Stephanie is so caring and sweet towards our dog. Our dog tends to be anxious after we pick her up and she has been in good spirits when we pick her up and after. Stephanie also does a tremendous job with the cut and grooming. No missed or long spots. Very satisfied. She is the reason we still take our dog to Petco for grooming.

Happy with our experience at Petco. Groomer Stephanie did a very nice job and our Bella looks super cute. I misunderstood the pricing and thought it would be cheaper, but I'm ok with it. A lot was done for the price.

We stopped in for a nail trim on Wednesday afternoon expecting the usual drop-in service. However both groomers were busy and behind schedule. We made an appt for Thursday morning and returned at that time. No complaints. We received excellent service.

My dog is Maltese/Border Collie mix. She had long silky hair but it was so thick. I had thought that I requested about an inch to come off but there were no feathers left on her legs, no skirt at all and it was quite short. Buzzed with a clipper rather than a scissors. She was not matted at all. How would one groom a Maltese? or a Border Collie? I don't think their bodies are shaved down. She is still adorable and probably enjoys the short cut in this heat. But I was very surprised when I walked in to get her. Otherwise the appointment was fine.

This was the first time the groomer was able to dremel all her feet and she only whined once. The nails looked and felt great and Nyx was so happy too. Definitely will be coming back! Sharon was amazing!

She did an awesome job on both my dogs, listened to what I needed done, and even though she was short handed she did an excellent job. You people need to hire more staff to work in the grooming dept. so they are not so short handed.

Stylist did her best but dog was nipping when got the face. I would have been pleased if the dog was bathed. She did attempt to bath☹️ dog however I was not charged full fee which was fair.

The Petco could use some remodeling compared to other Petcos I've been to. Petsmart even has theirs updated. They have a play time on Sat. I cant imagine crowded it must feel. If ur looking for a small pet store. Service is pretty good. This is it. Prices may run little higher than normal. Good option to have.

This time Eden Prairie didnt do good nails for my pet..ita still sharp and scratches when he plays. I am upset after paying monthly the service is poor.

Great prices for dog haircuts! The groomers asked lots of questions beforehand to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted the haircuts to be like, which was great.
