This is Lily. We love the wonderful job the groomers do at Chuck and Don's in Elk River. They are very caring. Lily is an 85 pound Great Pyrenees. They have never once shaved her in the 10 years we have taken her here. They do an excellent job with her long thick hair!!Thank you ladies !!!

Stacey is an incredible groomer (and person!). She is patient and kind with our boy (he is a mill rescue that was in an awful place for 4 years before we got him). He came to us almost feral- he has come a long way - emotionally and physically - with Stacey’s help he has transformed into a beautiful Westie!

Very friendly staff! Nice clean store with great inventory. Conveniently located near my grocery stores, bank, post office, etc. No appointment needed for nail trims. They love dogs!

This store is THE place to shop for all your pet needs. Chuck & Don's staff get to know you and your pet. They care about giving you the best quality products with proven results. They have great sales and rewards programs to give you great discounts. And by shopping local at this Minnesota company, money spent at this store goes back into our community - not a large corporation. C&D also have great grooming services. Saving a dollar or two is nothing when you are building the Elk River community. Oh and, they have adoption events and fundraisers for local rescue groups. I can't say enough about our wonderful kind C&D neighbors. Thank you for being a part of our community.

Got my 5 month old puppy's first grooming today and it went great! Thank you Stacy!2024 - I still go here for grooming. Leilani does my dogs hair cuts its usually around 100$ for 20lb dog. Would recommend!

We started going to Chuck & Don's for our Trixie and Tyler's dog food and other things that made it into the cart. Our dogs are older fellas and love it when I come home with treats and toys for them as well. Chuck & Don's is convenient for us and I enjoy the coupon savings they offer as well.

Staff is very friendly and always loves to meet your pet! Prices are a little high, but they have great products, not cheap stuff. Get on their frequent customer program for coupons/events. The Elk River location has a redesigned pet washing self-service which is convenient, well designed facility and a reasonable cost. It was $35 for a 5 pack of washes last time I went in.

I just had my dog groomed, hair cut and bath. My golden retriever looks and smells wonderful. I’m super happy with her groom, and I’ll be sure to go back again. Great job!

My boy is quite difficult to bathe at home as he has A LOT of hair. We love the chuck and Don's dog wash, very easy to use plus they have a dryer so you dont have to leave with a sopping wet pup. The staff is always very friendly and loving with our babies

Ashley was so helpful with picking out my pet supplies for a my new puppy.Michelle seen my puppies nails where sharp and clipped them a little bit for me.I love the customer service here. This place is amazing! The employees are very knowledgeable. They are knowledgeable about what my dog's needs are. I am so glad the sales associate knew what my dog needed. Now that he is on the correct food I know I cannot feed him chicken or grain. No more puking or itching.

Puppy play time is great for pups under 6 months. They also have self dog wash, little pricey but if you dont want to dirty your own bathroom it's good.

Pricey, limited selection obviously- the store itself is small. However Staff is great, there are a few reasonably priced items for people on a budget and most importantly- it's one of the few stores in the area that stock high quality food in store. Pretty sure my doc would die without his beloved Fromm Crunchy O's
