Came in looking for something to hold our tomato plants up. Found the most affordable options thanks to jimmy h! Who was also so nice to show us the ducks and turkeys in the back. My 1yo took a liking to jimmy and he carried him around for me while leading us to what we were looking for. Thank you jimmy!! We will be back for the wire fence!

I've been here 3 times over the last 2 weeks, and I have to say there's a lot of improvement needed when it comes to customer service. Half the time, no one is standing near the front counter to be rung up. Needing help out in the yard having trucks getting refills on propane blocking the way for anyone else to get in and out who may be trying to buy something. The employees dont give any sort of direction to keep traffic moving in and out of that area. Maybe coming on weekends is better, but during the week, there are either not enough employees staffed or management is not paying attention to what else is going on in the store.

I needed a drill bit set that looked like a mouth for my dad's Christmas present. No one had any so I called this store and Mark got one shipped from Canada!! He needs a raise right now. Everyone in this store was very polite and helpful. I'm extremely happy and so is my dad. I will gladly drive 45 minutes just to shop here again. 10/10. Mark you are the best!

Bought two pairs of the ridgecut composite toe boots there are cheap today I was run over by a skid steer shattered the composite toe in it but the boot saved my foot no broken bones I know people say you get what you pay for but being a single dad and finding good boots is hard I called and told them about it and they sent me a brand new pair will buy them again and again thank you

Went there yesterday. Thinking they had a item I wanted still out on shelf that is seasonal. What they had was different than what I wanted. The sales rep went above and beyond. To get on store computer. Within minutes the item was ordered and I got a message this morning that it was already being shipped. Is so great being in the company of sales reps that go above and beyond to make customer feel like they are nu.ber one. Kudos to 100% satisfaction.

So, background... I came up in Kansas, a real agricultural state that grows wheat, corn, milo, and if you were me hay, alfalfa, horses, chickens, and a number of other animals. So, when people in Kansas go to our local farm supply store and purchase a product and pay additional for assembly, we expect when that item is delivered said product will be ready to function at our facility. Now fast forward to today. When I go to a place called Tractor Supply Company and purchase a little implement, and I PAY for assembly. I expect in MINNESOTA a place where every male over the age of three should know how to properly assemble a SNOW BLOWER! (Or said male has any right to reproduce fully revoked forever unless he moves out of state). Now I know if I contacted the store some manager would probably offer to have it redone if I bring it in. But I'm not going to mess with the trouble of loading it up and bringing it in when I paid to have it delivered to me once, then I have to worry if the job gets done right the next time or go through the same trouble again if it's not set right a second time. And yes, it would be nice to have my money back, but I don't want that. If you fine folks at TSC could look in your record and find out who the guy was that assembled my snow blower, then take out your camera and make a YouTube video of someone walking up to this man, slapping him with an open hand, and removing his man card. I'd also appreciate it if you could mail that to me so I can shred it personally.Pictures below are of the blade of said snowblower. You can't move snow when one side of the blade is 1/16 to an 1/8 inch in the air and the other side the corner of the blade is digging into the ground!

I’ve always liked this store a lot and the customer service until yesterday. A woman working named Courtney was extremely rude to us. I am not happy with the way we were treated by her at all, she needs a lesson in customer service.

Logan the manager was the best. Helped us with a Cub Cadet zero turn mower and made the transaction effortless. Amazing help and this store is amazing!

Nice staff members who are always ready to help. Items are easy to find and the new girl Sandy is nice and sincere about asking how you are and if you found everything ok. Amazing how little things like that matter. I will be coming steady.

Only been here twice but both times I have been helped above and beyond by the employees! Got to be honest this has become one of my favorite stores to visit! Keep up the great customer service guys. Its a ways from my home but I'll be glad to bring my business here anytime.

Always friendly, helpful and professional at the elk River tractor supply. I've been going there regularly this past year and I've never had a bad experience. They are a great alternative to some of the smaller more expensive stores with a huge selection of products and awesome staff. I get my duck food at tractor supply and the woman who works that department goes out of her way to make sure I've found what I'm looking for and she took the time to educate me on raising and feeding ducks. Great place!

Credit card machine is always acting up but they are always stocked with stuff for the most part and the prices aren't too bad. It's the real man's mall. Fleet farm says that but that's TSC to me.

Completely worthless store. Go online somewhere else and wait a couple days with free shipping. There were a bunch of employees and not that many customers. But, I'm not sure if the employees could help anyways due to their lack of inventory knowledge.

I went here to pick up pine pellets for cat litter and that went well, but why two stars? PANDEMIC PEOPLE! There was an employee central store without a mask at all. While in the nut and bolt aisle an employee entered and started yammering about how some customer left bolts on the floor. It’s a pandemic, I want out of stores that aren’t managing risks well, so I stopped looking for bolts and asked where the hydraulic supplies might be and turned to look at him. He had is mask off to talk to me the whole time! The register clearly had her mask dropped well below the nose and also yammered to me about how someone messed up her sock display. I couldn’t wait to leave the joint. Why ask us to mask up to enter the store if you don’t enforce it among your employees? Part of managing risks when I shop is that the store will follow the same protocols. Lousy.

The management and employees at this store are Awesome they actually care about the customers . My wife was stuck her truck died and I was at work it was cold they got her a cup of soup and tea until the tow truck got there after hours. Also the manager checked on her tried to jump her and said if she could do anything else for her. Now that's great customer service.

Greg, the manager is great and very knowledgable. He knows where everything is off the top of his head, and knows a lot about many types of products, he's a great resource. The full time check out lady (with reddish hair), could be a bit more pleasant, she always seems like she'd rather be some place else. This TSC does carry almost everything I need, yet the store is compact enough so you don't feel worn out running up and down long aisles.

I recently bought a Bad Boy zero turn mower from the elk river MN store. I went about a month prior and checked them out and found some issues with the one they had on hand. One of the employees Jermey was was great to deal with he understood my concern with the one they had on hand. So Jeremy ordered me a new one from the manufacturer and he personally put it together himself so he could stand behind his sale. I was very pleased with my experience at this store.

Just bought wood stove pellets to be used for small animal and cat litter. Most of the bags were ripped and spilled all over. I found a bag that wasn't ripped but it was covered in sawdust from the other bags. Also the cashier had a mask under her chin which is so disrespectful since I was wearing a mask. If a customer is checking out and is wearing a mask the cashier should too. If a customer isn't then thats fair game. I will never be shopping there again. I'll just go to Lowe's since they sell 40 lb wood pellets for $5 too and I bet they wear masks and keep their store clean.

Wow. I was giddy from the array of items found here! I was able to find the pine pellets for cat litter & enzyme cleaner plus much more. Defnitely shop here often! Side note to reviewers Frank & Kayla upset about no masks: firstly there is and never was a pandemic- if there was would we need to be reminded 24/7 by every media outlet, Google app, website, phone carrier, on-hold recording, in-store announcement etc known to man? No we would not. We would be eyewitness to undeniable evidence in our families & communities. I wont get graphic. Secondly look at the science, do the math. Thank you.

Place is the best unlike any other just didn't have any latax gloves of any kind I was bummed. Normally a five star plus store staff was helpful even found where they would go in the shelf. Suppose more covid 19's fault than anything.

I get my some of my chicken stuff here. Like the sweet pdz. I put it under my chickens roosting bars. No smell in my coop. It's "made for horses" but works well for chickens. I also got my mud boots there. Love them. I've gotten so many people compliment me on them all the time.

Love it. My son works for a landscape company and is always in need of hard working gloves and Tractor Supply Co. has the ones that he likes, and fits him better. So we have been going there for years, but this time we have made it our store for his own benefit, as he also cuts grass and helps the neighbors with their own landscape. Tractor Supply Co is there for his needs.

I shop at Tractor Supply often. Im happy they are here. I'm NOT happy that they don't take COVID safety serious. If cashier's are wearing a mask, it's under their chin. The woman who appeared to be the supervisor did not even have one on. I had a cart loaded but decided to leave it because of no concern for COVID safety by the store employees. I'll shop elsewhere until COVID is over. This is the first store review I've ever written..

I received the best customer service I've had in a long time here! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, and they were quick to point me in the right direction.

Not a very large store so manuevering around with a flat cart can be tricky but they have a large selection of products. They also carry the feed I need so that's a plus. Over all it's a fun store to be in (they were out of chicks already though), and they have a lot of things you need for a garden or farm.

They are not pet friendly as they advertise! I brought my dog in because the cashier wanted to see him, while another "off duty" employee approached my dog from behind and without asking crouched down and reached out to him as the cashier was giving him a treat. In the blink of an eye he turned his head and bit her hand, leaving one puncture wound. She (they) sued me for over $15,000 and Farmers then dropped my pet liability insurance on my homeowners insurance policy. I now have to pay for my dog insurance separately!

Most all the employees were great. There was 1 lady who was not very helpfully. I tried to ask a question and she said she would be right back, but never came back. I did find what I was looking for though.
