420pm No name on receipt. 6 inch sub turkey. The bun is so hard to eat. It is NOT fresh. Sad. He is not busy. No one was in or out of Subway. No excuse to hand out hard buns. I would have went back,but I am from out of town. Sad part is I gave him a tip.Wow. Who ever owns this subway in EGF, needs to talk to this employee. I will not come back here.

I ordered the new monster sub on Valentine’s Day I thought it was going to be awesome! I was wrong it was horrible I was so disappointed The steak was cold and mushy and had a different smell to it! I also edited my order to have pepper jack cheese and also extra lettuce and all of the veggies but only got half of the veggies no pepper jack cheese and didn’t even add my Mayo or ranch! It always seems like that location gets my order wrong and East Grand Forks but if I go to the different location it’s a way different experience! It’s every time I order from East Grand Forks I will no longer be ordering from there! Yuck

Manager is rude. She wasnt willing to fix my sandwhich. She said it was my fault! I have order it the same way on the touch screen at the drive thru and never had a probelm til now. I called the other subway to make sure I was ordering it right. I even went back to drive thru to see if I missed a button on the menu. No. I didnt want no sauce on my sandwhich. So I didnt pick a sauce and pass to the next page. The guy i would see before working there told me this to. If I was wrong please someone tell me what was I suppose do? She rudely told me I was suppose to call and let them know no sauce on my sandwhich. When did this start? Why dont I have to do that at the other subways. No one answers the dam phone egf and shes the manager.. no customer skills at all.. they need new management

This is the worst Sub I have ever gotten from Subway, never will I go to this Subway again. The sub wasn't proofed enough so it was dry and tough and very small sure wasn't a 12" sub! I had a Turkey sub with pepper jack and American cheeses double, a little Spinach, Lettuce, tomato, alot of pickles, and asked for alot of Black Olives. What I got was a Turkey Sub with pepper jack and American cheese then I got alot of Spinach, barely any Lettuce, 4 tomato slices, about 5 pickles slices, I sure didn't get alot of Black Olives maybe 10 if I'm lucky. I only gave 1 star but it should be 0 stars! The worst subway ever and I've had some bad subs

The manager there has ZERO customer service skills. Multiple times now I have heard her yelling at customers and employees. I will never be back to this location.

I am giving this one star because I have had a bad experience every time I have been here. The first time one of the workers was getting very mad a people for no reason what so ever and being very disrespectful and yelling at elderly for not moving up on the social distising stickers and when to many people were in the building she blew her top every time 3 people walked out on her in eye rolls and I was one of them

I love this place. Aside from the guy who has a shaggy beard and questionable hygiene, the food is the same as it was in 1980. The woman who runs the place is frantic all the time and generally yells or at least talks very loudly to the employees, mostly about business stuff that shouldn't be discussed in front of customers. it's uncomfortable to come in here every single time.

I eat subway almost every other day . This location always seems to run out of my sauce you think they would know how much to roughly order by now for regulars. I drive out of my way to go to a different subway that orders extra cause they know me as a regular and have never run out!! So im kinda annoyed with this location .

SHORT staffed, only one team member holding down the fort. She seemed very stressed out. Quit being CHEAP, should always have 2 on hand and 1 on-call. You never know when someone may not show up.

Recently every time I come here my order has been wrong. When I wanted to bring up the issue to the manager I was told there wasn’t one there and this time I tried to call and there is no one to answer the phones, again. I’m just finally writing a review because I waited a few days before coming back here because my last experience was just horrible. My order was wrong (shocker) so I called and turned back around immediately and they were already closed and it’s frustrating because I called right before they closed and again got no answer and that time I’m sure it was laziness because there were no other cars and they were inside cleaning when I got there. I’m gonna try and reach out to corporate but I doubt much will change.

The employee named Bobby was not very friendly and was not properly wearing his face mask,his nose was not covered. We have to wear our fask mask or the rude manager yells at us!!

Don't go here unless you enjoy horribly long drive thru waits, uber rude staff that take 20 minutes to take your order while talking down to you, stale bread, skimpy sandwhiches and no napkins. We were less than impressed. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Was rudely told to remove hand from glass case by a elderly lady.as she was doing this she was on the other side without any protection for me no face mask or gloves by the food so I walked out .not eating when it's not protected by employee's/manager

I'm near sided and wasn't able to order on there kiosk do to not being able to read it couldn't order online for entire family we were one sub over, so that didn't work and the person working was so dang rude. I'll never be back
