Great place to have a depressive episode while your kids break down and cry on the floor over not getting a 40 dollar playset of the lowest quality possible.There is a big fishtank with native fish where you can dream about the silence of living underwater. And, a bunch of taxidermied animals that will make you question whether being flayed and filled with sawdust is really that bad...

The employees and managers were very helpful and supportive as we shopped to replace 40 years of items that we lost in our garage fire. They worked with us to find everything we needed and made a potentially overwhelming experience a positive three hours.

Love the selection of items. Love the aquarium they have, it is HUGE!! I have to say, it was my 1st time in here since they merged with Bass Pro Shop. I feel there was better customer service before.

Highly disappointed! The older white haired guy behind the gun counter ignored us and had no intentions on selling any guns! We were ready to drop some good money on a gun and accessories today! Maybe fire this guy and hire someone that pays more attention to customers and wants to sell guns!

The end is in sight for this store. Everytime I go in it gets worse and worse. I think there was 4 people in the store today when I was there for around 35 min, I seen two employees , a sunglass hut worker and the one customer service rep who rang me up. People are starting to notice how bad the bps buyout/merger was to cabelas and it is showing. Waited 10 min for a firearms employee to come and finally walked away. Thank god scheels is across the river.

Great staff, that seems to be very in to their aquarium. Staff is always standing around watching the fish. Employees give you room to breathe but allow you to know that you are welcome. Beautiful attraction to the area.

It's one of those smaller Cabela's that doesn't have the second floor, and that comes at the cost of having a much smaller selection. Because of that, I was unable to find what I was looking for here. Still not a bad place though.

Not as big as most Cabela's I've seen but it was set up nicely & even having a big dually long-bed truck we were able to find a parking spot. Lots of things in here, like any Cabela's, that you didn't even know you needed until you see them. It was pretty busy as it was a Saturday afternoon but that's to be expected. Employees were very helpful. It was nice that we could bring our big 135 pound puppy inside to shop with us too!

Very nice store, although smaller than we are used to. We were looking for a very small, two blade Case pocket knife. They had lots of choice, but none that my husband wanted. Very helpful staff.

I ordered a used gun that I saw on their website and had it shipped to Ohio. Roger took care of me from start to finish. He did an amazing job and I knew I was in good hands. I am very happy with my experience and I highly recommend asking for Roger if you do any online orders from this location!!!

Good selection of firearms. Unfortunately, as I browsed the firearms on display, none of the staff inquired if I needed help. I passed 3 staff during this 5-10 min self tour. I hope next time the staff are more attentive to all patrons. I was ready to purchase a firearm but lost interest.

So I was in there a while back and let me tell you. I was greeted by John Frankl who was an ABSOLUTE gem very stand up guy pointed me right to the camping section. Then I ran into Austin (I think tucker was his last name) he was a very stand up guy that helped me find everything I needed! Pointed me over to firearms after and introduced me to the firearms guys and boy where they a hoot! Big Mike, Roger, Ben, Mat they were ALL fantastic they need a raise! The manager came over, Kyle, and had a pleasant talk with him he was amazing. I went to check out and Alex told me about some great deals on clothes so I HAD to go look at those of course! Brenda and Roxanne where wonderful! They had some fun banter with the fishing guys. I made my way back through hunting and cinder was awesome, I have to say though the shorter guy I forget his name in hunting he seemed disinterested. I finally got out of that amazing store and Rachel and Chloe ended finally checking me out and they were splendid. I live 3hours away and will FOR SURE return because of all these wonderful encounters! Keep up the good work!

We attended their friends and family event. Fun, food and entertainment were advertised. Never heard or saw any entertainment and we were there 4:45-6:15 pm. Food was fine and nice gifts for everyone.

Bought a brand new Henry lever action. When loading it just jams so have not been able to fire yet. When contacted cabelas they just put it on manufacturer shoulders. No offer of help or reassurance. Won’t be back after this issue is figured out, very disappointed. Gave 2 stars because when purchased the employee handling sale was nice and polite guy.Changed my review to 4 star, was contacted by cabelas. Manager in gun dept took care of problem, sent my gun in and I received it back today. So far issue is resolved, will be shooting it finally today. Restored my faith in coming back.
