The Staff at Wag ‘n Woofs are outstanding! Everyone here cares dearly for your pet and treats them as their own. Our pup has been attending daycare here since he was 10 weeks old. We’ve moved across the cities and I STILL bring my dog here even though it is out of our way. They keep a clean facility, have cameras to check in during the day, play with the dogs and interact with them all day. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my pup.special shout out to Molly as she goes above and beyond to make sure our pup is well looked after. She makes our pup so happy and we’re so happy knowing she’s there with him when he attends daycare! Thanks Wag ‘n Woofs staff for being so amazing and for all the work you do!

Everyone at Wag ‘n Woofs is the BEST! This over protective mom had never brought her 10+ year old pup to daycare 1 day in his entire life until his rambunctious brother entered our family. Both of my dogs are in heaven there. Their tails start wagging the moment we enter the parking lot. On days they don’t go, both sit by the garage door crying. The staff at Wag ‘n Woofs truly care about the pups & their overall well-being.

Calli, my 7 year old sheepadoodle has been going there for two years. She has had the full range of services: daycare, boarding, grooming and training. While Calli has gone to other training classes , her leash behavior was less than desirable since Covid.Jen taught me to "read" Calli more which translated to Calli paying better attention to me.What dog owner doesn't want that?I trust them implicitly !

We love Wag N Woofs for our beagle's daycare. They know him by name, and he feels comfortable resting or playing. I frequently watch the daycare cameras, and the areas are always clean and supervised. Size groups go outside frequently, but our low-energy dog doesn't get too overwhelmed or worn out.

My dog, my husband, and I all LOVE Wag n Woofs. I feel so safe sending my dog here. She is always happy to arrive and still wagging her tail when I pick her up. The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about the dogs & the business. The pup cams, monthly newsletter, and their Instagram are all great and make this small business special - I love being able to see images of the dogs to know they’re safe and having tons of fun. I also love that they have a groomer on site so I can ask for a nail trim when my dog needs it, and the service is taken care of while she’s at daycare that day. Supporting small businesses is fun when you find a gem like this one.

We have done training with Jen for both of our dogs and HIGHLY recommend her courses!! Jen is extremely knowledgeable and kind. We love the small class sizes and Jen really takes the time to get to know your pup so she can provide you with the best tips for their personality/behaviors. She even incorporates training on routine cares for your dog (ex. nail trimming, vet visits, medication administration) which makes a huge difference on a dogs confidence with these tasks. If you are looking for quality training for you and your pup, look no further!

We’ve been taking our pup to w&w for the last two years. Everyone there always treats her with love and care. She can’t wait to get inside to see everyone when she arrives. She runs in and doesn’t look back every time. It’s a load off our minds to know she enjoys her days there so much.

Affordable, lots of dogs and cameras to watch your dog at daycare. People can be trained better to handle excited dogs. Also would be nice if business incorporated a fun activity for dog rather than let them walk around all day.

Great doggy day care. Always greeted right away and they always call my dogs name right when we walk in. They know the pets to owners very well so when i walk in they automatically call up the right dog and they get a personal connection with the animals. My dog loves going there 2x a week every week. This place is good price compared to other doggy day cares near by. It's also right off 169 which is so convenient. The staff really knocks it out of the park here!

Awesome place! Very clean, smelled fresh, other dogs looked relaxed and handled professionally. The person who was at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful and professional. Best place to take all my fur family too!! Thank you guys for all your hard work. Reading other reviews I feel some might have mistaken you for a different shop?Appreciate the work groomers do or owners should maybe learn to groom their dogs themselves...since they obviously know best. Keep up the hard work you are appreciated!!Also owners brush your dog at least a few times a week. Don't leave the coats until they matt or pelt then mad their dog needs to be shaved. That is our job between grooms. I read that alot, on how their dog, who owner never brushed, got badly matted then had to be shaved due to the health of the dog and skin. This is why the groomers have to make that hard choice to do what best for your dogs health and safety...vs the style you expected...again brush your dog often then.. So simple, brush your dog regularly and don't take it out on your groomer.I just have read it in reviews and even at shops seen customers being so out of line at a groomer yelling/blaming them for what really is the owners lack of at home grooming care. And again want to remind owners they can groom their own dog if they think they can treat someone doing a service to help your pets. But the truth is it is our job to keep it up in-between grooms. So the reviews that are just attacking this shop need to find better ways to address their entitlement and anger...like not using reviews to take it out on businesses. It is so petty.I feel a reminder to us owners that brushing/grooming jobs, we are responsible to do. And if we don't we have to blame ourselves not the groomer who isn't the owner responsible.

Hi I am a new pup mom and wish I knew how to look for doggie day care more efficiently. I just wanted to share what I learned. Do your research and utilize the pup cams most places offer. If you have a puppy check all the rooms. Puppies tend to get more love and freedom than other rooms. Check multiple days at different times of the day to pulse the energy of the place.I ended up signing up my very active pup for two day care wag and woof and pampered pooch and my experience were very different once he graduated into the big boys room. I will preference that my pup is 10 months and a handful thus the need for day care in the middle of winter. The reason I chose both was the availability of half days and the other weekend hours. As noted the experience was very different. My pup had behavioral problems at wag and woof where in recent months they kept putting him in 45 min time outs. The last incident was he had zoomies and could riley up the other dogs he also show aggression towards another dog who wanted to play. Both times he was corrected as he should be but I believe the actual problem lies in his ability to release energy in the daycare room. What I saw was a lot of over correcting and dogs walking around sitting and sleeping. Anytime the large dogs were playing they were corrected not to. I’m not sure how they are suppose to get out their energy this way. This is why I highly recommend checking out the cameras before deciding. I am pulling my dog losing money in the process. He look so sad on the camera when I check in on him today. This was not a fun place for him. Also I believe they will say it’s cycling behavior it’s not when you chk through out the day and see the same thing. I also think it’s worse with some handlers vs others. He is not a bad dog he just wants to play, have fun and be a dog. The other facility truly likes my pup and is excited to see him. He always comes home tired and anytime I chk in he is playing and having fun. They also correct his behavior but never place him in a kennel let alone every time he is there. So confused by the difference.I’m sure wag and woof has their reason for keeping such a controlled environment but it was not the right fit for us.Good luck on your search!

We love it here! Owners are great and they've made a lot of fun changes recently - we love the photo ops and grooming options! All the staff are kind, attentive and seem to really love what they do. Cant ask for better! My doggo comes home happy, tired and is always excited to go to daycare!

We feel like we hit the jackpot with Jen L. the trainer and wag n' woofs! We signed up for puppy socialization class and quickly saw the caliber and care Jen put into every session. We started at home training and Jen was right on time, taught us something new each week, while reinforcing what we'd already talked about. What a great start for our family and our new dog. Now we use Wag N' Woofs for daycare and boarding and we couldn't be happier. Every day our pup is happy and exhausted from all the fun! Best yet, we know she's getting the care she needs and more. THANK YOU!

I would absolutely recommend Wag 'N Woofs to anyone considering a doggy daycare. My dog Dutch started coming here in March after a bad experience at another facility. He comes two days a week and loves it so much! The owners are incredibly involved and know all the dogs by name. The daycare leaders are all very sweet and hard-working. I trust them completely and can see how much they all love dogs. They are very flexible and accommodating and it is easy to get on the schedule. While daycare time is not training time, I have noticed my dog's socialization habits improve as he has attended daycare. We also took a training class at Wag 'N Woofs. Ashley made class accessible and fun and offers great practical advice. Dutch is very happy here and we will continue using their services. Highly recommended!

Jen Laskewitz, the trainer at Wags n’ Woofs, is extremely knowledgeable about both general dog training and husbandry alike. She explains the lessons clearly, so everything is easy to understand despite her going in depth about every subject. I left her lessons feeling very confident about performing the homework with my pup outside of class. She is very kind and helpful when making suggestions/personal recommendations during class. She takes her time making sure all her students understand/can demonstrate a command before moving on. The homework plans you receive via email are easy to follow and are helpful if you forget anything along the way. I would recommend printing them out and making a booklet of every lesson so you can look up any of the lesson plans in the future. I would highly recommend bringing your dog here for training, as it is affordable and quality training. Her own dogs that she uses to demonstrate lessons are not only very well trained, but extremely adorable!

W&W is a great place to bring your pup! Our pup comes weekly for a little play time and he is always treated like family. We have also used the boarding service when we were out of town during the holidays. He had a great time and we would not hesitate to leave him in the loving care of W&W again. Great place for your pup!!

We have loved Wag 'n Woofs for both training classes and daycare. We completed two training classes (Beginner Manners and Freak on a Leash) and loved the small class size (4-7 dogs depending on the class) for individual attention and questions. Trainer Jen is so knowledgable and accessible for questions via email outside of class. Her expertise truly shows! We also take our pup to daycare regularly twice per week. We love that we can check on him on the webcams and he always comes home tired from a day full of playtime. We like that they have an outdoor space and regularly take the dogs out every few hours. The staff are all so friendly and know our pup by name when we walk in. Highly recommend Wag 'n Woofs!

I was not impressed overall with this facility. We were looking for somewhere closer to home, coming from Bloomington and using Dogtopia. We were used to interactive staff, rest time and a meal break. Wags n woofs does not allow for scheduled rest time, charges you a fee to feed your dog and the staff members working the day we brought her in were on their phones all.day.long. We check in frequently on the cameras and almost every time they were just pacing around or standing in a corning watching their phone. Not engaged or paying attention to the dogs at all. I guess you get what you get for the cheaper price. I'll continue to pay more and drive to Bloomington Dogtopia.

What an amazing place. We take our dog there 2-3 times a week for socialization and to burn off some energy. It's been a godsend with our busy schedules and the cold weather.Ashley and Ryan are incredibly hands-on owners. You can tell they truly love the dogs and love what they do. Jen, the daycare manager, is awesome as well. It's a relief knowing that my dog is well taken care of and has a second family at Wag 'n Woofs. When he hears the word "daycare" his ears perk up and he gets excited. He leaps out of the car every time we pull up!If you are considering Wag 'n Woofs, don't hesitate. Your pup will receive awesome care and have a great time.

First off, the smell of the place is repulsive, which put my little dog on alert immediately. All the other dogs who came in were also clearly on edge. The person who met us was, instead of welcoming and helpful, dismissive and arrogant. Obviously a bad day for her and an obvious sign that this was not a good place for a member of my family. I left at once.

Wag n woofs is the absolute best! We've been taking our dog for daycare once a week for over a year, as well as a few overnights, and we have had nothing but fantastic experiences! All of the staff are so friendly, and we are always greeted by name when we drop off and pick up Louie. He is so excited to go to daycare each week, and comes home tired from a great day of play each time. This is an extremely well-run facility that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for daycare or overnights!

I LOVE Wag N Woofs, but most importantly so does my dog! The staff is so incredibly friendly. We first brought our Rosie when she was 11 weeks old. By our 3rd or 4th visit, Rosie was already being greeted at the door by name! I love being able to check in on her on the cameras. Rosie jumps out of the car and drags me to the door every time we pull up! I’m even able to get her nails trimmed while she’s there at an affordable price. The daycare prices are already affordable, but they also give you more ways to save if you can pick your dog up in 6 hours or less or pre paying for packages. I cannot say enough good things about you guys. Thank you for providing a safe and fun environment for my dog!

We've taken Zeus here since he was a puppy and he still gets excited every day he goes. The staff at wag n Woofs is remarkable, not only do they take the time to get to know you and your dog but they treat your dog like one of their own. We've done training and boarding through wag n Woofs and both have been excellent experiences. I can't speak enough great things about wag n Woofs and the team there. I highly recommend wag n Woofs to any dog parent looking for a safe, reliable and fantastic daycare!!

I am that cautious mom who has trouble trusting most people with my fur-babies, but Wag 'n Woofs makes me feel comfortable every time I walk through their doors. They have an amazing staff that truly cares about each and every dog that comes into their building. I cannot imagine bringing my girls anywhere else. I have also started training sessions with our youngest puppy at Wag 'n Woofs and have been so impressed with how great their classes are and how knowledgeable they are about dogs! I highly recommend Wag 'n Woofs to everyone!

I was nervous about our boxer puppy’s safety around all sorts of other dogs but not anymore. She loves going; there is always an employee on the floor of each of the four sections monitoring their interactions. We can watch her having fun through web cameras. We, also, love that ‘Wag ‘n Woofs’ helps to support foster dogs.

Our dog has been going to Wag ‘n Woofs for just under 2 years and we absolutely love it! The staff are so caring and you can tell they truly care for our dog while in their care. We moved and it’s further out of our way but I continue to drive him there because of the staff and how they treat my dog.

I, and most importantly my dogs, love this place. The dogs always come back tired and I can tell from comments that the staff knows them and they pay attention. This morning I called at 5:30 am one hour before opening to hear the recording to see if they had openings since it was -10 air temps. To my surprise Lydia answered as they were already getting ready for the day. Fortunately they had openings which is rare and I got my two high energy dogs in. I go out of my way to drive here and I trust them with my dogs. The whole team is awesome!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Wag 'n Woofs! Most importantly, my pup loves it here. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he can't get in the door fast enough! It has been fantastic with socialization, and it is great being able to trust that my puppy will only have positive experiences at this crucial time for development. This is largely because of their consultation with each dog that passes in, which was complained about in the only negative review posted. Trust me, it is necessary and makes me rest easy. Each pup needs to be up to date on all vaccinations as well which most places require, but Wag 'n Woofs takes age into account unlike many other places, so dogs too young to get certain shots can still come and play. The staff is utterly fantastic, and knew me and my dog by name after the first day--which was free, by the way. They are so confident in their wonderful establishment that you can try them out at no cost. Also, many in the staff foster dogs as well as having many of their own and are active in rescue programs, which let's you know that they really care about dogs and making them happy. They interact wonderfully with the dogs and help with training as well. I credit Wag 'n Woofs to aiding in crate training (since they eat lunch and have nap time in a crate), name recognition, and general politeness (he has to sit before they open the door for him to leave) on top of the socialization with other dogs. They offer more than just daycare too--I've tried out their grooming services, puppy classes, and overnight care, all of which are fantastic. Depending on the time of the year (holidays, etc.) you can have your dog boarded fairly last minute, which is very convenient. The puppy classes are very informative, helpful, and cheap. Not only has my little guy learned good behaviors and obedience, but he has made some great puppy friends who he gets to see at daycare.Last but not least, the facilities are well maintained and cleaned frequently. There are multiple floors for the dogs to separate them based on size and age, a great outside area for the days with nice weather, and always at least one staff member on each floor to supervise. They have a dropcam webcam for each floor so you can watch your dog play! They also update their facebook page frequently and will post adorable pictures of the dogs.I am so glad I live so close and heard about Wag 'n Woofs! I don't ever want to go anywhere else for doggie daycare.

I find it hard to write this review and hopefully can make this constructive rather than negative. I brought my puppy in for a day try out a couple weeks ago and I was really disappointed by what I witnessed and the demeanor of my dog when I picked him up. I appreciated that I wasn't charged for the day's service but I do not think I'll bring him back to W&W because they did not deliver on the service and promise made on their website. My observations during the day were primarily of a staff person walking around the kennel mopping the floor carrying a spray bottle on their hip. The kennel itself is a warehouse with stark white walls and grey painted floors lit with high pressure sodium lighting. Inexpensive and utilitarian, for sure, but more suited to growing indoor plants or fixing cars than raising healthy pups. I observed no personal interaction with my dog, and very little with other dogs. No toys other than a tiny child's play set which was not used or played with in any of my checks. No fun being had anywhere. Just dogs walking around aimlessly with little to do. There was only one little cot for a dog to lie down and otherwise there was the concrete floor to walk or lie down.Unfortunately my little guy came home very tired bit clearly had lost his spark. I think the balance between rest, play time, and educational enrichment is lost at this kennel favoring highly unstructured play time and nothing else. I feel off writing this review about a local business who seems so we'll liked and patronized. Perhaps my standards are different or unrealistic...this is my first dog.
