The guy that runs this place is truly clueless. I called today to ask some questions and they came while we were out tonight and picked up our tank. He stuttered and stammered on the phone today when I spoke to him. We wouldn't have chosen to work with this company to begin with but the tank was already here when we purchased the home. So overall, this may have been good because they aren't a good place to work with. I should also mention, they drove over our drainage field to get the tank.
