This Chuck and Don's is always so awesome and so friendly! We love shopping at Chuck and Don's and now we love it even more. The staff were so friendly we arrived close to the end of the day and the staff said our dogs could find as many Easter eggs as they wanted. Then they made sure we were aware of all the specials that were going on. After we checked out the staff were so kind to give a small bunny bag of treats for my dogs to take home! The staff at the Eagan location are always so friendly and welcoming!

By far the best store experience we have ever had. After a formula change in our cat food both our boys started having trouble with their food. Staff helped us exchange to something new while providing expert recommendations. We love this store and thank everyone for their care and excellent customer service last night.

Great stores with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always have a great experience!Had the food I needed. And actually had more protein options in Eagan than the store I normally go to! Got in and out really quickly. Nobody offered to help me with carrying food which is unusual. I needed the help that day.But still a nice, easy, quick trip to get cat food and that didn't affect my score. I get that we all have moments where we miss a small detail here and there.Highly recommend the yarn catnip toys! They use remnant yarn and make some generic and some well known characters... And they all look a little silly. Huge hit with my cats every single time we add one to our collection!

I have cats and I feel like the Eagan C&D is more "cat friendly" than other locations-- lots of selection of food and toys! I also love that there is sometimes an actual cat in there that I can see or pet. The staff at Eagan C&D are extremely efficient and friendly-- and knowledgeable-- I always enjoy coming in for my supplies!

Today I was picking dried chicken food for my dog and this employee was so rude to me and She asked for my Dads number and she looked it up and she kept saying that Oh we don’t have that account under your Dads name and I know for a fact that my Dad has one under his number.I have never been treated so badly and so poorly their before and I hope she gets fired because she doesn’t know how to treat customers like actual human beings literally the two customers after me and she treated them like nothing even happened and Yes I get what it’s like working with customers because I work at a clothing store .But I don’t even treat customers in the store like that because I know how to treat people how they wanna be treated the right way.Treat people with kindness and don’t disrespect other people. I will never go back their again.That’s was poor customer service right there.I will only go their unless I’m with my Dad and other then that I will never go thereBy myself again.

I started at a different Chuck and Don's, but they didn't have what I needed. So I called this store and was impressed from the moment Katherine answered the phone. She was happy to help me and quickly checked the stock for what I needed (and at least 3 other stores didn't have). They had one in stock and she was so kind to put my name on it while we rushed to Eagan. From the moment I walked in, Katherine was helpful and complimentary. Great experience from before I even stepped through the doors!

It is always a great experience at Chuck and don's. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about your pets and want the best for them. I have asked many questions of the staff and I always get a good idea or direction. The items I need are always in supply and I can find them relatively easy in the store. The prices aren't the cheapest around, but the quality is far superior to other places and you won't get the experience anywhere else.

Chuck and Dons is AWESOME!!! The staff is well trained, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! Abby gave excellent customer service! She is very patient! The staff is always checking to see if people need help finding something. If you are looking for a store for your pet needs, I highly recommend Chuck and Dons!

I love the amount of products packed into such a small store (for dogs, specifically). It's very rewarding to just browse here and hone in on what you need - a much better experience than shopping at a Petco or Target, IMO. I didn't do any direct price comparisons, but the prices seemed reasonable. I will probably begin buying dog food here as they have a great selection and rewards program.

I came in seeking advice on diet for a diabetic foster cat I am currently caring for. Beth Voyles was super knowledgeable about the brands of kibble and there ingredients. She also was patient and sympathetic while a complained about others suggested diets. It was super nice to have on staff someone who able to listen and advice. Couldn't have asked for better service.

This is by far one of the best pet stores I've been to. We've made this our go to shop based on the staff alone. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions you might have. Be sure to sign up for the friends of chuck program if you plan on being a regular here. It's free and you get coupons every so often in the mail. They also have a buy ten bags get one free program for members.

This is a great store. I was running errands the other day with my daughter, so I called the store, asked if they could pull a 20lb bag of dog food for me, and they had it waiting at the checkout counter when I got there. This was a big help, not having to drag my little girl all over the store looking for it. Friendly, helpful, and especially, knowledgeable staff. Ask them any question about any of their products and you will get solid information.

Scott and Skylar are probably two of the most professional, kind, and caring employees you could get. These two made sure I felt welcome and that I was taken care of from the moment I stepped into the store. I had recently adopted a cat and it came with this handy little coupon book. (p.s. adopt from the humane society and chuck and don's will make sure you are set up) The quality of their customer service extended far beyond a welcome as they helped me obtain all the great things I needed for my new fur baby. While I was shopping they allowed me to bring things up to the register and stack them there for convenience. They answered every question I could have and were extremely accommodating when it came to honoring these coupons. The two of them made it an amazing day to shop at Chuck and Don's and I am incredibly grateful I was outside of the city that day. It is worth the drive out of the city to get this service and knowledge from these two great people. Thank you, Scott and Skylar. You two are amazing and I hope the Chuck and Don's sees the value you offer and accommodates accordingly; someone buy them lunch at minimum.
