The older gentleman working was very polite and helpful after having to wait at the self checkout needing assistance. The female manager at the time was more interested in her phone call than helping him or any customers. The manager pointed to the older gentleman in the back to help us instead of doing it herself. Then she had to be asked by the man to help again to actually solve the issue. The female manager was lazy and unprofessional and it shows in how things look and are ran inside.

The manager here is so friendly and all the staff are as well. I shop here about once a week and appreciate how much selection they have. Their selection of cleaning supplies and party supplies is huge. Large frozen food section. Every kind of soft drink you can think of. They even have a small fresh produce section that's stocked with lettuce, peppers and fruit. The parking lot is huge which makes getting in and out of it so easy. Easier than many of the other places in town. Great place to go when you need just a couple bags of items. Makes shopping fast and easy.

This store is often closed during the regular business hours that are posted. I can't count the number of Saturdays ($5 off coupon day) that this store has been closed. This store is so poorly ran. Management needs to take accountability for this mess.

Three stars, all three of which are for the poor employees of this store that seems to have been abandoned by both God and their corporate superiors.Other reviews mention that the store is crowded with boxes of unstocked product. This is true. If you visit the store, you'll notice that the shelves are also chock full and cannot fit any more product. It's my understanding that Dollar General continues to ship new product anyway. Not exactly anything the employees can do about that.Every interaction with an employee here has been at least polite and most were phenomenal. They're very kind people, including one very helpful madam who helped me find the most inane craft materials without blinking an eye.This store has garnered a reputation for being terrible to work at, and looking up the starting pay that Dollar General offers, I don’t have any questions as to why.tl;dr prices are good, people are nice, corporate sucks. If you're too good to reach past a box or if you'd be scandalized if the cashier didn't kiss your feet, go pay 30% more at Coborns.

I did a order pick up and thought I would be off to pick up 12 to 1:00 pm but I couldn’t get there till just before 5:00 pm. They were closed with a sign on the door saying they would be closed for a few hours to unload freight. I called the store a few times which it rang and disconnected but was busy every time after that. I went to the store around 9pm thinking they would then be open so I could get my order pick up. They at first wouldn’t come to the door but said they were closed. Someone did come to the door and I said I had been there 3 times trying to get my order pick up. She said I had no order pick up cuz she would’ve been alerted. I showed her the pick up confirmation I got and she continued to be loud and deny that I had a order pick up and kept basically yelling they were closed. My pick up was sitting in a cart as I could see it and the things I ordered plain as day. My checking account was already charged. I assume she was a manager but to lie and be SO RUDE is beyond ridiculous. If your gonna close then change your hours on your website. Don’t post a sign stating a few hours and close your order pick up online.

Crowed aisles with partially emptied boxes/carts. Unfriendly and not helpful employees. Products that you want were unobtainable due to the huge clutter in the aisles and boxes piled up in front of the items that a person wanted to buy. In store customers were the only friendly people in the facility.

Customer service was fantastic! There was a guy with 1 arm in a sling that ran after a lady in the parking lot who forgot her bag. He was friendly, fast, knowledgeable and personable!
