I've stayed there several times, the staff is great and has always helped with any questions about the area.The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to lots of restaurants. I drive for a living and really enjoy the fact that they have always gone out of the way to get my stay enjoyable.

Great bargain for your money. Rooms are always clean and the day shift front desk staff is wonderful. I had a package shipped here and it was more than happy to receive it for me. Quality is great. But the breakfast is very limited. It seems like the evening lady doesn't seem very friendly. Seems somewhat annoyed at the fact that I need something from her. The guy that works Monday through Saturday in the mornings deserves a raise for sure

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend and we found it to be fantastic. We booked through Expedia. It was a cheap option but we were spending most of our time shopping so it was just really a place to relax and sleep. The check in was wonderful, the room was clean and the lady at the front desk was really nice and when we asked for something we had it right away. The beds are clean and the pillows are good quality. They do have little soap bars and little packages of conditioning shampoo but I would recommend you bring your own soap/ shampoo/ condition from home. The breakfast is on the basic side, but was fresh with bread, bagels, cream cheese, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. The coffee was really good. If you want more, McDonalds and Hugo's are within walking distance. They have vending machines and an ice machine so you can fill your cooler before you leave. All the room are on the ground level so it was easy to bring our bags in and out. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to where all the regular stores are that we usually visit, but it was a nice change and we saw more things to do because of the short drive so we appreciated that. We will definitely only be staying here from now on.

Could not be better in it's price range. Clean rooms, great beds that aren't worn out, lots of hot water at all times, decent free continental breakfast, large parking area for cars and semi's, big grocery store next door, and staff that is better than facilities charging three times the price.Stayed here three weeks and will return. And if you desire, they have smoking rooms.

Despite its outer appearance which honestly worried us at first, we enjoyed our month long stay due to work.Our only complaint would be the cigarette smell that would come from the vent in the bathroom but we'd just turn our vent on and it would go away. Some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in at a hotel or motel. Staff was extremely friendly, especially the brunette at the front! She always went out of her way to interact and be kind to our kids! Shower got nice and hot and had great pressure. Rooms were super clean.

I have been delivering to this hotel for 4 years. The owner is a nice guy and his employees have been there as long as I have been delivering so around here that says a lot. Not the nicest hotel I have been in but lots of people stay there and at times it is packed. For the $$ it seems to be a good place to get some rest if you want to save $$. Mostly workers stay there probably trying to save some money. I wouldn't stay there on vacation with my family but if in town for work or just passing through or just needing a place to catch some 💤 it would definitely be on my list and the Domino's is only a block away so the food is always hot and fresh!

This is the second time I am visiting this place, it is pretty comfortable and great service! The rooms are pretty clean, had no problem so far. Free breakfast and wifi. There is also an option for people smoking.

Given the great price, I didn't really know what to expect, but the place is perfect! All of the room entrances are indoors and keys are required to enter the main hall, so it's really secure. Cleanliness is top notch as well. The staff are all very nice and hospitable also. The AC works much better than in most other hotels as well.

We came in really late. I was a little concerned at first. The place has a locked gate across the office. The little place ended up being wonderful! Staff was wonderful! The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Price was great! They even offered us a later checkout if we needed because we came in so late. We did miss breakfast tho. 6:30-9:30. We will definitely stay again!!

It's not fancy but it is a soft bed and hot shower if you are just passing through. The price is half of the hotel next door. I'm pretty sure it's the same place I stayed back in the 80's when I got stationed at Grand Forks AFB. Friendly staff.

The room was clean, bed was okay on comfort level. Good shower water pressure.It is not quiet. I was in a room close to the lobby and could clearly hear all conversations and the lobby TV. None of the staff (evening or morning) wore masks despite the governor's mandate to slow covid transmission :(

The front desk people are super nice and friendly. They upgraded our room for free as well. My big complaint is the breakfast. All they have is frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, white bread, and sunny D. I wouldn't call that a breakfast. Also you can hear everything in this hotel. You can hear tvs and people walking outside. Luckily it was quiet though during our stay but one loud person could ruin it all.There is also an odd smell in the halls and the location is horrible. The surrounding area is ugly and bland. Other than that this place is a decent place for a one night stop if passing through. It's good for a 2 star hotel. I'd rather pay a little more though for a nicer place.

The travels from Ohio to Manitoba have not been kind. We went from giving money to a man who was trying to lift the toll gates in Chicago to almost getting robbed at a McDonalds in Wisconsin. After all of this, we were greeted by the friendliest staff of any place I’ve stayed in. We were trying to watch the game but our tv had issues so I reported it to the front desk, saying it wasn’t a big deal if they couldn’t fix it. The extremely kind lady at the front desk assured me that I “Need to watch the game!” and accommodated me with another room. The price point and location is fantastic, the staff is incredible. Everything I could have asked for.

My biggest complaints were the terrible cigarette smell in the lobby/hallways and the walls are paper thin making it a very noisy place to sleep.The room was ok (clean) but the shower head was broken and they gave us one shampoo packet the size of a McDonalds ketchup packet which needed scissors to open. It appears they are in the midst of fixing the place up but lots of work is still needed.Staff was friendly, check in/out process was smooth. Continental breakfast was provided as promised.

Dont know what the other person was saying about breakfast, but they offer a light breakfast from 6am till about 930-10am. The owners are very welcoming, and did what ever I asked to make my stay comfortable, ie resetting the internet at 2am, saving and sending mail and taking phone messages for me. The cleaning staff did their jobs very well. The rooms were clean, as was the linen. All and all a good mom and pop motel.
