The store has been around for a long while, and I believe the owner and staff are the most knowledgeable about products for your pet in the industry. They are so helpful and take their time to listen to some issues your pet may be having and go right to the heart of their health! I am SO GLAD I found out about this place! Even tho I may drive a little bit further to get here, it's always worth it! Highly recommend coming! You won't be disappointed! 🤗🙏

Where do I start? We LOVE everything about Canine Crossing - the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, the quality and variety of pet food options is great, and the other services in the building offer SO MUCH to our pets!We drive out of our way each month to buy from Canine Crossing. We love the ease of being able to order curbside pick-up (but also enjoy seeing their friendly faces inside!). They stand for high quality and integrity in the pet food industry, and we are so thankful they are a local resource!

Love this store, lots of incredible choices to take care of your pooch! The prices are reasonable the owners are lovely, and helpful and very knowledgeable and give good advice even when you have difficult situations to address. They have great events in the spring and fall to come in and meet the vendors of many of their products and they give you samples to try to see what your dog likes best, plus the events are super fun, everyone has their dogs, they have nice treats for the human counterparts too! We go to every event and get our food, treats and feeders there all year. Hope to see you there next time!

This is a small business located in Blaine Minnesota. My wife and I have been going to this store for many years. The owners also work in the store it is a privately owned business. The husband-and-wife team of owners and operators are very knowledgeable about everything in their store and they have never tried to upsell me to something I didn't need. Both operator owners are very willing to help and they'll even remember you when you come back Weeks Later. Even though we don't go to their store for the food that we require we still stop in and get toys and treats and they remember us even though we haven't been in for many months. I recommend this store for all of your pet needs their knowledgeable and have many high-end items that are good for your dog or cat.

Josh is very knowledgeable. Finally I have found a Pet Place that really knows about their products. I am looking forward to meeting Lynn at some point. Love that they carry Young Living Oils. Going to convert my dogs to the raw food; have been feeding organic root vegetables and grass fed meat. Way too time consuming, so I am "happy" there is another way to give my dogs good food that will keep them healthy.

🐕🐈 I highly recommend Canine Crossing (cat-dog food supplies store). They are open and doing carside delivery at their store. 🐈🐕🐶🐱 I have never been in the store but I called to see if they were open. I wanted to support a local Andover Small Business. Not only was the lady who answered the phone, kind and courteous. She also helped talked me through what they had compared to what I was looking for. I ended up getting the two items below, based on her recommendation. 🐱🐶🐾 They both were a hit with my cats and dogs. Needless to say, I will be returning there to buy all of my cat and dog food/treats going forward. 🐾

I was very impressed with the products at Canine Crossing. They had an excellent selection of toys that I hadn't even seen in other specialty stores. Some stores you walk into and a particular section is disappointing (such as only a small aisle of good treats or a small display of toys). This store has a great balance for everything that you need. I felt very confident I was finding quality products.

*UPDATE*I went in to quickly get a bag of dog food and get out. I was pleased to see that the employee was masked, as were all customers. Hopefully this is what I will continue to see if I stop in again because I prefer to support a smaller local business versus a large chain. Fingers crossed.*ORIGINAL*I have gone here twice. Each time, MULTIPLE people, including the person at the register, were not masked. During the first visit, the person exiting when I was entering was not masked, nor was at least one other customer inside. Both times, the people at the register put a mask on ONLY after I had approached the register to pay. We are amidst a pandemic, MN has a mask mandate, and I am immune compromised. I find it irresponsible and disrespectful. I grabbed what I needed and left as fast as I could. I prefer to visit smaller stores but will avoid this location if this is a sign of their standard of customer service. I'm sure they are kind people, but seriously, MASK UP.

If you have pets and you want them to have overall natural health, then you need to pay a visit. I get my dog’s raw food, chiropractic, massage therapy, meds and homeopathic vet visits all in one place! You can’t imagine the world of difference in my dogs.I came in knowing nothing and everyone here has educated me, helped me and encouraged me on my way to natural pet health. I am so thankful and tell everyone they should visit!

I don’t recommend this place they called my dog fat and i have never went to a pet store where my dog was called fat or overweight; she has a medical condition that creates tumours so she might appear overweight but I do not appreciate her being called overweight. If you are going to run a pet store you shouldn’t discriminate people’s animals, we all love our animals the same.

Groomer shaved my dog without permission , they said I would get a refund but tried saying it was a communication issue over and over. I emailed , contacted them on Facebook and had two in person discussions. This last time the husband and owner was very aggressive and rude . At the end he even called me a b****. Worst service and treatment I've ever had. Completely unprofessional.

Josh and Lynn truly care about their customers (both humans and dogs). It's hard to know which dog food varieties are full of good stuff vs. fillers and garbage (literally! Lots of dog food contains ground-up chicken feathers! No one can digest that- blelch!). But there is nothing bad on any of the shelves at Canine Crossing! Hooray!
