We had our first cut at K9 & Kitty Kutters for my foster dog. I explained that he was in great need of a groom and they got us in quickly. I can not begin to thank Rachel enough for what an amazing job she did. She went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for my foster dog. She asked many questions before hand to make sure he was comfortable. She even bathed him 3 times to get all the dirt off. I drove a bit far from my home since they had an opening but I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much Rachel!!!

I took my Persian there and I was greeted with the friendliest people! My groomer Megan treated him w so much love like he was her own. She did such a wonderful job giving him the naked lion cut! I soo recommend this place, she was amazing. Wendys grooming in Minneapolis cut my other cats balls. Do not go there. Thanks Megan 😊

The staff at k-9 kitty kutters are amazing!!They took my scruffy saint bernard and tuned her into the most beautiful dog I have ever seen!! Lucy was the girl that worked her magic on my sweet Dahlia, she has never looked so good!!!Thank you so much, we will definitely be back

I wish I could give a better review, I really do. And I hope our experience was an anomaly and was due to the fact that the groomer was busy (3 walk in cat nail trims, a small dog in back for groom, our cat arriving for groom).Our lovely long haired sweet natured male cat was left looking butchered. His coat was uneven and cut far shorter than we'd hoped.We have another long haired cat in our family who is taken to a cat-exclusive groomer in Richfield and not only are they extremely sensitive to the comfort of the animals and safety of both the animals and the staff, they also leave the animal with even fur and a symmetrical look.Our cat's fur looks objectively awful and I am so sorry I subjected him to that. I simply cannot recommend this place for long haired cats.The two photos show him before and after. You be the judge.

WITHOUT our consent!The owner Megan is the one who did this and is refusing to accept responsibility or give us our money back!We have been more than fair trying to reach a resolution with her privately but she is refusing.

I called after hours Wednesday and was given a call back before they even opened Thursday and was given a generous time slot to go in. My dogs nails were over due and they are both typically very nervous. For the first time in my Bulldogs 7 years of life he just sat and let Felisha cut his nails while I sat jaw dropped over his contentment with her. She truly has a talent with animals, they both did wonderfully and they look even better!

I’ve been to this location for my dogs and they did a great job and during Covid I stopped bring them and started doing them myself. I adopted a long haired cat and I brought her in the middle of last year and Megan did a good job. Did everything I wanted took around three hours for her to do. Recently my husband brought our cat back and had a horrific experience. I had my husband read off a message of everything I wanted to have done that consisted of her getting brushed out. I wanted her belly area shaved up and have a sanitary shave. as soon as my husband spoke with the groomer, he could tell instantly that something was off she could barely put together sentences was slurring her words, not only was my husband concerned, but the customer behind him, as well as the employees were concerned about her. She proceeded to take my cat and said that she would be easy and started grooming her rapidly shaved down her chest and it wasn’t a neat shave. It was very spotty and trim her nails this all consisted of about five minutes and after she wanted him to pay 75 for the work she did. In which we refused. Besides brushing her that was all she did that I asked. My husband did call to tell me what happened and I was horrified. This cat means a lot to me and the number one thing that came to my mind was is she OK? Was she hurt? Luckily she wasn’t but this is the first time I’ve ever felt that one of my animals was not safe at a groomers I ended up calling to find out what happened exactly and I spent well over 10 minutes on the phone with her, and I could barely make out anything in which she said she repeated herself many times could barely answer any of my questions took a lot of pauses in between her words, it was very concerning. My husband called back later when he got home to talk to somebody management wise to see if she was OK to place, his concerns, the woman’s husband ended up coming into the work and informed us of some things that are personal on her end in which I will not go into detail about. I ended up having to bring her somewhere else. A groomer out in Blaine. I told her everything that I wanted to have done told me it would take 20 minutes and charged me $42 with tip. It was over $55. I will say I will never go to K-9 Kitty Kutter’s ever again at this point the safety of my animals is a concern there.

I brought my old lady (18 yr old medium hair cat) in for a much needed grooming. I was feeling guilty about how matted she was, and extremely nervous about her demeanor. With her old age it’s been more challenging to take care of her on our own, she needed professional help. I brought her in to the Andover location, and I met Megan! I immediately felt at ease and all my worries were gone. I was told she’d give her breaks, that this was nothing new for her, and to feel no guilt. I came back to a whole new kitty and was told she did wonderfully! Megan, my hug to you was genuine! Thank you for easing my mind, you are a saint! Sasha and her whole fam thank you! 😊❤️

We brought our cat here to get shaved, he has never been groomed before and had quite a few mattes that needed to go. The owner was very very nice and did an amazing job handling and shaving him (despite my cats best efforts haha, he was very naughty)!! She was able to get all of the mattes off even while he was being aggressive, giving him breaks when needed. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend bringing your kitties here!!

I will not be going back to this place! I told them not to shave my long haired GSD’s hair, she had Matt’s behind her ears. They said they may have to shave a bit of it but we wouldn’t notice it. My dog came home and they shaved all the hair behind her ears! My husband picked her up and paid and tipped. If I would have been there I certainly wouldn’t have tipped them.

We took our cats to Chuck and Dons for the K-9 & Kitty Kutters nail trim clinic. Our one cat was stressed in the environment and it was a struggle to get her nails trimmed every time. Marissa (hopefully I remembered her name correctly😬) was super friendly and helped us get us an appointment at the grooming salon with a more experienced cat groomer.Our appointment was fast and easy! The groomer came up and clipped their nails at the table up front where they didn’t have to be brought near dogs. The groomer was professional, skilled, handled the cats well, and it is very obvious she has years of experience. My cranky cat didn’t freak out like she normally does and it took a fraction of the time!We will continue to bring our cats for routine nail trims

I have been here a total of three times. The first was for a quick nail trim. Felicia, did my pup's nails. She was awesome! Made me feel like this is a great place. Just this week I brought her in for a bath. I was super nervous. I had rescued my dog and was unsure how she would do. I stopped in a couple of times just to ask questions and all the staff is great! They take their time with owner s and pets. This is my new spot for grooming!!! Chelsea even took time to answer my question s about how to keep my dogs coat so shiny! Thanks for reading! I've been going to K9 & Kitty Kitters for years. I love the owner, Megan. She has well over a decade of grooming experience and truly cares about the animals she serves. I always know my furry first born is in good hands there. Even when I forget to mention it, she always remember to take extra care when moving him because she knows he's had a history of back problems. And he always comes out looking clean cut and ready to strut his stuff at the park. If you're wondering whether to visit K9, you definitely should.

I was referred to Megan from a friend. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Megan was excellent from scheduling all the way through to my cat's appointment. I have a long haired, mildly anxious cat that developed some mats. Megan did such an excellent job on grooming her and went above and beyond my expectations! Our cat got a dry shampoo and a cute little bow even! So adorable and my cat handled the experience so well! You can tell Megan is truly a pro! We have been going to this groomer since they've opened. We bring our border collie cocker spaniel mix in every few months for grooming and they do a great job every single time! We just started bringing our pit mix for her nails and they were willing to use 2 groomers because despite being small, she is very strong and anxious with her nails. They are a great place with very kind staff. I highly recommend K-9 & Kitty Kutters!
