We had the best experience at Pet Evolution! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick the perfect personalized length for Winston’s first haircut. The staff also provided me with great education on their products, so I could make an informed decision when buying bones, treats & food for my pup.Winston had the BEST experience here and is loving his new look & snacks from the shop! He has a whole new personality and is looking forward to his next haircut with them 🐶🐾😊

I absolutely loved the service here! The employees were very kind and went out of their way to ensure any concern I had was addressed. This is our first puppy/ dog and I was walked through the different kinds of food that could best suit princess. I was very happy to see princess came out looking good.I have no complaints the only thing is I went in with the idea that princess would get a little bandana after her cut, because I saw many places do that. But that’s no biggie.

The staff was friendly & attentive for the first self-service bath with my puppy. Much more enjoyable than home bathing. It was such excellent service that I purchased the membership. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about my grooming experience at Pet Evolution today! First, a groomer answered and help me schedule a same-day appointment even though I called before their business hours. She was so friendly and helpful. My groomer, Taylor greeted me and my samoyed, Sweet Pea and Taylor carefully listened to my concerns and requests. I have an older, anxious dog and sammies are already hard enough to groom as it is but I felt so good leaving her with Taylor and her helpers! I couldn't believe how fast they bathed, groomed, and dried her- it only took about 2.5 hours and that has to be a record for this breed let alone an old girl who doesn't do great with baths! Sweet Pea looked absolutely amazing when I picked her up and she was in a happy mood! Normally she is trying to bolt from her groomers but she LOVED Taylor and her crew. They did such an amazing job and took great care of my girl! They even took photos of Sweet Pea and sent them to me! I will absolutely book here again! :)

just wanted to thank pet evolution… i accidentally reserved in ep instead of chan and was 30 mins late. they treated my dog with empathy even though he was snapping and freaking out…. my dog got a great hair cut and we weren’t shamed for my dog having a “moment…” this will now be my groomer for life… much appreciatedbefore and after below

Harrison did an AMAZING job on our mini poodle Walter. This was his first groom since he was rescued, and got the tidy up with a bath and blow dry. He looked amazing and so happy when we came to pick him up! The employees at the front desk were so helpful and kind, too. Overall a great experience, and we will definitely make pet evolution our place for Walter’s regular grooming needs :)

Had a great experience here! Staff were super helpful, it was my first time. They gave me a thorough introduction and left me to it. Checking in as I went. I met some of the grooming staff who are very nice. I only came in to give my dog a bath and blowout because my groomer is on holiday for months and now I have a solution to maintain him and professionsl backup in case I just can't. Awesome experience, thank you for making us feel so welcome!

I have a 14 year old yorkie and I brought him to get groomed yesterday after many years at a different groomer... I was so blown away at how kind the groomers were and caring toward my aging dog. It was the BEST! I will never go anywhere else!

Took my 6 month old puppy, Riku, here for his first grooming. He and I were both nervous. But the staff was really friendly and phenomenal, and even gave me a status text after dropping him off to appease my anxiety and let me know he was doing great.And of course, Harrison (my dog’s groomer) did a great job. I didn’t think Riku could possibly be cuter, but he’s irresistible! I got the full groom with wash, de-itching treatment, nail clipping, teeth brushing, etc, and it was all perfect.Additionally, the store has great options for food and pet-friendly CBD products to calm them down. Will definitely be a return customer and have already booked my next service in ~10 weeks.

They did a great job on my corgi. Usually my dog doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed but they were easily able to do it. If you have a corgi, book with Taylor!

This place was the best ever! My dog was so happy and well groomed! I have never been more pleased! Other places I been shaved my dog and complained and didn’t seem to care , but this place is our new groomer for life!!!!

Cyanna (I apologize if I misspelled her name) was amazing. Our mini golden is very nervous for any kind of grooming. However Cyanna met our dog down on the ground at her level and got to know her. She then got her into the van to trim and grind nails. When she was finished, our dog kept wagging her tail and kissing / licking her! We’ll definitely be back and we will highly recommend this mobile pet service to others.

Yesterday I took my two Pomeranians for a haircut, the result was not what I expected, but they solved my problem, they gave me another appointment without any extra charge and they cut their hair the way I wanted, all the time. time they were very kind to me, they did an excellent job, thanks for everything.

I liked the set up. The blow dryer is right next to the washing tub thus it is easy on the lower back. For my first time there, I had some challenges with the tub not draining and getting clean towels. I think the staff are used to everyone already knowing the system. I will take my dog again, and bring my own towels that absorb well, along with a brush, and ear protector for my dog.

My dog had a great experience at Pet Evolution EP for his groom. They took the time to talk me through different cut options and services so that my dog received the care he needed. They were also patient introducing him to tools and their space as it was his first groom at Pet Evolution! He seemed very excited and happy to be there!

Absolutely Love Pet Evolution and Nyx was wonderful and did a fabulous job on our little Shih Tzu puppy. She looks beautiful. It was her first groom, and she was a happy camper thanks to Nyx.Catelyn and Nyx and entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable about grooming and all aspects of care and nutrition for your pets. They have expert knowledge about all the food and supplements.They are incredibly patient and generous and have a wonderful rewards program. We cannot say enough great things about this wonderful groomer and crew. Thank you for taking such good care of our precious puppy.

We were recommended from a staff at another local pet store (!) to come here and book an appt with either Taylor or Keziah. We went with Keziah because her profile mentioned loving to work with puppies being groomed for the first time. Our little guy was almost 4 months old and a hot mess (a floof ball). Keziah greeted our pup so warmly when we arrived and talked me through all available options. I got a text letting me know about 25 minutes in advance before he was ready to be picked up and he came out a happy and groomed little guy! I appreciate the time and effort Keziah put in to make my puppy's experience a positive one! It was easy to make an appointment and worth coming back to again!

Best groom I have ever had on my dogs and they were extremely nice.My only complaint is that the services are EXPENSIVE. Each additional item cost $10-$25 extra on top of a $80-$90 groom. I believe that is pretty exorbitant. Other groomers include nail filing or itch shampoo for a very low cost. My dogs look great but we really can't come as often as we would like because of the cost.

I wish my beagle Pepper Jack didn't choose to roll in dead-smelling things with some frequency, but alas he does. And even though I try with multiple baths to get the stink off him, it just doesn't work. But a quick online search and I can easily secure an appointment (no easy task in this dog-loving metro) and I can drop him off and magic is done. So grateful for Cianna and the rest of the crew at Pet Evolution!

I had my Australian Shepherd groomed by Mona and she did a fabulous job! I'm wary of taking my pup to new places because I like his coat a certain way and she exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be coming back for his full grooms.

We only used the self wash for our 3 dogs and it was great! Friendly staff, ergonomic equipment and most importantly, the pups were quite pleased. Signed up for their membership so we will be going back.

This place is amazing! I have 2 dogs and one of them is reactive. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good place to go that doesn’t cause to much stress. When I got there I was able to get the tub in the corner so that if any other dogs were there they would be farther away. Abby and Lily were so much help! They helped me make this a stress free service. I would recommend this to everyone!
