Wonderful, well-stocked, clean, welcoming local store with delightful people. Sarah, the owner is passionate about animals and has a deep level of knowledge about their care and is so great to talk to.Fido’s is a perfect example of why shopping local is “heads and tails” better than using a big-box or online store. Always easy parking in a convenient location, too!

We have been going to Fido’s Pantry for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The service and expertise they provide you absolutely cannot find at the big box pet stores. I also enjoy knowing I am supporting a locally owned and operated business. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

We discovered Fido’s Pantry by reading Google reviews! We just had our new puppy and we were trying to find guidance on food, toys, collars, harnesses, etc. We went and met Sarah the owner and boy has this changed our world! She is a pet guru! With a degree in nutrition she understand what you should and shouldn’t be feeding your pets and is interested to educate as well! Not only is she knowledgeable, she’s incredibly kind and compassionate. We send all of our friends to Fidos that have dogs. Many just keep driving past multiple big box pet stores to come to Fido’s. Here you will find quality products, knowledgeable and caring staff that truly know your pet. Not sure how to fit that new harness?? They will do it for you. Not sure what dog boots to get so your dog doesn’t look like they are on stilts? They will recommend great choices and also talk you through how to get them used to it! I can’t rave about this store enough! We truly have discovered a gold mine!

I cannot say enough good things about this store! From the day we adopted our sweet German Shepherd more than 7 years ago thru his very last day on this planet, every one at Fido's was so very good to us! The owners and staff are all very knowledgable, have great suggestions if you don't know exactly what your pet might need and ALWAYS provide fabulous service!

I stumbled upon this fantastic pet supply store one day and it completely made my day. The owner was there the first time and she was incredibly knowledgeable, and so friendly!! She was sweet to my kiddos, and helped me find exactly what I needed for our new puppy.The second time I stopped really put my experience over the top, though! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The owner wasn't there but her brother was, and after explaining my dilemma he recommended a couple of products. Then, he proceeded to call his sister to have her talk to me about my difficulties so she could make some recommendations. Thier customer service is outstanding and I will recommend this store to everyone I know with a pet.

I love Fido's Pantry and the variety/quality available. Clean neat store offers visual appeal, and wide spaces to peruse all possibilities. Andy (owner) offers superb knowledge of every product for all creatures large and small. I love how he listens carefully and makes clear, concise suggestions. His prices are reasonable, his staff is well educated on product and everyone carries your bags to the car. The people that work here are absolutely fabulous. They take the time to sit and listen to what you were trying to accomplish for your dog/ pet. They then make recommendations that fit what your dog needs. They are helpful and friendly and will offer free samples if it is something you have never tried before. I ended up purchasing freeze dried raw meat mix. I first tried a brand called Rawbble . I bought the beef variety and only purchased a small package since my dogs had never tried it before. I tried the samples they gave me and then went back to the store a few days later to get a larger bag, but they were out and I would have had to wait a couple days for an order to come in. So I tried a brand called K9 and my dog seemed to love that as well as they loved the other. I also bought fish skins that were twisted, which my dogs totally adore and sweet potato slices which seems to be their favorite of all. I plan on becoming a frequent customer of this wonderful store.

Great place to shop for your pets! Good selection of food and treats, with everything priced in line with the big box stores. Great service and very friendly! They really care! my pups freak out everytime we enter the parking lot. all the staff are so welcoming and treat them as if they are their own. Andy treats his customers with the utmost quality and will bend over backwards to make your experience a great one. Service is impeccable and the quality of inventory is better than any other store i have shopped. Highly recommend!

Done with big box stores after I came here. Totally personalized, exceptional service. They actually know and care about pets! They keep my purchase history so when I can't remember what I used to have or have tried, they can easily tell me. Sometimes they even have my food waiting for me on the counter by the time I get out of my car just because they know their customers so well. Highly recommend!

Especially Sarah who knows my dog, is always happy to see her and is SO knowledgable about everything in the store. She has a true passion for animals and for those that care about them. I'll go out of my way to go to Fido's any time!!

LOVE Fido's Pantry! My neighbors recommended this pet store to me after my cat refused to eat her old food. Pet Smart cannot touch their natural food prices. Not to mention the employees are great. Lucky it is so close to home, but regardless, they are worth the drive!

Fido's Pantry is a rare find. Not only is it stocked from floor to ceiling with high quality items, it is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable folks who can answer questions and make suggestions. They don't stock inferior or questionably-sourced products. I drive past at least a dozen other pet supply stores just to get to this one and it is, hands-down, worth it. The prices are very fair and there are always new goodies to bring back home.

In looking for more quality cat foods for our food-finicky calico cat, the owner at Fido's Pantry (Andy) made some great recommendations for us. He is super knowledgable and asks great questions so he can make the best recommendation. Our cat loved the selection he made. The store is bigger than it looks from the front. Very nice people and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they take to help me with my dog needs. I have 2 dogs one 12 and one 11 mos.( I prefer to use one dog food). Also, my pup has either allergies or a bacterial problem on his chin, which he itches profusely ntil it bleeds. I've seen vets, I have changed groomers.etc...Andy has given me many ideas to contemplate; and with his knowledge I trust him. He has the foods and products necessary to help my dog (if the product is unavailable he orders it for me). Thank you Andy and Travis, you are always so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this store!
