We were happy to get a same day appointment, but Cory would have been worth the wait for sure! Aquarius as a whole was fantastic to deal with. They kept us informed of our appointment and accommodated our request for follow up consultation without a second thought. Your experience may not be as good as ours, because this was as close to perfection as humanly possible. Thank you all!

Their customer service was good. When I scheduled online I specifically requested to be contacted via email. I received a phone call, a text message and an email... I didn't expect to be spammed that hard when I asked for just email correspondence. The tech called me to schedule a time when someone would be home. He arrived at the agreed upon time and my wife was home. It was just a free simple water test that they advertise, yet the guy insisted that I be home to do it, so he didn't do anything and left... My wife said it was a super weird interaction and we can't believe he came out and didn't do the water test. Needless to say we are going with a different company. We made it a point to have someone home for the scheduled appointment and for them to not do anything just because me (the husband) wasn't there is really weird.

Our experience from start(Jay) the sales tech to (finish) Eric the installer was great. They answered our questions and were very pleasant. We appreciated the texts giving us information about them and confirming appointments They gave us a follow up call letting us know what time they would arrive. If you didn't see the equipment in place a person wouldn't know they had been here.Our 1st follow up since installation. Art was great. He answered questions and was polite. Great employee.

Cory Merrill came over for furnace tune up. He was very personable and knowledgeable He took the extra time to inspect/explain why a couple of our bedrooms are not heating/cooling like the rest as well as explaining the fan settings on thermostat and the benefits of the different settings. He also explained the maintenance needed for air exchanger, which we never got from the previous company that installed it. Was able to get set up on the yearly maintenance program while he was there. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Cory Merrill inspected my MY2005 York furnace and serviced it in the same visit. He was quick, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. I appreciated that he was willing to explain the "why's" of what he was working on. Aquarius (previously Thompson Heating) as a whole seems to have excellent customer service and a ridiculously fast response time.
