Only here to speak on how great the grooming is I want to shout out Natalie and Malcom they groomed my shih tzu and Aussiedoodle. 10/10 it’s the best haircut they ever had it’s been hard finding a good groomer in Minnesota every body cuts choppy or shave dogs. Down both of them did their thing 🙏🏾

We found our cat, Bruce, here! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff gave us time to spend with the cats without making us feel rushed while we decided. We had a very pleasant experience.

Major Warning!PetSmart decided today to call and tell me they will No Longer Have A Human stay overnight in the pet hotel with the dogs. Dogs will be left Alone from 10pm to 6am! After 4 years as a customer of the pet hotel I am extremely disappointed. My dog has been staying there for 3 years and is comfortable there. However, I am not comfortable with this policy. Now I have to change his world because PetSmart wants to save a few bucks. Price was never a problem. Very sad.

I have been going to PetSmart for grooming for five years. The specific one in Eden Prairie for two years. For the entire two years, I’ve had an issue almost every time, most of the time they skipped something that was in the salon package. This most recent time was the worst. I took her in for a walk in nail trim, and was waiting about 20 minutes in the grooming lobby by myself, waiting for someone. The service took less than 5 minutes, and she didn’t come back with a bandana like the service said, so fine, I’ll ask for it. The groomer felt it was an extreme hassle to go to the back and grab one, trying to avoid my question of asking for one by telling me how cute my dog was. I thought we were done and I headed out. I didn’t notice until she jumped in the car and I went to pet her, but I had her blood all over my hand. Her ear was bleeding profusely. I ran her back inside to see what happened, and at first they couldn’t find the groomer. It took a while to find her. She proceeded to tell me that she noticed it and *was* going to say something at the time of pickup. But she didn’t. Very unprofessional groomer. The manager said there was nothing they could do because “they only touched her paws”. Not even an apology or help. I had to get the cashier to give me paper towels to clean up. I’m very unhappy with this interaction and the unprofessionalism of the staff here.

I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. Beth is great. She has assisted me on multiple trips there. My favorite location from here to Brooklyn center

All employees were helpful in our quest to find a bigger home for our dwarf hamster, Oliver.We were looking at the Habitrail connectable cages for the ultimate habitat for him.An amazing employee started to ask if we were buying a hamster that day, nope, we replied,our dwarf hamster Oliver needs an awesome new crib much bigger than the starter one he's had.The employee notice is ooohing and awwwing at the connectable Tiny Tales eclectic houses, she said she thought there's a fire truck cage way up on top that's on clearance.She got up on a ladder and brought this ginormous habitat down.It was clearance priced for 51.00 I believe and some change.Oliver was stoked to run around all over exploring his new bachelor pad.It's easy to assemble, lots of cool ways to interact with your hamster, a cool pull out storage for his snacks and of course like the box indicates, working lights for when duty calls.The best customer service ever and scoring that fire truck was fantastic and made us happy to get it home ASAP.The employee helping us out certainly went above and beyond her duties.It began with grabbing us a larger cart to fit everything inside.They also asked if we needed assistance bringing it to the car.❣️🐹 We politely declined and raced home to surprise our happy lil guy. Thank you!

My family has trusted petsmart to watch our dog on seven occasions in the past 4 years. Recently, we tried to schedule a stay in Eden Prairie where she has stayed before.They called us back, and said she could no longer stay there because of “aggressive behavior.” They didn’t say anything when we picked her up! She’s a lab Carolina dog mix. This dog is very friendly and affectionate. I remember the employee that was there when we picked her up…… the interaction between her and Sundance made it pretty clear, she hates my dog!? Didn’t know why, found out later. “Aggressive behavior”. Apparently we are now blackballed from petsmart. My dog is actually very gentle, but she doesn’t live with other dogs. I don’t know what happened, but my best guess is that the employees have less common sense than some of the pets. Oh, where will I find someone to give wads of cash to watch my dog? Anywhere, really. We decided to work with local people that watch dogs at home.

I have a prescription for my dog's food and I didn't realize it was expired the manager was completely rude almost acted like I was trying to steal the product!!I will NEVER go to this store again. if you need pet supplies I would research other locations at a minimum

went for her first puppy grooming appointment earlier this afternoon. she was super cute and fluffy beforehand. after ONLY asking for a trim around the eyebrows and TRIMMING on her paws, private areas, and belly, this is what we got. they shaved her face straight down to her skin and gave her a receding hairline it looks like. obviously she’s still our little puppy, but we will never be going back to them. totally did a BOTCHED job. so angry

Horrible experience with the adoption center. We adopted our cat a few months ago, and when we signed the adoption papers, we were told he has runny poop. We didn't think much of it. We went home and it was full on liquid. We look at our cats file and he was treated for worms and given medicine for it. We were not told that at adoption. I was very frustrated and called the manager and she was fine at first, but when I called back a few weeks later she was very hostile saying "why are you even calling me, it's not on PetSmart anymore." Our cat continued to get sicker and we had to wait for an appointment at the vet. We went in thinking it was just worms again and he ended up having Feline Leukemia. We are appalled that PetSmart did not check up on this before we adopted. It is also extremely contagious and we had to give our other cat to our family and separate. We called again and again, the manager was distasteful and had zero empathy for our situation. I am disgusted that people like her have management positions. We have only had our cat a few months and learned he will pass early. I do not recommend adopting from here because they do not take care of their animals. Never will step foot in here again.

I always take my pet here. everyone is very friendly at the dog grooming salon. But this morning August 14, a lady was working at the hairdresser's from, I don't know what her name is, I just know that she is unkind to people, I just know that she has a tattoo on her arm, I tried to contact her, unfortunately I couldn't understand I tried to use a translator for everything she said and she was quite dismissive and she didn't answer me and he sent me to another department. For this reason I will not buy or attend to my pet in this place again, they should have friendly people who are empathetic with people and be considerate to customer who’s primary language is not English. I don’t really appreciate that an employee did with little empathy made me leave the store in a bad light. I hope this thing won’t happen to other customers.

I adopted a young cat from here. I had also purchased some cat accessories. The entire experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and made the whole process effortless. Each member of the staff was polite and courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to anybody wanting to adopt animals. A very good overall experience and the new kitten adapted well to its new surroundings.

I am so incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this location's grooming services. I booked my appointment weeks in advance to ensure my dog could be groomed before a big event when I had family coming into town. I waited SO LONG and then the day of they cancelled on me. They apparently couldn't help me out and look at other stores to check for appointments, and they apparently are so short staffed they couldn't get anyone to cover for their groomer who backed out. Avoid yourself the grief and find a groomer who can actually follow through.
