Drove from Grand Forks to get my knife sharpened. Talked to the guys at the check and they said someone will be over soon to sharpen knife. I waited long enough and left. This is one of the many reasons I won't buy or shop at this place. Terrible customer service.

Ace hardware is my go to hardware store. The selection is on par with bigger box stores. The grilling equipment and supplies, can’t be beat. The store is very clean and maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. If you are in East Grand Forks, look no further.

Nice little hardware store. It's conveniently close to me.They need to figure out their order pickup system. I always have to go in. I've parked at the sign and let the app know I was there but no one ever came. The sign on their parking spots says to call inside and announce your parking space, but the phone number they have asks you to select an option, none of which have anything to do with order pickup.

Our community is flooding - so the owners and staff took the initiative to find more sump pumps, more vacuums, anything people need to save their homes! Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. This place is great. Much more of a small-town, personalized experience than the big box joints across town. Awesome selection of grill and patio equipment and accessories. My stop should’ve taken six minutes but I ended up browsing for over an hour.

I was so impressed with this location. I was able to buy food for our local animal shelter, they deliver it and match 10%. So Amazing!I bought a few items to "try" a garden this year and excited to purchase some flowers when they get theirs in!

The employees at Hardware Hank are always willing to help with any questions you may have. They are always there to support the community, whether it comes from answering simple questions about home ownership and hacks to coming into the store early or late to allow someone to purchase an emergency item, i.e. a sump pump. They are very involved in the community and love to give back! We are lucky to have such a great, local business in our community!

Hardware Hank is well located with a good parking lot so you can get in and out without hassle. However, once you’re in the store you will want to stay awhile and explore. I always go in with a list, find what I need and then discover what else I need! Employees are friendly, helpful and courteous. They will help you find stuff and also check your purchases out quickly and efficiently. Hardware Hank’s even has a points reward program!

Sent my kids in the other weekend to pick up a pipe fitting for a an automatic ice maker. Neither of my teenagers is too savvy in the area of plumbing but based upon a hand drawn picture with some rough measurements Craig built up a custom fitting that worked perfectly. Always get good service here.

"If HankcHank doesn't have it, you don't need it!"This is an excellent store with great inventory. It's my one stop shop for most homeowner needs and handyman tools while still offering enough variety to give you a choice. Hardware Hank is also a Weber, Milwaukee, and Stihl dealer, so you're pretty well covered for quality brands.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I called the store today. First I was directed to a number of pager options, none of which answered, then I tried the operator and was asked to leave a message all three times. All I wanted to do was to ask about the shredding of documents. The EGF store is very inconvenient for me and now I have no reason to shop with you at all. I will figure out how to shred my documents.
