Visited the store in September and was greeted and helped when we came in. Our purposed was to find good dog boots since we had previously purchased 3 other brands from pet stores with poor results. Purchased a set from Sundog Sport in September and been very happy with the results. Have used these on pavement and trail during cold days and snow days, and have held up great. Double straps do a good job keeping them on our Beagles feet, and they don't show any signs wear, and keep our dogs feet dry. Nice product and very good price.

Was really excited to buy some dog boots from this vendor after a recommendation. Unfortunately, after just one outside play session with my labradoodle, the most durable boot they offer was damaged and had holes in it. I tried reaching out to the vendor who asked for photos to be sent in (which I did), and then after that they went silent (despite my attempts to reach out to them a few times for solution). Disappointing product and customer service.

They have the best dog booties! Ive tried so many different brands and they all bother my dog and fall off of her. These boots don't seem to bother her at all and the double straps keep them on her the whole time she's rubbing through the dog park or going for walks.Her paws were cracked and bleeding so she couldn't play outside until I got these. Now sued back to daily park visits!

These guys make great products. My cousin and I have their Food Packs and a friend has one of their No. 3 backpack. They've held up very well over the past few years on our Boundary Waters trips. Our food in the food packs have never gotten wet on the inside even when we've gotten caught out in the rain while traveling. We even got caught up in the blow-down storm on 7/21/16 on Back Bay. It was one of the few trips that we hung our food pack and it withstood 70+ mph winds hanging from a tree. Amazingly the food inside the pack was still dry and intake. Can't say the same for our gear and tents. Already got my eye on the Squall 3 tarp for our next purchase.
