Selection of product is great. Produce looks fresh and well kept. Parking lot is a bit of a maze and can be busy. Spacious for the most part. Self checkout is available. Connected to other businesses that may assist you in errands. Staff reluctant to assist me. Most staff would stare but not acknowledge me. Wasn't a great experience for me although the establishment is great. Quality food and selection, Personnel/customer service -10

For me it's close which is the convenience factor. Workers are always good people and professional. They have a decent selection but not a widely diverse selection of products. And the price point is not the lowest but it's also not the highest. So if I need something quick this is my go-to store and has never let me down. Including the bakery or the meat section.

During my recent trip to Jerry's Foods I purchased about $70 worth of groceries. The man who bagged my groceries tried to cram everything into two paper bags. When I saw that he was going to put my bread in a bag that was already full, I asked him to put the bread in a separate bag. He complied, but then picked up my bag of potato chips, crushed the bag between his two hands, then shoved it into the bag where he had planned to put my bread. Before I left the register I took my crushed potato chips and put them in the bag with my bread. When I got home I opened the bag of chips to see what damage he had done. There were maybe 3 or 4 chips that remained whole. The rest were small broken pieces and crumbs. If I ever shop at Jerry's again, I will have to use self check out so I can bag my groceries myself. I'm not sure why the bagger did what he did, but it seemed deliberate to me. I'm not sure the cost of one paper bag is worth losing a customer over.

I've always had good experiences at Jerry's Foods. The store is a nice size, not enormous, but has everything you need. Great baked goods and produce.

Pretty good fried chicken. About 5 minute wait for lunch, the line would've gone faster if they had another cashier.

Jerry's in Eden Prairie has not got the best produce department. The Edina store is better. Jerry's produce is old does not get refreshed and really drags down our shopping there. Wait times at meat counter are unreal compared to Edina.

This is a trifecta of mostly rude staff, high prices, and a totally underwhelming grocery store. The fresh produce is often limp and near spoiled. Staff has no idea where anything is. The owners must think they are Lunds & Byerlys or Wholefoods, (maybe in prices) but in reality they are more Cub or Aldi in selection, interior, and shopping experience.

Great place ..They have a weekly flyer with a sale. The deli/restaurant is awesome. Their fire- pit is awesome. I had a Rubien Sandwich. Get their fried chicken when it has just come out of the fryer.Service is excellent. The best place for donuts and pastries. Meat selection is awesome. Easy parking. There Is a nice place to sit down an eat with a fireplace

Nice grocery store located conveniently right off of 169 & Anderson Lakes Parkway. The employees here are very pleasant and helpful. The pricing here is definitely on the more expensive side, unless you are looking at their sales, but the quality of most items, especially the fresh items & deli, is top notch! It's on the smaller side, so it won't take long to get in-and-out if you are in a hurry.

Nice neighborhood place. Super clean. More pricey than the larger stores. My biggest issue is half of my trips I buy something that's not in their inventory system under its barcode and it becomes a whole thing. Starbucks inside is great.

Jerry's is great! The fresh made sushi at lunch is fantastic. The deli staff are wonderful. They have neurodiverse staff. All workers are great - friendly, respectful, and efficient. Salad bar is great. Hot deli is tasty - people love the white mac. Mashed potatoes and gravy never disappoint either.

Great location, easy parking. Excellent friendly professional staff. Clean and organized store. The food is fresh and tasty. Good price value.Draw: At the food bar not sure why this location only has small soda cups and the promo of the day doesn't kick in automatically so you spend extra minutes correcting it.

Grocery place is a little small but adequate BUT the 5 star rating is for the restaurant/cafe within Jerry’s. The food is AWESOME. Burgers = AMAZING Pizza = SPECTACULAR Fish tacos = GREAT. I mean the quality is definitely that of a much more expensive fancy restaurant. Prices are great; less than $10 for most everything and choices for every one; salad, sushi, pizza, burgers, home style chicken and Mack and chess. I go here a couple times a week with my coworkers and we are always happy with the high quality of the food. The burger patties are juicy and thick; delicious Hawaiian roll style bun. Pizza is more Italian thin crust style, sushi is the mainstream type; California rolls and tempura stuff, fish tacos were pretty authentic. Overall EXCELLENT food. Will continue to come back and highly recommend it.

Kind of expensive, ⁸but they had some things I have not seen in other grocery stores like pre made chicken wild rice casserole.

Waited 30 minutes for a good item and watched 6 other people get their order before me. They blamed it on the complexities of my order which was eggs, sausage and rice in a bowl. Incompetent, rude and generally unhelpful.

This location has one of my favorite butcher areas in town! We live in prior lake and will stop often when we're in the area just to get something from the meat counter. Tonight was an excellent night of service from Kader who recommended a few different things all of which were delicious! He took pride in his hard work to provide an excellent meal and it showed in his attitude and the care for the product! I got kalbi pork kebabs, marinated steak, chicken and meatballs.. I recommend anything from this meat counter! I will be back soon!

The produce here is typically high quality. The selection is a bit limited sometimes, but it's nice to be able to go somewhere and know what to expect. Their rolls at the bakery are delish!

Boars head deli. Fantastic homemade salads. Awesome bakery. Recommend marble picnic cake with buttercream frosting. A little pricey.

It's a little more expensive than your average grocery store. However, it is always impeccably clean and organized, the deli is fantastic and every single employee is dedicated to a high standard of customer service. 5 stars all day long.

Went for my first time with my two kids. The store is beautifully laid out, food selection great, sale items I loved. However, there were so many employees and not one asked me if I needed help and a few just stared at me. So it was a little uncomfortable. I'll be back for the next awesome deal but I'll be in and out quick.

Jerry's fried chicken from the deli tonight was extremely dry and inedible. My husband asked the person serving if the chicken was fresh and she said it was. She was mistaken. The mashed potatoes were delicious.Dinner rolls from the Breadsmith in the store were not as fresh as they usually are either. It was an off night...Jerry's.Jerry's offerings are usually way better.Overall disappointing 😞.

Limited choices, odd layout and high prices on 3/4 of the items. Now, the bakery isn't what it was. I understand with the pandemic, but having to order anything 2 weeks in advance I think is unreasonable. Especially, if you're not getting it fresh. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or the Edina one too, but we won't be back. Needed 4 things and had to go back and forth across the whole store to find them and then again to get to the check out! Unless, it's changed in a year the Edina location is layed out much better.

Jerry's has really upped their game! Before the remodel a few years ago we would inspect each item before check-out to be sure it wasn't expired before. Since the remodel the quality of products has improved markedly! The addition of the kitchen has been awesome, great food (their cheese burgers are top 5 in the Metro!) and really wonderful employees. Thanks for reinvesting in the EP Jerry's!

I was so excited to hear Jerry’s reopened. Even though it is a nice looking remodel, they do not have large carts anymore. They are so small it’s hard to be able to do a big shopping trip. And most importantly I cannot bring my infant son with me and so I will continue to go to Target for my grocery needs. I’m truly disappointed. Lost my business.

I've been shopping at Jerry's in Eden Prairie since the 80s. I love this store! It has everything I need without the hassle of a giant grocery store like Cub. People think the prices are higher, but I think it gets a bad rap for that. Great store, great staff, great neighborhood grocer!

The Jerry's store in Eden Prairie is clean, spacious, and well stocked. The staff is friendly and efficient. The produce and meat departments are large with high quality items. The shopping experience is very pleasant.

I've been frequently disappointed in the service here. It's near impossible to get service at the bakery. I've watched someone wait 10 minutes, ask for help elsewhere, and finally go behind the counter herself to pick up a special order. I have often waited and given up after making eye contact with various employees. They also have little knowledge of their inventory. I called ahead looking for organic valley eggnog, was told they had it, and went in to find that they didn't. The person working in dairy told me he would order it and it would be there the next day. When I went in the following evening it was nowhere to be found. I asked at the customer service counter, where the woman continued counting the cash in her drawer while I told her what I was looking for. She then called someone else over to help me without acknowledging me at all. I've had other experiences with general rudeness from the cashiers. I've kept coming because it's close to my house, but am losing patience.

I am editing my review and adding a star. After having shopped there a few times now (since they reopened), I am growing more fond of this 'new' Jerry's.Here is what I still do not like. 1) The produce area (especially the organic section) is not bigger and it now has a very tight turn that gets clogged with shoppers, carts, and stockers. 2) The too big area for the bakery. I would have liked more produce and less donuts. 3) Customer service and self service registers are now inconveniently located far from the doors. 4) The poles in the middle of two of the aisles are a hassle. Why not just place the shelves right next to these poles so the carts don't have to maneuver around them? There are things that I like too. 1) It's clean and new looking. 2) The greeting cards and flowers are in a quiet area. 3) The meat department is way more modern than before. 4) The fully stocked freezer case of alternate 'ice cream'! 5) Did I mention how clean the store now looks?!No, Jerry's is no longer quaint and quiet, but I do feel more at home there each time I shop now. If only the workers there looked less stressed, but I guess that is the nature of the business. Thanks, Jerry's for being there and to any workers reading this, I do appreciate what you do.

They must not know how to store vegetables the right way. Zucchini are limp and unusable every time I try to buy some. It is not just the Zucchini most of their produce is in bad shape. Even though I live right next to the store I go straight to Cub Food now instead of wasting my time hoping for nice vegetables at this store. Same goes for fresh bread, they seem to wait until the 2 day old bread is gone before making fresh one.

I purchased 2 fried chicken breasts from the deli, bananas and potato salad on my way home from work around 5:30 p.m. When I got home after sitting in traffic for an hour(usually takes me 15 mins.), I opened my grocery bag only to realize that my salad and bananas were not in the bag. I called the store and they had them there. I was not going to sit in traffic again to go back to pick them up(I was charged for them). They didn't have very much chicken available, and the ones I purchased were very dried out. One of the pieces was so dry, there wasn't even any meat on it! Extremely disappointed!!!
