The employees closed the store and laughed at people walking up trying to open the locked doors on April 29th 2024.

Had a bad experience with an employee named Jon. The cashier woman paged him up from the back to get him to help us locate an item in stores that we were not seeing. He opened up a second register and when we approached him and asked him to show us where the item was he merely gestured vaguely at the area and told me I can find it there. When I asked him to please walk me to the area it should be since I did not see it when I looked before he told me I should go look where he told me because he has to help people check out. I mentioned how the page for him to come up was to help show me where this item is if they had any, and that I was next in line, not accepting his refusal to help me. He apologized to the people who had been standing in line at the already opened check out, and reluctantly walked us there, gestured at a whole shelf and said "it would be here, is there anything else you need?", not stating where it would be, since deducing it was not in stock. I asked if they ever have this item in stock or if they don't carry it at this location, he answered yes and left. He was very rude and unhelpful in his attitude and tone.

Love this location! Dana and Joy were super helpful with all of our items needed for an end of season football banquet. I picked up some cute personal items as well. Clean, organized and every shelf was stocked. I will definitely be back.

More household merchandise that most of the local Dollar Trees. Unfortunately, not as much food and snacks. Very friendly and chatty cashier. Nice to see that! Plenty of close parking too.

Very rude Mgr. She acted like it was a big deal when I needed assistance. I'm sorry you had to leave your office chair to help the only cashier who had 5 people in line! I'm sorry I asked you to do your job!

Was just in the store this morning and the two ladies working were complaining about EVERYTHING! they were so loud I could hear them threw the store.They would complain about the people coming in to break a $20 or no soap in the bathroom or putting something out that shouldn't have been.The store was messy and empty shelves like normal. Overall a bad experience.Please train your employees to keep that stuff in the backroom and to clean the store. And didn't find anything I needed because of how empty and messy the store was.

The cashier and manager need training on coupons. I tried to use 3 manufacturer's coupons that I clipped from the Sunday today. The coupons were for scotties and puffs Kleenex. The coupon beeps. The cashier tried to tell me it was because the coupon was a Dollar General coupon which wasnt true. Dollar general coupons are only digital. The back of the coupon said dollar general because it was clipped from the paper. The manager tried to say my coupons weren't working because it was a limit of 1 coupon for my entire transaction. This would be true if I was buying multiple of the same items. He tried to tell me it was because my 1st coupon for juice went through and I couldn't use anymore for my transaction. I just took my coupons and walked out because It's not my job to properly train their employees.

This is the most disgusting store I've ever been in. The floor had stains evvvverywhere, and everything was torn apart. The people in there were letting their children destroy EVERYTHING. How disheartening for their employees. The woman in front of me, with 4 kids destroying the checkout lane, didn't make eye contact with the cashier once, even as she attempted to be polite and ask how she was doing. Her kids were picking stuff up and she just threw it down wherever she pleased.I signed in to my Google account solely to review this store, because that's how bad it was. Unpleasant experience as a shopper and I can only IMAGINE working there. Never again will I come here.

Stopped when the doors opened and this Dollar Tree location is a mess! Floors were visibly dirty with debris and good luck finding anything on the shelves because many areas just had heaping piles of inventory rather than having things displayed as they should have been. There are several other Dollar Trees in the area I would check out before returning to this one. They did have the specific item I was looking for however.

Love to get all of my party needs at this store. They even have mylar balloons and you can put an order in and have them blown up and waiting for you the day of your event. Just be sure to pick them up the actual day of your event as the helium doesn't seem to last as long as other places like Party City.

Floors were dirty carpet. At least vacuum them. No refrigerated section. But employees were nice and very helpful. And hey, it's dollar tree. The real dollar store. I save so much money .

Always very well stocked. The store is clean. The new manager has done a great job keeping the isle full. Wish they had refrigerated & frozen food.

Just stop there this morning the store was amazing new manager so clean and organized wow doesn’t even look like the same place .The manager was very friendly and the sales clerk also had more product out definitely a BIG Improvement !

I always find what I am looking for. Some really great finds. I agree with the person who said they need a good vacuuming! The floor is terrible. I don't recall seeing it clean ever.

Have been to this particular location a couple times. Does not have soda coolers by the registers like the other near by locations have. Also, the aisles were a mess, and didn’t have any birthday gift bags. Only plain colored paper bags or wedding. I went to the Champlin location the next day, and they had 20oz sodas by the registers as well as a whole wall of birthday themed gift bags. I’ve been to the Andover location once before as I recall now to look for a certain bathroom cleaned I think it was toilet cleaner, and they did not have anything. But I go to the Anoka location and they had toilet cleaner. I just will try to remember not to go to the Andover location... just inconvenient to go to multiple locations to get what I am shopping for.

Was looking for a set of kitchen funnels. Did have any. Asked one of the stock person, she pointed me to a plastic paint cup? Simple thing but they do not carry.

The dollar store has a lot of little crafts for kids sometimes you can find things there that cost a lot more in the regular stores and they're the same name brand

Best variety of greeting cards out of a handful of dollar stores in the area. I go here for other things too, but their card selection is quite larger than some others.
