I went looking for a harness that my 12-wk Pug puppy wouldn’t be able to escape from. Sarah initially helped me, then I was helped by Charlotte, who is also the dog trainer there. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and caring that we got the best product for the customer ~ who was my puppy. When checking out, Sarah was awesome as well, making sure we’d found everything we were looking for. I’m looking forward to my puppy and I attending the Puppy Training Classes taught by Charlotte, as after meeting her I know they’ll be excellent! Thank you, Peter, for having great employees! Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days. ❤️ 🐾

I love the Eden Prairie Petco. If you need help all of the associates, are knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and ready to help you with all your needs. The store is always clean. Peter, Sara, Erin, and Sara just beautiful people. I also get my vaccinations, and grooming done here. The salon is awesome. By far my favorite pet store.

I had okay service while here. Despite there being only one other customer in the shop,I was barely acknowledged,employees were busy communicating about the fish as if there was some sort of online rush they were engaged with although I'm doubtful. There's something very aged looking about the shop, tinged tile flooring. Perhaps if they moved the fish closed to the front of the store,it would add more vibrant color...just a thought. Only Glow fish betas sold here.

I have a Pomeranian and I took it for the first time to be bathed and cut first of all I showed a picture of the cut I would like and the grommer person said he could do the cut, my dog ​​was there for almost 3:30 and when I I saw her use the machine on my dog, as this breed of dog should NEVER be used with a machine, only cut with scissors. It's absurd what happened. This place should be shut down for lack of professionalism!!!! DISAPPOINTING

Our dog loves Petco. Every time we go it's a sniff around the entire store. She especially loves the large bone selection and occasional free treats at the checkout. I'm almost always able to find what I need and the prices are good.

Never have an issue at this Petco. Employees are always super helpful and always show me where the products are that I'm looking for. Even when they are understaffed and the cashier is the only person in the store...they are still able to point me the right way.

My Mini Bernedoodle’s coat has never looked so amazing! The manager of the grooming department did such an amazing job with my puppy! She took time to listen to my requests, get to know him and exceeded my expectations! His coat was so fluffy, soft, shiny and smelled so good afterwards…I can’t wait for his next grooming session!

If you are looking for fish supplies, go here. Dakota knows his stuff. Also, they price match with ease at the register. Just show a lower online price and they’ll match no questions asked. Great store!

I don't live near Petco so I don't shop this brand often. It was a nice store, clean and well organized. Some prices can be a little high but service is great and they have good sales. Would recommend for someone looking for dog toys, treats, leashes and more.
