Great price and service. I brought my 4 month old German Shepherd for two nights. The first visit, you get 1 night free, so I only spent about $35. Last time I brought my pup somewhere, he took some major steps back in potty training, but this time he actually improved! He also doesn't bark as much when I leave him in the kennel at home now. The only worry was that he smelled like pee when I picked him up, so you may want to have them bathe your puppy if you're gone for a few days.

I dropped my dog for just a few hours. I was happy to have a safe, cool place for my dog. There was alot involved but I understand I suppose. Long hold on the phone to get thru to talk to someone. I guess everyone í short staffed. Thank you to Pets Hotel Eden Prairie.

We've taken our pups here multiple times and always have had a good experience! I can't speak to other locations, but this one's staff has so far been excellent (2019-2022)!

Not a hotel.. Cages for pets..dark and dank..cancelled my reservation..yanked my pets quickly away and so disappointed as it was no more than a kennel..grooming took forever to walk over and inspect my pets. The only bright side after 9 hours to get there was the girl in check in. My dogs were scared..a huge dog barking non stop next to the. And no better cage to switch them to. It was awful..My dogs are my babies and never live in surroundings like this. For $600 for 6 days I said no thank you

1st time was great2nd time they "misplaced" the car carrier saying I didn't bring on3rd time the pad for the carrier went missingI am becoming increasingly disappointed
