Management must have autism. There are thirteen people waiting and eight registers closed on one side. Do they not have enough humans monitoring the self checkouts for theft? Their theft prevention on the self checkouts is so good that you can’t even ring things up without it going off. What’s your excuse, Walmart?

These 3 rasict leads were so unprofessional today at the Dilworth Walmart. I Checked out in register 20 with a lady that seemed to have difficulty with her English. I purchased 2 pairs of boots that rang up with diffrent prices but had the exact same price tag. When she asked for help the first time she was ignored completely. The 2nd time she went to where they were standing and before she was done explaining was told someone had been called to come help her. What seemed like 5 minutes passed and they were all standing watching this lady struggle and not 1 of them came to help. I then directed my self to them, because I thought they hadnt understood her, and before I could explain was cut off. When I asked if she even knew what was going on she stated something diffrent than what the issue was. At that point her parter realizes both boots have the same price tag and states, all she needs to do is override. I then asked are you not lead? Cause your badge says that.. cant you go help her? She says im lead up front not in back area. When I turn to head back the guy with the long hair tells me, in a strong tone of voice, she told you already. She already called for help. I looked back and stated, in a loud voice, you should not get involved in a conversation that was not directed to you. Its important I point out that all 3 leads that refused to help are white caucasian people. I get back to the register and there is 2 other ladies with the cashier none of them are cacausian. All 3 seem to be from diffrent nationalities. They were very nice and helpful all this while the other leads are staring at us. I am Mexican, the ladies that helped were Asian, Arabian and the cashier was a diffrent nationality. A very diverse community for racist ppl to be in such high positions. 2 of the 3 in pics below. The other one walked into the office.

Tried to pay with a gift card, the lovely woman with pink hair (I apologize that I didn't get your name) was very helpful, however the "customer support" team nothing but rude and I assume annoyed that I even asked for help because the card was apparently demagnetized. Extremely rude and at one point accused me of trying to steal when I had said more than once that I was willing to pay with cash instead. Actually ridiculous and I don't understand how the two of them have jobs.

I am very mix about this location.Negative:1. the car Service department do not know how to take off the oil cap .. so I waited almost a hour twice just for the same results. Only location I have this problem vs other Walmarts (Subaru outback 2021)2. The new check out layout is going backwards to the original method that each aisle requires a new line which will bring Stress on the customer even if it’s low-key. When you had one line for all the checkouts, it worked way better so you don’t have to wait on that one or two person. There’s a reason why airports And other companies all have the new system where one line leads to all of the registers.Positive1.This Walmart is very clean. It’s also known as the Academy Walmart, so they have a well management leading example for the whole district.2. They have more clearance deals.3. The new layout is beautiful4. More selection of thingsHonestly, I do hope manage Does see this I know the line system is out of local management control but maybe someone higher could see that it’s a backwards move .The Service department though should have Some investigating into it just doesn’t make any sense only location that complains about this

I wish they’d stop constantly moving their stock. I mean how many ways can you market the same stuff?It’ll look the same no matter where you put it.Other than that it’s okay. At least they have my dark chocolate Eminem’s. That is most of the time. lol.

Much nicer than the 13th Avenue Walmart in Fargo, but I don’t like that they keep all of their cheap costume jewelry/watches locked up. I had to chase down like 3 different employees, wait in line at the service counter, chase down another employee, and then wait in the jewelry section for several minutes just to be able to get into the display cabinet with the watches…which were all about $10. Super inconvenient and frustrating to have to go through all of that just for some $10 watches.

Employees are rude at times, not cross trained in every department of the store. You ask an employee a question they don’t even know how to solve your question. Steve Russel a manager at the store poorly trains his employees. It was a great place to buy things until he was hired on. They need to train their employees way better. I’m sick of hearing from a employee I don’t know for a answer to my question.

I want make a complaint against a Walmart employee (female cashier)Use the customer to scan the drinking water barcode in the shopping cart if you ‘re LAZY to work you should quit your job .all employees were name tags on their chests so that if they make mistakes they will know who they are,Buy this lady her not show name tag.if you not happy or enjoy working you come back go your home town .this is America.i want check your visa because you don’t know American people,👽you alien 👽 lady what you get your visa ? The cashier add three of my items to the person in front of me. Then told me that would have not happened if I had used the dividers. I commented you mean the ones at your till. I would have used them if they were in the correct area.

2nd time dealing with auto area called ahead talked to Zach bout getting a set of tires done today everything was lined up I told him I lived 20 mins out and I arrived 25 mins later and was told no! This is the second time I’ve had the same experience with this Walmart so I wasted my time once again! Very disappointed very disgusted with the customer service!

Took my 2021 Jeep to Walmart for tire instalation. Got a call 20 minutes after we left, stating they could not do the vehicle as they did not have a socket to remove the wheels. How is that possible. So all Jeeps can not have wheels replaced at Walmart? Firstly seems a little suspect and secondly go down the isle and pick out a socket from the tool section. Amazingly worthless

I am thankful this Walmart Supercenter has access to all necessities I need. The self checkout abundance makes my moments to acquire efficiently. I am thankful.

First our wedding was on January 13, 2024. We came to order the cake in person at this Walmart, 1 week before our wedding. The associate that took our order was Bethany, she said it will be ready by 8am the earliest on January 13th. It was a 2 stories cake for our wedding.When we came around 8:30am on that day, they said that there is no cake for the order. Very negligence and hurtful to find out that how lightly they take your order specially its wedding cake. Our wedding starting time was 10:30am and to get a substitute cake we were there until 10:45am.I don’t care if there is glitch in the system or anything, I hoped that this Walmart would be better on handling a wedding cake, we always come to this Walmart even though we have many Walmarts nearby in Fargo. Very much disappointed! No responsibility and no regret specially on the eyes of Bethany.

Store is clean and well stocked most staff are helpful and polite. Only complaint is that workers stocking are always in way and don't seem to yield to customers also they have allot in the aisles 90 % of time

We have noticed at this Walmart that returns are a hassle with or without a receipt. They do have lower prices on groceries and large variety, but the employees' customer service skills could be better. We have yet to have one employee greet us. The grocery aisle are wider than most Walmarts which makes it easier to navigate when it is busy. We have had two separate problems with the auto center. We had brand new tires put onto our car. They under inflated 2 of the tires and over inflated the other 2 tires. The second time, they disconnected my air filter hose during my oil change. I had to wait over an hour because they did not know how to put it back on.

Review is for the vehicle service, one of the hardest things you can accomplish in a day is get a oil change at this store, I managed to get 1 in a few Mos ago when they switched it to first come first serve but apparently it worked to good so they changed it back to appointment only and are booked for days out, I'm just going to stop trying to get my vehicle serviced at Walmart and just pay a little extra at a Valvoline which can get it done in about 10 min.

there was only one cashier lane & it was all backed up, so everyone was forced to self-checkout. even talked to the manager who said “go file a complaint” & walked away. sorry walmart, but i dont work there so why am i doing the work? PLUS you are cutting people’s cashier jobs. you can catch me at target for now on ✌🏽

I dont want to check out in the make up area. I dont know why that's been made MANDATORY. Ridiculous. Didn't even buy make up, bought sugar scrub... shouldn't even be IN the make up square. If you're concerned about theft HIRE MORE CASHIERS AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE.
