I could not even imagine that my Spitz will be so disfigured by the groomer's haircut.I can say that the master has absolutely no skills in his work.The whole family is in shock from the haircut of the pet.Not only is it very short but also shreds are shot, not even.Horror!!!!Our handsome after a visit to the groomer has the appearance of a stray pet.The whole family is horrified and spoiled for a long time mood.Remained one absolutely short undercoat .Will grow normal hair is a painful question now for us.

I brought my dog like I always had up to be cut and washed. I've been bringing him for year's and all of a sudden this other girl that was going to cut him said she was gonna up charge me a extra half hour which he takes 3 hours or a little more anyways. Thats why they charge a fortune for a 65 pound dog! because she felt a little matting on his back end, and at the bottom of his back leg, which he's always a little matted there. My dog is a sheepadoole, they should say the will charge more with a medium hair dog! That's why they charge more for big dogs since it's almost with tip almost 200.00 He had burs from summer and, still it never took any longer. Now all of a sudden they start up charging on him. Then when I said then just shave him again they said they were gonna charge more because it makes their razors go dull quicker.The manager was gonna fix it even though he only felt a mat at the back end. So my appointment was for 1:30 and all of a sudden they tell me they aren't doing it because it was 10 minutes after! NEVER AGAIN SINCE THEY CHARGE WAY OVER A HUNDRED NOW!

My cat's name is Hughes. You saw him on 6/7/21. Whoever the groomer was, the woman with the green hair, provided an awful experience.After letting my cat out at home I realized that there's no reason why I would want to go back to them for grooming.We have a very fluffy cat, a Turkish van mix who is extremely prone to matting, especially during shedding season. It's our first summer having him after adopting him and he doesn't tolerate brushing, at least our approach this year didn't work so we decided to pay the $80 to get him a lion cut.The job that was done was really awful. Patchy, inconsistent, chunky, messy, asymmetrical, bad, and I might even say reckless. It seems like it was done in a rush, and it makes me sad to think my cat wasn't handled with patience. When I asked about his behaviour they said he did fine, so either I was lied to or the groomer has very little skill/patience.He really looks awful. It would be one thing if it were just the parts where he was matted, because in those areas it's more like a medical procedure than a grooming, but around his unevenly cut mane, in-between his unevenly cut legs, on the side of his unevenly cut belly are left not only jagged edges, but random tufts of hair.What made the visit bizarre was the fact that my cat's hair mattes were saved next to the counter and what seemed like a common shpeel about the implications of allowing a cat's hair to matte was given to me before I could get my bill.I understand that you feel an obligation to inform your patrons about what they may be unaware of when it comes to hygiene related discomfort but I made the appointment Online with a note about his mattes, I spoke to you about his mattes when I dropped him off, the whole reason for shelling out 80 hard earned dollars was so that we can deal with the mattes so my cat could avoid being uncomfortable.And after all this, his hair is displayed to me and I get some "it really is very painful for them"I know.That's why we're here.We want to rid the cat of the mattes.We feel bad about the mattes.It's not the first time we've come to you about the mattes.It's not the first time we've been guilt tripped about the mattes.It will be the last though.Nothing about this was worth it.80 dollars for a hack job haircut and a guilt trip.We're going to learn how to cut his hair ourselves. There's no way we could do it worse than you did. Either that or were going to pay someone else to finish the job.I would actually love my money back.In any case I will not be coming back to this bizarre location.Maybe another PetSmart will be less weird or is it company policy to guilt trip your customers while they're seeking treatment for their pets condition and then give them an unprofessional grooming because you're......upset about it or something? Are you just bad at this?He showed no signs of discomfort at home by the way. Thanks for asking.Truly horrible experience.I'm done.

they obviously don't care about their animals. the fish are kept in far smaller tanks than what's recommended for them. i can't trust a store that doesn't practice what it preaches. the bettas are the worst by far, they are in very small cups with no heating, water circulation, or space to swim. it is inhumane and makes visiting this store very depressing. i will not be shopping here again, because i hate knowing i'm giving them my money so they can use it to abuse and kill large numbers of fish.

The grooming service was horrific!Two random customers on our way out asked if he was groom there today and said it was the worst Schnauzer cut ever.When he was dropped off, we gave details and showed a picture of what he looks like groomed. He is usually groomed at a Petsmart in a different state.When I picked him up he was shaking, I was in shock. I asked the woman what happened and that he looked like a westie or something else and she shrugged and said yeah it's bad. I asked if she could just shave everything because he was not symmetrical either. She said that they were closed now and he was the last dog.Bad cut and bad service.I will never go back and highly reccomend avoiding getting your dog groomed here at all costs.When I paid the woman in front of me was nice and felt so bad for our dog's awful cut and was better at communicating how bad the cut was to the cashier who quietly listened but took no action.I get mistakes happen cutting hair but a mini schnauzer with no beard!? No eyebrows?! Random hair patches on his elbows and no symmetry at all. And no attempts to correct the situation?! This beautiful dog looks awkward till it grows out- it's not the end of the world but the end of our relationship with PetSmartDo not groom your dog here.

They have pet adoption fairs every month with a local pet rescue and they house rescue cats from SCRAM. My kitty found her forever home when I walked in the door. It's a great place to find a pet because you can walk to the back of the store and set up an exam with Banfield at the same time! You also get a book of coupons! The store itself is always clean, well organized, and has excellent employees.

WARNING: Please bring a magnifying glass to read fine print on their price tags.Their prices are invariably higher than any other pet store in town. I got the dog food which was clearly labelled 4 for $12, however they would not honor the price at the counter. I was told that the price is for members only. The fine print is finer than I have seen anywhere. Please try and see the fine print on the attached photo. This is in my opinion this is trickery and deceit. Please try and find "members only" in the photos below, it's there all right.

Just got my pup back from her grooming. She is scooting across the floor every time she sits. When I went back to make sure they had done her anal glands, they said they had, rather than be honest and admit they did not do the anal glands at all. This is the second store that has dine this. If the groomers aren't trained to do this, or just wont do it, then take it of the description. Also had to wait past her appointment time becuz they scheduled badly.

I refuse to give a chain store better than three stars for pet stores. It's clean it has what you need and it's destroying local fish stores. These places shouldn't even have fish departments or reptiles. I asked for an air stone, the fish person said "what's that".

Booked furminator bath and brush for my dog along with add on furminator luxury which includes “Premium low-shed shampoo, FURminator de-shedding solution to help reduce shedding up to 90% as well as nail trim & grind, teeth brushing & breath freshener, premium brightening face wash, moisturizing paw & nose butter, premium cologne spritz, and bow or bandana.“ apparently was told they couldn’t work on my dogs nails but they wouldn’t give me a refund or even a store credit. Instead was told my dog needs to be given a sedative in order for him to get his nails trimmed. If you take care of pets and your first solution is to give the pet a sedative, you should not be working with pets. Also did not get a bow or bandana even thought I paid for the luxury. Came home and my dog still stink. Not worth the 85 dollars I spent. Do not book your grooming here. Especially with Rhys. Never had this problem before, and this was a complete waste of money this time around. Went home pissed.

We adopted our cat here and the employees were incredibly helpful. The young man handling adoptions clearly cared about the cats and put effort into socializing them. He even helped us put together our new cat carrier when he saw us struggling. The female cashier who rang us up walked us through the adoption booklet and got us a discount on almost everything we purchased. We will be returning for any future needs of our new family member.

If you want a good grooming service, select Christina from this eagan petsmart grooming saloon .. she was very good and we had our golden retriever grooming yesterday and she did a remarkable job , especially we had not so great experiences recently…

Joanne Bryan is an amazing dog trainer! We have a 6 month old Cane Corso who is a very reactive breed, and Marcus has been challenging in class. Joanne is very knowledgeable, patient and really gives you and your dog the tools you need to take home and practice. Even though we were in a small group setting, Joanne spent time individually with us to make sure were getting what we needed from the program. PetSmart's training program is very thorough and has different levels, increasing in difficulty as you go. They also have other classes like Trick and Brain Games, to keep your dog stimulated. Plus the cost is very reasonable for 6 classes.

I've been going to this location for a good 15 years and really never have a complaint. Pet care manager Hannah is awesome & extremely knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have another expert there that I can trust. The store is in desperate need of remodel but overall is fine.12/2021 That was my review 3 years ago & I still go to this store all the time. All the good employees I get to know leave which really sucks. My only complaint besides needing to desperately be remodeled & updated is the woman's bathroom, it smells like pee, it's never clean & they have a push button toilet. Gross!

The cashier accidentally charged me extra by over $20+ and she seemed to be in a hurry. I looked over my receipt in the parking lot and realized the extra charge. Went back in and tried to explain, supervisor/manager JENELLE was called over. She took care of everything and apologized for the mix up. She even was gracious enough to give me $5 coupon. Mind you, she was incredibly busy with all the curb side pick up and lines of people. Thank you, JANELLE!!!

My daughter wanted 2 fish for her birthday, so instead of being sold 2 fish the guy basically just questioning about do we have this set up, do we know anything about them, oh they are a lot of work, yes we understand, still every reason he could give on why we shouldn't get them. Then gives a pamphlet about fish like we need to go home and learn about them before we come back and try to buy some fish.We came here to buy some fish, yet we left with nothing because it was him not selling the fish. So we went somewhere else. You should have some one who tries to help sell stuff not the opposite. My daughter was very disappointed. Not coming back to this place.

Got there right before closing but we knew exactly what we wanted. They gave us no issues with getting in and we quickly got our things and exited. Warms my heart when people don't act like their closing hours are the time they should be walking to their car.On another occasion, the manager here took back a defective small animal cage and upgraded us to the next level up at no charge. It was like the old days, when people stood behind the products they sold.Kudos to store level management. Wish all retail operations ran like this one.
