Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful staff! I have a senior cat with very specific dietary needs. Not only was Francis knowledgeable enough to breakdown what ingredients to keep an eye on, he also provided a list of brands that can be found across a variety of pet stores. Will absolutely be making this my pet store of choice! My old man thanks you!!

The 2 staff were more interested in having gossip session then coming out from behind counter and helping the 2 people in their store. Will stick with Chuck and Don's from now on

Hands down, this is my favorite place to shop for high quality pet food and supplies. The knowledgeable staff sets this store apart from all others - I know from experience that I can trust the information that is provided by each and every one of the employees here. In addition, every time we walk in the door, both me and my dog are greeted by name, and the staff makes an effort to point out any current specials or new products we might like, based on their knowledge of our past preferences. Highly recommended!

The staff is super friendly and they have a good selection. Called around to a bunch of places looking for a specific food and they were the only ones who offered to order it for me (also the only ones who responded with more than "no, sorry (click)" A+ for customer service.
