Unfortunately we have moved 5 hours away but will always try to book an appointment at the Pet Spa when we know we will be in town. Heather and her team are our favorites! I have big dogs, so trimming their black nails myself is anxiety inducing and best left to the professionals. Everyone here is professional, personable, and perceptive to how the dogs are feeling. 10/10 recommend!

We've been taking our large (+100 lb) dog here for over a year and have absolutely loved the experience. Staff has gotten to know our dog very quickly and always keeps up on any changes we might have. Very accommodating with our schedule and always positive and upbeat. Quality has always been great. Our dog can’t stand pet shops/groomers, but is happy to walk into The Pet Spa now that he is familiar with the staff. If he’s happy and also clean and fluffy, then we are happy too!

I would 100% recommend this place!! I rescued a dog who was a total mess. She had never been groomed before and was super scared and timid of everything. They took her in and helped clean her up and were so kind and loving with her. It was a wonderful experience. She now continues to go back for regular grooming appointments because she loves it and I know they take great care of her. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Vicki was wonderful. My poor kitty had matted fur that I just couldn’t get a handle on, and she got them out, with a bath and a nail clip in an hour. She was super friendly and had great advice on keeping my cat’s skin and fur healthy between visits. The most surprising part is that my cat really loved the whole experience! She fell asleep in the car, purring. I’m very glad I found this place!

I never ever write reviews, but really want to praise this place and their staff. I just moved to the area and my dog was in desperate need of a nail trim. My dog has pretty bad anxiety and refuses to let anyone touch his paws, including us. His vet has even recommended he be given sedatives before a nail trim to calm him down. So I nervously made a last minute appointment with Pet Spa. When I got there I explained like a crazy person all of my dogs quirks and issues with being touched and they assured me he would be just fine. I watched through the window as they trimmed his nails with hardly any issue. One person distracting him and giving him kisses while the other trimmed. I could hardly believe it!! I witnessed this same dog scream and panic at other places. I’m so happy I found this place and look forward to bringing him there for a long time! Thanks Pet Spa!!

Vicki and her Team are wonderful! They are so friendly and kind. My dog does not like to have her nails trimmed. They are great with her. Plus they are AKC certified groomers. I highly recommend them.

The Pet Spa is a great, locally owned grooming salon! We've taken our Golden Cocker here a few times, and have been more pleased with these two groomings than any of the others from nearby competitors. Vicki cares about her job and her shop so much, and it shines through in the level of care and perfection that is put into each grooming! Definitely check it out if you are on the fence for a new pet spa.

They do not answer their phones or return calls. I guess because they are busy enough and don’t need and more business must be nice. There are quite of few other places that would be glad to take your business. They are not accepting new clients. Too bad because I was given their name as a good place to go.Could you please maybe put in website that you are not accepting new clients and if you are in the future that it is noted on your site. I tried for two days to get ahold of someone and finally went to voicemail saying that there is no new clients.

Vicky groomed my 2 dogs- she did a fabulous job! I usually bathe my own dogs, but decided to try getting them groomed. What a difference in their coats! She did a much better job than I do, they felt & smelled clean.

Wonderful service and very patient with the animals. Took my older dog here for a few years and I now bring my cat for nail trim. The cost is comparable to the others in the area , but her kind attitude to the fur babies is worth riches beyond money.

I brought my little rescue Pomeranian to Vicky and she did an amazing job. This poor little guy looked as if it had been years since he had seen a groomer or at the least, been brushed. He was full of mats and his coat looked terrible. It's not good to shave a Pomeranian's coat but sometimes it's necessary, I was sure that this was one of those times. I was wrong. He walked out of her salon looking like a new dog. All of the mats were gone and he was able to keep his coat, which is now very nice. Thank you Vicky for the kindness and generosity that you displayed in helping this little guy begin his new life. You are amazing at what you do.

They take really good care of my fluffy dog who is really timid and people shy. They cut her hair any way I like :) I've had issues in the past at other places where I picked her up and she was terrified, but always great results here.

Meant to do this ages ago when my Lizzie first got groomed, and just spaced. The pet spa did such a fantastic job on my little ragmuffin Lizzie. She is a very anxious dog, and she handled the process amazingly and was so happy when she was picked up. Lizzie is actually going back in today for a wash and cut, and I know I dont have to be worried when I drop her off. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

We have taken Lacey (now 2+) to The Pet Spa in Eagan since she was a small puppy. Vicky and Heather always make her look perfect. Though Lacey is very attached to her "pack", they coax her in and she comes out beautiful and happy!

A-maze-ing! I am wowed, I was expecting a good job, I was not expecting WOW!!! I can't get over the transformation. I am well pleased! I wish I had a before and after picture. This was his first time with them, at The Pet Spa, but he walked in and took to them like they were long time friends. This made me comfortable leaving him. When I came to back to pick him up he didn't start whining when he saw me. Excellent experience already scheduled his next appointment.

The Covid precautions for the store are annoying but necessary. The groomers are polite and friendly, and the rates are reasonable. My dog comes out from her service looking great and energetic.

This place has been nothing but great with us especially with us having a very anxious scared dog that isn’t the easiest but then the last 6 months or more haven’t been great. They don’t answer their phones and I leave messages that they don’t bother to even respond to which is extremely frustrating because now I’m forced to put her under anesthesia just for a nail cutting because no one in the area will cut her nails but you guys. Very disappointing

Owner tried to add on fees not disclosed until after pick up. When confronted became very rude said it was because dog was matted. He was matted because I could not bring him in because they were closed. No ones fault due to virus. Think this could have been handled in a more professional manner. Will not go back!
