No communication on their website about anxious dogs and rules on using muzzles/cones on their website. Was recommended to come here and was excited for my dog. That being said you guys offered no support, no recommendations and truly left me feeling defeated. I would have looked elsewhere had I seen anything on the website about anxious dogs and muzzles/cones. Do better.

This is one of the best pet stores around just due to the friendly and dedicated staff!!!! Nala my boxer loves coming to visit as she is spoiled with treats and pets each time. Always greeted with a smile and the utmost care for services.

Tiffany did a fantastic job. She gave so much information as we were new to dog ownership and grooming. She listened to what we wanted and when our pup was really nervous at the beginning, she did a great job of taking care of him. She even sent us a picture half way through of him showing how great he was doing. All staff was great. We got him back with a cute bandana too :)

We try to support small businesses and have been going here for years.Sarah the assistant manager has always been great and we really enjoy her great customer service.Dan the owner I can't say as much for.It seems like anytime we go in the store and he's working there's always some issue with product availability, coupons or special offers.He is so quick to say he can't keep track of the specials and offers.When I tried to use a Wag N Wash coupon for a dog food purchase it would not scan the barcode.Dan was so quick to say that the coupon must not be theirs it must be someone else's.After explaining to him several times and showing him on my phone that it was their coupon he finally hand typed in the coupon code and took the discount.

Great variety of high quality food for dogs and cats and the pet appropriate Bakery is the cutest ever! They even do special orders- puppy birthday parties, holidays, Etc. They offer full grooming services by appointment and a DIY self wash area where they provide everything you need - brushes, shampoos, conditioners, towels, even aprons to keep yourself clean. Great grooming products section too!

This store is always SO clean and well stocked. Dan, the owner is always ready with a smile and takes a genuine interest in the customers and their pets. Always staffed with someone who is proficient in the nail trim and grinding that we need.

Great experience! Lots of shampoo and levels of washes to choose from! It was so nice to not have to clean up after too. Lots of add ons too like nail grindings, which was super nice in controlling our dogs talons without risk of nicking his wick. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and friendly.

Worst service ever. Owner has no understanding of customer service. We went in for a groom and came back to talk about the issues afterwards. We had to take our dog into the vet due to injuries caused by the groomer (cuts, burns and soft tissue damage). Not to mention the terrible job on the grooming itself. Vet told us what they did was completely wrong and that we should talk to them. From the first minute, the owner was defensive and did not want to hear our side of the story or what the vet said. He told us he gets complaints all the time and that the customer is NEVER right. He told us he hopes we NEVER come back. I was so surprised to hear that. An owner of a business should be wanting to make his customers happy. Instead he said that people complain all the time and that he tells them they are wrong. How does a place like this stay in business? Help small business owners by using someone else who cares about the pets and their customers. For an owner who says we were wrong he was quicks to pay us to get out of his store. They shaved a shitzu to nothing.

Took our loopy little Pomeranian to Wag N' Wash yesterday for grooming. I have never used a professional groomer before, as I've always been able to take care of their needs myself. Now that I'm wheelchair bound it seemed reasonable to have her groomed and I could not be more delighted. Tiffany did an amazing job, the staff was kind to me and to my grandson and the dog looks amazing. I will be back. Thank you to everyone I encountered there. You were wonderful.

Absolutely love this store. My dog doesn’t particularly like getting her toes done or baths. However, she always parks up when she sees and meets the staff. When I walk into the door, I am greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Definitely recommend this location for food , toys and grooming or just to say hi.

Great place to wash your dog! It was 10X easier than doing it at home and much easier on my plumbing as I have a long haired doggo! No more struggling to keep her in one place while washing and drying! Now if only I could take my cat there...

I have a senior rescue dog with one very irregular nail. The staff at here have been helpful through every step of his nail health. Today when I left I didn’t even look closely because I knew I would be happy but when I got home, seeing the progress from when I took him home to now just made me so happy! I never imagined we would be able to get it so under control and short! Really cannot recommend enough! So happy!

I consistently take my older dog here. She gets stressed at the usual groomers, but this place works for her since I am doing the wash. She's an Australian Shepherd, so her fur is thick. Going to Wag n Wash lets me keep my bathtub clean and unclogged!Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. I've started doing the nail trims as well (Dremmel) and they do a great job with her dark nails, too.The prices are great and a fraction of what it would cost to go to my former groomer.

Clean space, easy to get dogs in and out, friendly staff!!! They give plenty of shampoo and conditioner even with the basic wash. Complementary drying available as well. They also have ramps available for your pet if they have trouble getting into the tub on their own.

First time here this afternoon and I will definitely be coming back. Staff was very friendly and the nail grind went great.My dog's nails grow really fast - having a walk in, weekend option will be helpful. The self wash area was simple, clean, and specious. Fragrance free shampoo and conditioner availableOnly bummer is that I noticed afterwards they had an offer on their site for free self wash with a nail service. Would have been awesome to have that applied today; but maybe next time. 😀

I’ve been working here for almost 5 years and it has been the most positive experience I could ever ask for! Dan (the owner) works very hard to make the store a very welcoming and fun environment to work in. He truly cares about his employees which you don’t find everywhere. Also, he along with everyone else always puts the dogs needs over getting the extra dollar which unfortunately in the pet industry is not as common as it should be. I could go on and on about how much I love this store and the staff, all around a fantastic place to shop,Get your dog groomed, washed, and work!

I had been taking my dog to the Eagan location since the beginning of the year. At first I was very impressed with their services, as my dog is pretty anxious when it comes to nail trims. She is a rescue and was previously abused. The initial staff was so inviting and understanding. I always communicate her anxiety before the staff takes her back because i don’t want them to be surprised. But the last time I visited we had a different staff member do her nail trim. I was watching through the window and I could see her yelling at my dog, who was getting squirmy. My dog is very submissive and yelling does not work on her and makes her more fearful. I understand that it’s quite a feat to get her nails trimmed and I always leave a very generous tip because of this. But because of that experience I’ve decided to switch to a more experienced groomer. One negative experience can really impact my dogs reaction to nail trims and this set her back quite a bit. If the quality of staffing was more consistent I would consider staying.

I brought my dog (who does not travel well) for her appointment today only to be told by the owner that my pet's groomer "no longer works for us" and the groomer's replacement was "booked" today. He apologized and *thought* all of the now departed groomer's clients had been called. He made no offer to compensate my inconvenience caused by his mistake. (A look at the groomer schedules, a coupon perhaps?) I had to spend nearly two hours on the phone attempting to find somebody-anybody-who's not booked out for two months and willing to groom a senior dog.

My first time there was good, the second time was the worst customer service that I have received in as long as I can remember, the scheduling process is terrible, I had to call five times just to get a time of when the grooming appointment was, it is inconvenient to have to call over and over to get a time setup. The young girl that I worked with is immature. Then after having my dog groomed, she didn't cut any of his hair on any of his legs, so after 40 days, I am going to have to have him groomed again.

They always take walk in for my dogs nail trim and do it with love. Homemade treats for the dogs and you can even get a cake made for special occasions. They have bath tubs to rent so you can wash your own pet or have them do it. This place is more personal and loving than a larger groomer

We started shopping here when we moved to the neighborhood a few years back and got a dog. We love that there is a pet shop nearby without having to go to one of the more busy areas of town. We've always had great service alongside a great selection of food and natural treats for our pets, and gifts for family and friends (including the super cute bakery items!)With the pandemic we have been trying to support local businesses. The store has done an A+ job of adapting. Curbside pickup, remembering previous orders on our account, always friendly service. Even with stores open, having 2 young children makes it difficult to go inside to shop, but I wanted to keep supporting this business and have happily used curbside services to pick up dog food without having to lift a finger. THANK YOU wag n wash for making my life easier and helping me take good care of my pup 🙂

Overall love this location for our pups’ nail trims and our pups love them for their treat selection — they visit super regularly — the only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 for now is because the results are a little inconsistent. 80% of the time their nails are trimmed to proper length - but sometimes my husband brings them home and there’s no noticeable difference, but it’s usually only when it’s super busy and a lot of dogs. So we’ll have to come back sooner. But that’s really my only thing - otherwise we love it. And also no one’s ever had an issue with our loud coonhound haha. He’s a true hound and bays and they laugh it off and are patient with his vocal exercises. At a different business they yelled at him, so we really appreciate their staff understanding he’s just a coonhound through and through and he’s loud even when he’s happy and just wants the world to know it.

They did not fully wash the owners dog. it was a quick rinse at best. 10 minutes tops ? And I mean tops.the dog smelled like he did before he went in.”Just Wet” I’ve never wrote a review before but I had too. And when i tried to speak on it the owner had a issue with me. I felt uncomfortable and just left.Update/response: I did not use my real name for my own reasons. I know where I got my dog washed @ the owner I spoke to was a older man gave a lame a excuse and came off aggressive when I spoke to him about it. He likes to keep allot of young woman working in this place and the vibe seems off like they are walking on egg shells. Maybe I’m wrong but I’m a woman and I get the vibe he’s not as nice as he should be to people.

Rebecca was the most unprofessional we have ever had loved this place until today. Rebecca tried to get rid of us in many ways. First claiming that we had too many cancelations (false)canceled once due to our puppy being sick. Than we found out she had set up someone else on our time slot. Than claimed that our puppy bit her totally false because the other girls were playing with her. It's unfortunate because we really liked it there but now afraid to take her there with people like Rebecca. I guess we will have to take our business somewhere else

I will never bring my dogs back here. The groomer sent a hurtful message and the dogs looked terrible. It was over $350 for bad cuts. They both got sick with vomiting and diarrhea a few days after (that was the only place they went for months) and we had another 400 in vet bills. The groomer accused us of not feeding our dog enough because she had so much skin. I brought her to the vet and was told she was perfect and the correct weight. I would never go back there again.

Couldn't get the grooming done and charged $50 for a bath that I could have done myself. Staff very unfriendly. Looks like other people were overcharged as well, probably why their site doesn't list prices.Update: I was told a bath for my dog would normally cost $90 so they were giving me a good deal when I asked about the outrageous price at the store, now in their response they say $50 and they bathed my dog twice without asking? Either they're unorganized or ripping people off-- buyer beware. They don't care about your dog they just want to take your money.
