I don't get to come in here very often but when I do I'm like a kid in a candy store they have so many items to choose from which makes it a little difficult if you are indecisive like I am and with their prices being low makes it even harder to decide what kind what brand what color the staff is incredible there's always people on the floor if you're having a difficult time choosing what product or what you need their expertise is a great help even if you need to know what aisle something is in they will guide you the store is always clean just a great environment in general really gives off Good Vibes

Good assortment. Surprised they wouldn’t price match Fleet Farm on a 2.2 cu ft bag of peat moss ($16.99 vs. $12.99). In today’s competitive retail landscape, most places are doing everything they can to gain customers and market share.

One employee seemed bothered by a paint inquiry. Another employee was very customer oriented and pleasant. In the end though, no one called me back about my request for colored stain. I went to another TrueValue, and they fulfilled my request.

Friendly staff, local business, With a surprisingly large assortion of inventory for the size. I don't think there is anything that they DON'T sell. Highly recommend. Would shop here any day over the big box stores.

Went in today to buy a few necessities and there were shoppers without masks. I talked to the staff about it and they didn't seem to care. Person I think was the manager on duty helped them check out and didn't say a word. Clearly this store does not care about the safety of their staff or the public. They lost me as a customer forever today.

Staff helpful finding screwdrivers for an unexpected boat project. They also assisted with nasty plastic packaging. Ask for help, you'll get it! The store doesn't know me which is more impressive.

For a small town hardware store they have a good amount of product and staff are very helpful. Prices are only slightly higher and your patronage stays local.
