We had the pleasure of staying at Lake Emily Resort again this year, this time we stayed at Lakeside Lodge. What a great experience! From the awesome accommodations to the wonderful service, it was a perfect little get away! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, including a grill! We also loved that we had our own slip for our boat. We highly recommend headed to Lake Emily Resort for some rest, relaxation and great fishing!

We are so thankful to have found this GEM! The owners are a beautiful family that we’re accommodating, flexible and kind. Our pull thru site had full hook ups. The resort was very clean with ATV trails close and right on the lake. The shower house could be comparable to a home bathroom. We were so impressed! Can’t wait to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were at this beautiful resort over the weekend to celebrate our twin granddaughters 2nd birthday. We had the best time ever. There were so many activities for all of us to enjoy. The two year olds had a blast on the playground and swimming, my teenager had so much fun fishing off the paddle boat and the paddle boards and the adults enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach volleyball and watching the kids have so much fun. Cabins were so clean and cozy. I can't say enough good things about this resort. Thank you Lake Emily resort for ALL the great memories. Sincerely, a soon to be repeat customer 🙂

The lake and resort were beautiful! Meticulously maintained and such friendly service. We loved our cabin. Perfect spot to stay with our boys, they absolutely loved all the water activities available, especially the paddle boards, lillyPad and kayaks. I loved how clean and close the beach was; could really enjoy watching the kids play while reading a book in a comfy chair!! We really enjoyed the pontoon boat rental too. Top notch. My husband, 3 kids and a group of friends and their families stayed here. It was so much fun, we will definitely be coming back!!! The owners Zack and Rachael are great hosts, the bathrooms are clean, and the water toys that are free to use were a huge hit with the kids. The kids also enjoyed being able to pick out their own firewood and haul it back to the campsite. I will be recommending this place to other campers looking for a new place to try.

It’s a nice enough place, but definitely don’t bring an EV! I was trickle charging on a regular household (110volt) outlet for a day and a half and they charged me for 3 days of EV charging when I only used $4 worth of electricity. They are not EV friendly and do not understand what an EV charge is. Definitely do your research if you’re bringing an EV!They also blamed me for not announcing that I was “charging” my EV. They charged me $50 for using a 110v outlet, even though I pulled up in my car, asked if they had power. They said nothing to me the whole weekend I was there.They have a hundred other campers with AC, refrigerators, lights galore, and 240v outlets, yet they charge me $20/day for basically using the same power as a circular saw.

Zack & Rachael are excellent hosts! They are right on the ATV trail, in which the “Emily Blind Lake” trail is definitely our new favorite riding spot. We could ride in the resort and didn’t need to trailer anywhere to unload. We limited out on crappies & even caught a 42” northern. Lake Emily connects to Lake Mary & we spent time on both lakes. The resort rents out pontoons (they let us do a 4 hour rental the morning of) which was perfect. Thanks for the excellent vacation! We’ll definitely be back soon.

We stayed in one of the cabins for a long weekend with friends in August. It was super family friendly (toy trucks on the beach, clean cabin, space to run) which eased our worries about traveling with young kids! Our boys loved the water and bunk bed and the adults loved the campfires and yard games! Overall it was the perfect spot to reconnect with friends & family. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I, along with another couple, spend two nights in the duplex cabin and it was amazing! The cabin was so cute and clean! The staff was very friendly and beyond accommodating! We brought our razors and had a great riding weekend!! The lake and scenery was beautiful! Very well kept campground! We love the option of being right on the lake and having the trails right there! Highly recommended and will definitely be back many more times!

We have been coming to this resort for almost 30 years. It just gets better every year. Zack and Rachael have really put some nice family friendly touches on the resort in there first 2 summers here. Family events, outdoor movies, fishing, nice beach, boat/kayak rentals, and even games/movies for those inevitable rainy days. We can't wait to come back every year!

My husband and I came here for the first time this summer and immediately fell in love! Such a beautiful resort with many amenities. The perfect place for a weekend getaway and will be a go to for the rest of our lives! I am so excited to bring up our kids here one day. We love the trails up here for our RZR and it’s so fun to go visit the little town nearby! I would recommend to everyone!

Clean/family/friendly/gorgeousI love love love how kid/family friendly the campground is. The beachfront is beautifully maintained with tons of options- paddleboard/slide/lily pad. First time for us being there and I instantly had that "this is our place" feeling. We will be booking a lodge for a week in the summers and getting on the waitlist for a season spot.HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have kids!

We loved our stay at Lake Emily Resort! We have a little one so the sand beach beach toys, boat rides and playground were a big hit. It’s such a nice, family-oriented space and the grounds, cabins and beach are so well-maintained. Zach and Rachael go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that your stay is comfortable. They even booked a DJ on one of the Friday evenings we stayed! Highly recommend booking here!

We LOVED this place as soon as we pulled in! The lake was amazing and the views as well! My wife I and some family brought our RZR’s up there and rode the trails around Outing/Emily and we had so much fun that we are planning to go back again this season. They keep there cabins Very Clean! They were very helpful and understanding (truck alarm kept going off… sorry about that). I would recommend everyone to go stay at this little slice of heaven!

Zach and Rachael are the new owners to this family resort. They made our stay very welcoming. We stayed in Abigail's favorite cabin. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the Eagle's soar around from our deck. We can't wait to enjoy this resort again.Thank you Brielle, for singing happy birthday to me too!

The owners of Lake Emily resort are so accommodating and very friendly! Rachael plans fun activities for the kids like a scavenger hunt, a bike parade, or a fishing contest. You can be sure it will keep the kids entertained. There is always something to do at Lake Emily Resort. They offer paddle boarding, kayak and they have pontoon rentals! The beach is raked every morning and kept clean for everyone's use. If you ever have an issue with something at the resort Zack is always there to be a helping hand. I highly recommend staying at Lake Emily Resort!

Lake Emily Resort was everything we expected and more. This resort is located on beautiful Lake Emily in northern Minnesota. The resort is well maintained and that is due to the hard work of the owners Rachel and Zach. You can tell they love what they do and it shows.The cabins are clean and well taken care of and sit right on the lake shore.There is lots to do, especially for the kids. There are kayaks and paddle boards and a paddle boat, water slide and raft. The beach is sand and the water is shallow.If fishing is your thing, the resort has boats and pontoons to rent.This resort will be on our list of places to vacation for years to come.The picture was taken off the deck of the cabin we stayed in. 😊

The amenities the offer that great as well, a ton of water sports, and self serve firewood. The facilities are very clean, as well as the campground! We will definitely we back for another vacation!

Our family rented 2 rv sites next to each other Monday to Friday. Resort owners were very nice people. Sites were larger than most, shaded and pretty level. Grandson and I caught plenty of sunnies and a few crappie off the docks, entertainment size. Th his is pretty much a seasonal campground, but we had the place pretty much to our selves. Will stay again.

Our family has been going to Lake Emily resort for years. This is a very well kept resort with an awesome fish cleaning house. The playground and beach area keep the kids busy for hours. The Wifi is a very nice bonus! If I could give it six stars I would.

We will be going on our third year this coming summer. We go to fish, but ther is so much more to do if the kids get tired of fishing, or if there is a rainy day. The couple that run it are very sweet. The cabins and the grounds are very well kept. We love the camp dog as well.

We LOVE Lake Emily Resort!!! It’s family-oriented and a fun resort for all ages! I’m from the cities and happened to find out about this resort after visiting family one random Saturday. That’s all it took for me to fall in love with the place! My husband and I now have a seasonal site and absolutely love every moment of it! It’s literally our 2nd home and we’ve met so many amazing people and friends so far!The new owners, Rachael and Zach are beyond amazing and super friendly! Wonderful hospitality all-around! They are on top of it to ensure all of the guests and seasonal people are well-taken care of. Rachael is always thinking of fun activities for everyone to partake in. Upcoming event: Tie-Dye shirts…I’m super pumped!They provide on-site restrooms with showers, fish cleaning house, pontoons and boats for rent, along with paddle boards and kayaks, beach toys, and a great store to purchase resort apparel, supplies, and even ice cream! There is a playground for the young kids to play and also a volleyball net! The Lilly pad mat is a huge plus as well!We look forward to our weekends here and even those extra days off during the week to sit back and relax while watching the beautiful sunset over Lake Emily all while making long-lasting memories! We absolutely love strolling Lake Emily or taking the channel to Lake Mary to fish or just enjoy a nice day of swimming and sunbathing. Great for fishing off the docks as well to catch some crappies, sunnies, bass, perch, or even northerns. If you have an ATV/UTV or bike, bring them along! They have great trails in the areas!If you’re looking for a fun-filled camping experience, this is your place!! I highly recommend!!
