Store is busy, and not as clean and organized as well as a typical Tractor Supply or Macs. They have a good selection. There are very few discounts here. Like the good selection.

They have alot of different things in this store. This place is the only place in town that carries ointment I use for my daughters diaper rashes. So we came here to pick that up then my daughter seen a huge shelf full of different farm animal figures. They have some cute toys there. My daughter begged me to get her a cow so I did. They are nice and pretty detailed. Pricing on the stuff is reasonable not overly priced. It wasn't busy at all very few people.

Salesman answered my questions & actually SOUNDED confident in his answers, like he knew WHAT he was talking about & sure of his answer. Very helpful & friendly. Glad they carry DeWalt & do have some knowledgable salespeople.

This store has most everything i need. And very seldom are they out of anything. I like there random orange sale stickers i find some super good deals but you got to look close lol. The workers are very polite and do there jobs well. most are knowledgeable about helping me find the right stuff or show me somthing that would work better

Are the cashiers supposed to ask about your project and then continue to talk about their own projects with multiple customers in line? Great place to shop, if you know what you are looking for.

I found what I was looking for. It was a very bad experience at the checkout when I tried to use my credit card and it was rejected. I left this store completely humiliated. Checked with my card company when I got to my car, and my account was in good standing. I called the store when I returned home to make a complaint and the person I talked to basically told me it was my fault. I doubt I'll ever set foot in there again.

Very rude service. I went in for chicks and ask when chicks would be ready for purchase, the women behind the counter rudely told me she wouldn’t answer my questions. After I gave up on asking about the chicks, I was trying to purchase an item and the lady was having problems ringing my item up, when I tried to talk to her again she rudely snorted and me and continued to ignore me. She ended up ringing up my item much lower then it should have been, so I again tried to tell her it was wrong, she snorted back it’s fine and told me to pay. All around very rude women.

Was shopping for my annual battery for my lawn mower yesterday, and I was also in looking at Fish Finder's, as I had a Garmin just lose its picture while in the middle of a lake. While I was seeing the exact Garmin on display, Krista a employee asked if I needed help and I told her of my dilemma. She asked me when I bought it, and I said about a year or so ago, and that I had bought it at this store. She asked if I wanted her to look up to see what their warranty was, and I said, sure. She also took her time to get me a duplicate receipt from my 6-11-22 purchase. It just so happened that Garmin carried a two year warranty and if I brought in my entire installed one in, I could swap it out. Outstanding Service Krista! I've been a great customer already, but now I can really brag about L&M Fleet once again! Thanks so much.

Great store but checkout had a long line and it was even longer to get a license. License counter (also key maker, returns, product look up, let people out the in door, answer questions, help people find stuff, etc...)has way too many responsibilities.

I went to L and M Fleet Supply to buy a couple of snowblower tires. When I got there and looked for them, I was asked if a clerk could help me find something...and I replied yes.I told the clerk the size I needed and they didn't have the particular ones I was looking for, but the website said they did. The clerk showed me the ones they did have, but it was the wrong tread pattern. It was disappointing, but the clerk asked me to step on over to their service center and they could help me further. Awesome guest service. The service center explained to me that even if the website says that they have them, sometimes they don't because the website doesn't keep up with 'real time' sales. So, the service center looked up the tires they could order and sure enough there they were, they could order them. So, I had them ordered and they said they would call when they get them. The price was good and was cheaper than the ones in Moorhead. I will definitely shop here more often.Keep up with the great customer service and helpfulness.

I go to L&M frequently, though this was my first stop at this particular location. I found a good deal on a fishing rod. I didn't find a ring terminal connector that I was looking for though.

Purchased a new Stihl weed trimmer they fired it up in the shop and made sure I was working before they sent us out to the door with it also would recommend buying the factory fuel as it doubles the warranty of the weed trimmer very friendly staff

The retractable dog leashes that are sold are not even close to the Fleet Farm German made retractables. My dog almost just got hit by a car because the leash they sell is super tough to stop the hold as one is trying to switch the top button to stop retraction/release...The German made models are simply easier and more safe and efficient/effective

This might be a good place to by new stuff but. I will never take anything here again to be work on I have brought a nipple heater into here to have it fixed because it would not fire up and it would just smoke and spit kerosene everywhere and they had it for a week then they call me back tell me they had it done I get charged $60 supposedly for labor when I bring it home plug it in and go start it. It just did the exact same thing it just spit kerosene everywhere and smoked it still would not fire up so I don't know what they did but they charged me $60 for nothing done to it

Easy to find my way around. There to pick up "duck meat" by Cadet. One package left...seems to be a supply problem. My dog is hooked on these treats and I have gone many miles to get him some. I've learned to stop into stores that carry that brand just to keep a supply at home...lol. Great customer service.

Great selection of tools for most projects home or farm. Good selection of work boots, I'm a 12 extra wide had a choice of several different styles. My feet are happy.
