My dog is so traumatized that she drags the staff to the back and comes out wiggling every where. Will only go here unless away from home or move. Great place!! Called explaining my dog was sick and throwing up. Very lethargic. Asked if there was any openings today. They said they're very busy and I could get him an appointment for 3-4 weeks from now. Like thanks I guess I'll just cross my fingers and hope he doesn't die.

They are inexpensive, accommodating attentive and wonderful. I had an important business phone call just as i walked in and I knew if I let the phone go I wouldn't be able to get the answers for work! It was nail clipping time for my big old pup and they immediately saw the stress in my eyes and they quietly got my pup from me said it was totally ok and off they went and they were back before I was off the phone(long winded boss). They are great over here! This was our 3rd time with our big old lady pup and she did perfect this time. No accidents!! They really do their part for your fur baby. Life gets hectic and this place knows that! Thanks for being there!

We had our dog swallow a key fob with a lithium battery, we called an emergency line that connected us to Dr. Kendra, but she didn't reply back for almost two hours.We had to call the vet emergency line again for her to pick up after another 30 minutes. When she did, she told us that she wouldn't do anything until we consulted the pet poison control line and hung up.We tried to consult them only to be told it was 95 dollars just to talk to them, immediately after we found out it was a lithium battery and tried to call her back.We couldn't get a hold of her until almost 30-40 minutes later and she told us that she wouldn't do an x-ray, even though she had been telling us lithium is going to eventually kill our dog, because she didn't have anyone to do an x-ray with her.We wasted almost four hours at that point instead of going to an emergency room because she kept telling us our dog would be fine or she wouldn't because it might be lithium.The service we received from her was condescending and horrible, if my dog had died due to her not wanting to do anything she would've been responsible.Everytime I got a call from her finally, there was always people talking and yelling in the background and she would rush through the conversation, don't bring your pet here if you don't want to risk them dying.

Staff is super friendly and genuinely caring. The vet tech took the time to let my dog get acclimated to her, so that she could collect her sample without stressing him out too much. I appreciate that, even though they were booked solid for a week, they made a time slot available to me during an emergency situation; keep in mind that I was a first-time customer. I will definitely be making them my primary vet care clinic.

So caring helpful you would think that it is their own animal that they are treating. Great prices and information on all your pets treatment. Love the email reminders and postcards. I would,will, and have recommended them to everyone looking for a vet. I will never use another vet! Dr Rachel is our vet but we've also met Dr Kendra and love them both!! I had to call here to set up an appointment because my hometown vet was closed. I called 5 minutes before closing, but this lady was rude. She did her job, and I realize it can be frustrating to wait another 5 minutes to set up and appointment... However, it's not a good reason to be rude. She mentioned twice that they were closed at 5. It was 5:03 when we disconnected.

Very nice clinic. Have been taking very good care of both my dogs for years now. Everything from tick disease to surgery on broken back leg which my dog still uses. Friendly staff & reasonable prices.

The Greiners and Lake Region Veterinary Center always go above and beyond to help their customers, both human and furry. I know people who come from many miles in every direction to bring their animals here for superb and reasonably priced care and service. I had both my cats declawed here for a fraction of the cost of Minneapolis, with newer and better technology, too. Highly recommended!

We took our dog here several times because he had a terrible cough that wouldn't go away. First they took x-rays and said it was bronchitis, when he got worse they just gave us more meds the next few visits, then they said it might be lung worm or a fungal infection in his lungs and took more x-rays and gave us even more meds. They said if my dad would just let them do a blood test that would cost even more money and take a couple weeks to get results they could probably figure out what was wrong but my dad didn't, and they said there was nothing else they could do unless we took him to a specialist in the cities. We took him to the vet in Morris, MN once just to get a second opinion and they did x-rays and found a tumor in his lung. How was that not noticed at Lake Region? Thanks Lake Region for letting my dog suffer and making us force meds down his throat that weren't even helpful to what was wrong with him.
