was fabulous! And very fast turnaround time to fill my prescription! Great experience.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been a customer here for more than a decade. They are friendly, provide top-notch service and my prescriptions are always ready on time. If I need them earlier I just call to ask, and they are then usually ready within 15 minutes.I won't go anywhere else. They're great!

After six years of reliable script service, I can't use this place any longer. Drive thru is frequently closed or ignored. Scripts that used to take just a couple hours now take days. Unprofessional staff behind the script counter, with few exceptions. I'd give negative stars if possible.

Pharmacy is terrible. I have come to the conclusion after multiple interactions that this store deserves -5 stars. Prescriptions aren't ready, medications are out of stock and they dont' tell you until your third attempt at a pickup ON THE SAME DAY. And they once didn't have someone their for an in person Covid test... during an APPOINTMENT slot that was scheduled well in advance. It was like a Seinfeld episode on pharmaceutical stupidity.

While I understand staffing shortages and long shifts, the pharmacy is often behind, prescriptions are filled incorrectly and sadly the pharmacist is rude more time than not. I was charged incorrectly simply because they did not do their job correctly and then I was treated as if it was my fault. There is another location that is somewhat close. I would suggest going there instead of this location.

Wildly incompetent. They do not follow up with customers if there are insurance issues and just cancel prescriptions and when you call they tell you to call your insurance (even though I have many times). Their systems and proceeses are horrible.

I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for 6 years now and have to say that the pharmacy team is exceptional. From the techs to the pharmacists, particularly Andrew, they’ve always been prompt, respectful and helpful dealing with any problems that may arise in with billing, renewal or any part of the process.Really great work by all of them.

First, the phone tree is designed to disrespect customers. If you ask for an operator, you won't get one if you answer the next question about the subject of the call. You will be transferred to an informational recording. Second, 2-hour COVID test results are not emailed out as promised. I had to call twice and have the resend the test results. Never got them and it wasn't in spam. Apparently its a known problem with their system.

Pharmacy service is terrible. My app says medicines are ready for pickup, and more often than not they are not. I have a card on file for pharmacy purchases and again often I'm told it's missing. Either their system is unreliable or they have some really incompetent staff.

The pharmacy staff has helped me out for years, and always with a smile on their face. The store clerks are always helpful and courteous as well. I do not think I've ever given a 5 star review before, but these hard and friendly workers deserve it.

There is a very rude worker there who shows absolutely zero friendliness. I’m 19 and was standing in line and she said “did you need something..?”, I replied “um yeah I need my prescription..?” Like why else would I be standing in the pharmacy line.. not a great experience with her, ever.

They don’t answer their phones. You wind up stuck on hold with an endless loop of elevator music. A 60-minute wait is typical. Sometimes, the pharmacy actually closes without taking the call, despite the long wait.

Worst customer service EVER! In these crazy times you would hope that essential providers like pharmacies would be more understanding the needs of the public. Instead we were told by no less than 4 employees that they were closing at 5:00 today. Never asking if they could help us find anything or needed any help. HUGE shout out to Brian in the pharmacy. I am a veterinarian and have had a lot of difficulty lately writing prescriptions to human pharmacies and not getting the help I need to provide my clients with the best product. Brian went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the right medications without certain ingredients that I needed for one of my patients. I received multiple callbacks and a wealth of knowledfe. Brian, I am impressed with your diligence and caring attitude. You are truly excellent at what you do! Thank you so much!

Friendly, helpful pharmacists that actually take a personal interest in your particular case. I've never been to a pharmacy with nicer personal.
