I would like to commend AVERY & their customer service skills. They were very patient w/a woman while she chatted on the phone trying to figure out way her umpteen card transaction didn't work. AVERY was kind, thoughtful in their words and was just plain pleasant! I appreciated them and I would gladly wait in their line again. Enjoy your days off AVERY🙂

The grocery pickup has gotten so bad , the employees that work in this department are either untrained or they are choosing to not do their jobs correctly. The orders are constantly missing items ( which there is no place to enter after pickup that you are missing items to get a credit for those items ) so you have to drive back to the store to get it , because they don't answer the phones !! You just sit on hold forever!! Or they are picking expired products. 😔Very disappointing . This all falls on the store manager not doing their job by following up on how well / trained the departments are .There is one young man that does a wonderful job in this department I wish I remembered his name , always very friendly and with a smile and never gets my orders wrong or gives me expired products . However he is just one employee wish they all could be like him !!

When I started to check into Home Delivery I was very frustrated that I could no longer do my own shopping I was concerned about having a stranger pick up and deliver my items. It was hit and miss in the beginning. But when I call the person was very professional and helpful I even got a full refund on the groceries was not expecting a full refund. But it has been over a year and the instruction that I have posted and the delivery is 100%.

I'm all for work opportunities for all, but for God sakes people with mental disabilities should NOT be working the register. Slow, inefficient, and she used no disinfectant when wiping chicken juice off the scanner then ran all my groceries over it. Put these people in some other position where they don't have to deal with customers, what a joke.

Have done pick up multiple times and have been pretty good other then the excess use of bags. However NEVER order fruit for pickup, go in the store yourself to get it cause then you get the worst end of it and could even be moldy. I tried my luck and got horrible strawberries, luckily the refund process is super easy.

I'll give this a 5 star because the staff is awesome but watch yourself in the parking lot it's like playing frogger with the sheriff's department I guess pedestrians right away doesn't apply when there set out to catch the thief no harm no foul hope they caught the little prick

Sick of the profiling while leaving. She watches 10 different people walk by and she doesn’t ask to see their receipts. But ask to see mine . It’s not once or twice . It happens every single time . It ridiculous

My Walmart is really organized. I enjoy the "Greeters". They are important because they extend a friendly welcome! Without them Walmart would be just another big box store like, Target, Kohls, or Cub. They do make a difference!

Really irritating!! People with all bagged items are still being stopped at door to have receipts checked. The lines get long just to exit. A lady who had to be in her 80’s had to even dig out her receipt even though all of her items were bagged. Thought this whole receipt checking was no longer happening but the lady was stopping EVERYONE!!!! Stop trying to accuse everyone of stealing!! Crazy!! No longer going to this location.

Stopped here after a marketplace pick up, for a few Christmas gifts and other miscellaneous items!!Very clean store and the staff member that helped me was Awesome!!!

Typical Walmart, everything you need for a decent price. The store map is also very helpful with using the Walmart app. Was able to find everything I needed in a few simple steps with the app, that saved time and browsing.

Didn't get hamburger I ordered last time I was there. Mentioned it to them, got free kids meal that I always get. Very satisfied.

I was told my order was ready to just click on the link. The link did not work. But when I got there the phone number was busy, I should leave my name and they would get back to me. I left my name and stall number I was in and waited. 10 minutes later I called again. Reached a person who took some minutes to confirm my name and stall. By the questions he asked, I was wondering if they even had my order. Once the delivery person. Andrew, arrived, things went smoothly. He was friendly. Personable, and pleasant, he delivered my items and greeted me a good rest of the day. He also alerted me that I would be getting this survey. He was a great representative of your company.

Decent Walmart! I think they need more staff for holiday season. One older staff guy back by the pet food decided he didn't want to big clump of lint and whatever else came out of his pocket and just threw it in the ground by his cart he was unloading.

ran in for some medicine and found what I needed, went to self-checkout, and had to wait because one of the cough Syrups is used by drug dealers to cook Meth; so I ended up waiting on an associate to show them my driver's license to buy my products.

The transgender looking thing or whatever it is working at the subway in this walmart is very disrespectful. rolled its eyes when i had more to order and was talking to us with attitude.

This store loves accusing you of stealing. Had a white guy with a police lives matter shirt accuse me of stealing I politely came inside and showed them everything I got and then was proven innocent. I was given no response or reason to why I was suspected besides being a black man. The worker named Ashley saw him and racist actions and said he is “ A known racist”? This is why I do my shopping at Andover target and not Walmart. Also as a former employee they have a rat infestation in the back rooms.

Can't stand that they watch you checkout and proceed to chase you down for a receipt. I will stop going here because of this- it's the only Walmart in the area to do this.

I signed up for 25GB AT&T Prepaid plan. I never got the full 25GB. The store employees were very helpful and really tried to chase down the issue, but AT&T and their merchandiser wouldn’t fix the issue. The stories from AT&T ranged from “he didn’t fulfill the requirements” even though I did and “the promotion doesn’t exist” even though it’s clearly posted on the Walmart website and on the in store sales literature.This is literal FRAUD, and needs to be fixed. I got stuck with my phone number ported into a plan that wasn’t what I paid for.With that said, this store is great for groceries and general household products.*Employee names omitted for privacy and because they truly tried to do everything they could, but Walmart and AT&T refuses to fix this as a corporate level.

Had to stop in for automobile detail products, finding almost everything you need to clean and detail your car/truck/suv/boat at a good price is outstanding! The selection is also very nice. Having items like foam cannons to waxing pads to detail brushes, it's a good place for the at home detail person.

Pickup was fairly quick and easy. Went inside for other items. The setup is somewhat confusing and different. I was able to find what i needed eventually. Staff seemed average.

*edit: so much of the beauty section is under lock and key. You have to wait for an employee to get your item and then they bring it to the check out where someone needs to fetch it once again when you want to pay. Such a fuss to buy a $10 face soap. You are treated like a criminal from when you enter until you leave. They have to pay someone to tell people one of the self checkouts is cash only because they are "not allowed" to post a sign. Awful, horrible, place.Convenient location. Often there are items that I am looking for that they don't have. They have a pretty good grocery section and I love doing grocery pickup. The checkouts are slow and not staffed very well. This location does get quite busy especially on the weekends.

Clean! Friendly and mostly helpful staff. Good selection of items you may or may not actually need. The kale gave me food poisoning even after being washed and boiled so make sure to clean your veggies.

Your cart guy on 9/4/23 at 2:30 is a complete idiot! I just got done loading my groceries get in my vehicle to take off (he seen me unloading by the way) only to back into the cart return machine!! Yes maybe I should have looked closer but really??!! Obviously I'm about to leave so why park it right behind me??!! Common sense cart guy!!
