I won't be returning to the Eagan location. Niko's cut was uneven throughout. She had to go to a lower cut on his ears due to matting, but didn't blend throughout. She also missed many spots that were left longer. It was by far the worst cut he has ever had. Also, my last experiences cost $75.00 including 15% tip. I asked the girl at the desk why it was $30.00 more, she said something about fair wages for employees? I knew there was a $7.00 fee for the ears, but nothing more. My total was $105.00 without tip, I've been told by other Petco stylists that that isn't typical. I have only had wonderful experiences at other Petco locations.

My pup was scared to go in the back because of the loud fans :( the groomers turned them off and helped to coax my dog in the back. They were very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to this location for that reason!

I have always had great experiences with both Jesse and Ezra when taking my dog for baths. I have a large dog who is very friendly but gets nervous with grooming. They have both taken such good care of her each time and they are so kind and patient. This Petco is kind of out of the way from where I live but I will happily drive further when I know my dog is being taken care of by groomers who really care and make the experience stress free as possible for my dog!

Tianna did not give accurate information for rescheduling an appointment that they canceled on me last minute last week. I told her my dogs would have cbd chews and she didn’t say they couldn’t come in so when I brought them in they said that they wouldn’t take them but could reschedule again?!?! No thank you. I will spend my money somewhere that gives correct information.

I BROUGHT MY DOGS (3) IN TO HAVE THEIR NAILS CUT WHICH WENT FINE. MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE GENTLEMAN THAT CHECKED ME OUT AT THE CASH REGISTER, I HAD REWARDS AND I ASKED HIM NOT TO USE THEM ALL BECAUSE I WAS BRINGING THE DOGS BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS TO HAVE THEIR HAIR DONE. HE USED THEM ALL AND WHEN I ASKED IF I HAD ANY LEFT HE SAID WITH ATTITUDE YEA YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME. SO I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL, I HAVE THESE PAYMENTS COME OUT SO THAT WHEN I DO BRING THEM IN FOR HAIR CUTS IT HELPS OUT ALOT. INSTEAD HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO PLACE MY POINTS (REWARDS) ON THE NAIL CUTS AND NOW I HAVE NONE FOR THEIR HAIRCUTS. I DID NOT LIKE HIS ATTITUDE FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED UP TO THE CASH REGISTER AND I AM PRAYING I DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN. I WOULD HATE TO HAVE TO TAKE MY DOGS SOMEWHERE ELSE.NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTENED IN THE PERSON I HAD TO DEAL WITH.THE GIRL THAT CUT THEIR NAILS WAS VERY NICE.SINCERELY,DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Justine was amazing with our pup. She really knows what she is doing and made our dogs coat look amazing. She got all the pesky areas and cleaned them up so well. Will definitely be using her as our groomer from now on!

My appointment was cancel and rescheduled due to employee not coming in.. Then, it took over 4 hours with an appointment so, if you have other plans probably not the place to take your pet. When I called to inquire how much longer I was told I could have paid $12 more and it wouldn't have taken as long (which Ihave never heard before). Never received a call saying he was done. This was the Eagan location.

Not staffed enough to answer a phone call? Was running late for our appointment and called 4 or 5 times over 20 minutes or so and no one answered. Had to "cancel" the grooming appointment 10 minutes after it started...in person. Really disappointed because this is not my usual experience at the Eagan location.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!! The manager Dan is a joke. I scheduled for a 3pm a week ago and the day of they call and tell me they can’t because she gets off at 4?? Why accept the appointment and wait till last minute to tell me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My money will not be spent here ANYMORE!!!

My dog is pretty nervous with grooming, but the team was very patient and caring and were able to get the services done. Other places we have been to have not been able to do that, so we will definitely be back.
