I made an appointment online to get a COVID test and decided to use the drive through thinking it would be faster and easier. Could not have been more wong! First of all, I had to touch the buzzer, even though someone was standing within field of vision. Since it was an appointment, I was concerned that I was late. When the tech finally came over, she didn't know what I was talking about...and then told me "nobody gets this done anymore". She then went to the pharmacist who eventually came over. She was on the computer for a long time and said it wasn't working right...she at least apologized for the delay. Five minutes later she gave me a kit to do the test and walked me through the process. She said I should get the results shortly. She was nice and professional, though she did look at me like I had grown two heads. I waited for the results for over an hour, and since it was supposed to be a rapid test, I finally called them. The person who gave me the results was very short with me and all he said was my name, and said that it was negative. He never introduced himself, nor did he sound anywhere near pleasant. Even my husband, who could hear the call, said "wow, he was rude". I understand being short staffed, but if this service isn't anything you normally do...then maybe don't offer it.

I experienced the worst customer care ever. The lady that filled my prescription today was very rude and unprofessional. Am not sure if she was having a bad day, but she shouldn't be taking it out on customers.

Helpful staff! Inventory is not quite the same as most. Better selection for nutrition and supplements than the nearby grocery store. Adequate parking.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Wish there was another option. Stood in line for nearly 25 minutes... There where two people in front of me when I showed up, one already being helped. This is insane... 10 minutes to take care of each customer. Mind you all the perscriptions were done just no one could find them.

I called in a kind of panic. My daughter was with her uncle and was not allowed to have control of her meds at this time. I put what she needed in a baggie and gave them to her older brother... he lost them ugh!! Anyway I called my wonderful pharmacy in my town of Wyoming MN and they told me what to do. So I called the pharmacy near her uncle .. CVS Delano. The woman was rude, spoke over me and then put me on hold for 10 min even after I explained the severity of getting my daughter her meds..In the long run they got it but they were extremely rude. People go to the pharmacy for help not to get treated like a bother!!

Several things...No matter what time of day I go, it always seems to be busy and I end up having to wait a while, which honestly really doesn’t bother me much.My 2 month old daughter needs medication for reflux. This is the second time I’ve had to pick it up for her. The first time, the pharmacist mixed up the medication for us and all was fine. This time, I brought it home and realized the medication was not mixed up. Instead, they gave me a bottle of powder and one of liquid to mix it in. BOTH bottles were full and had obviously been opened, as both of the safety seals had been removed. The woman on the phone told me before I picked it up that they had mixed it already, yet both bottles were full? How am I supposed to know if the medication has already been mixed or if I’m supposed to do it myself? On top of that, I was told I had to pay for a 3 month supply of the medication even though I only need a 30 day supply because that is all the pharmacy had stocked at the moment, which was $20 more expensive. Very frustrating. Every time I have been to the pharmacy, several staff have been seen with masks pulled down below their noses/mouths or not even wearing one at all. Seems a little unsafe considering they handle our medications.

Called twice about an emergency prescription my doctor had sent in, they kept giving attitude trying to tell me it was my doctor’s problem, there was no prescription under my name, and I need to call my clinic back. I waited awhile to see if maybe it didn’t go through right away and called back, the lady from CVS gives me the same attitude filled spiel she gave me before. I call my doctor and she sends over a second prescription after telling me the first one says it went through and was verified. I call CVS AGAIN and this time a different lady picks up and was way more helpful, only she found my prescription in the box ready to be picked up. Unless they had gotten my prescription ready in 3 minutes, the first one HAD gone through and the first lady just decided not to let me know and blame my doctor instead. Then, I go to pick it up only to find out it needs a “pre-authorization” from the doctor that literally wrote the prescription so they only give me a small quantity to last a day, which is fine I get it but would’ve been nice to know on one of the 5 phone calls I had with CVS BEFORE going to pick up the prescription so I could send it to a different pharmacy. Quickly called my doctor and told her to send the rest of my prescription and all others to Coborns, will not be dealing with that mess again!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost a decade now. It used to be fantastic. Great customer service and timely prescriptions. But this past year it has been the worst its ever been. Absolutely horrible customer service. The women that work there dont care about the customers at all. They act as if they hate there jobs, you can see it on there faces so easily. Anytime there is an issue with a prescription they will never listen or help you at all. It always nothing they can do. I am honestly thinking about switching after all these years.

Poor customer service, snippy, and rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience for coming in. Been going to a different location for years and had great experiences, but have been shocked by every time I go to the Delano location how poor the experience is.

CVS has flu vaccine signs posted all over. I walked in and was told they could not accommodate. Went next door to Coborn’s pharmacy and they took care of me!! Avoid this location.

They schedule way too many people at the same time for the shot. The line was huge. They should schedule people 5 minutes apart. Not a massive block of people all at once. Someone was standing right behind me in line. There should be someone managing the line to maintain social distancing. They had the heat in the store cranked up super high. I bet it was almost 80 in there. Now I know why this store gets such bad reviews.

First time I called to check on my prescription the man was short with me and told me he didn't see it in the system. They didn't call to tell me my antibiotic was ready. So I called them to check on it again and was told that it was ready but they were closing soon and I'll have to wait til tomorrow. I asked if they could transfer it and was told again they are closing soon and I'll just have to wait til the morning. Zero compassion

Long line. Cashier says someone can use self checkout I use Walmarts all the time. It takes cash. So I said to I'll try ihavent used yours before when I was done and ready to pay cash there was no choice. The man said it only takes cash! It has to be voided and you'll have to go over there. Just said forget it and walked out. He was very loud and rude. We aren't ever coming back. It's not at all like the other ones I go to!/

I wish I could give a zero star. First time going to this pharmacy and I was treated by the younger male pharmacist who was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the customers. Absolutely no people skills whatsoever. He should be working in a field where he doesn't have to deal with people face to face. Hopefully he gets this review and remembers who I am. I stopped in last night around 8 pm to get a prescription filled and he was not able to verify some sort of "coupon" that I was given and therefore had a tantrum like a little boy. I'm sorry I don't want to pay an additional $100+ for something when I shouldn't have to and you have to call to verify it's valid. Is that not part of your job.... If you don't like what you do, then change it. Nobody is forcing you to be a pharmacist at CVS in Delano... Hopefully he was able to enjoy a beer when he got home and realize how big of a prick he was to me, when I was trying to be friendly about the situation.

Interestingly, I read the reviews this morning as I was searching for the pharmacy hours. I was there at 9:00 to pick up my prescription that was filled yesterday. While I was at the counter paying for it, I heard the person at the drive thru window tell the customer that they could not fill their new prescription yet as "they just opened and were taking inventory". The customer was told it would be 20 minutes before they could fill it. WOW. First of all, the pharmacy isn't open at 8:00 like the store is, they don't open until 9:00. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE INVENTORY BEFORE FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS - YOU SHOULD BE THERE AT 8:30 SO YOU ARE READY FOR BUSINESS WHEN YOU OPEN AT 9:00!

I went here because it was close to where my urgent care visit was. I will not make that mistake again. slow, rude, only filled one of 2 prescriptions which I didn't discover until I was home. My brother went back the next day to pick it up for me and said they were rude to him as well (completely different shift.) short tempered and "oh well, not my problem" attitude. seriously unhappy people working here. I would have to agree with all the other reviews.

I don't even want to give them one star. This pharmacy is unbelievably slow and the workers are incompetent. I went in to drop of a prescription for them to fill, there were 3 workers there and they told me that they were shorthanded and my prescriptions were going to take 2 hours to fill. They told me to call at a certain time just to check and see if they were ready and when I called, not only was the lady rude to me, but she informed me that they hadn't even put the prescription through. I was told they were going to put it through right away and that it would be another 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I went back to the store where I was told that they still hadn't put anything through and that it would still be about another hour. This place lacks any sort of customer service and decency to people that need their medications. I will never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else to. I will be going to Coborn's instead.

Do not use a credit card at this store. They charged me twice for one purchase, taking an additional $122 from me. I called the store, explained what happened and that I have receipts and bank statements to prove everything, and was told if I brought in documentation it would be refunded. I specifically asked if I should come a particular time/day and if any manager in particular needed to be there to help me, and was told it didn’t matter. So I drive an hour and a half there, and was told they couldn’t help me and are keeping my money.

I've used this pharmacy for 10yrs! I've been completely satisfied in the past with the pharmacy and I still love the rest of the store. However, recently my husband medications, ones he needs, haven't been in stock, or "whoops we forgot to order" aren't being handled appropriately. We have waited 1 month for a medication my husband needs. Today, I attempted to just bypass insurance and pay out of pocket and was not allowed to and then hung up on while asking a question 😡 Very unsatified with this pharmacy.. High turnover for pharmacists who seem overwhelmed. Save yourself some time and use coborns. Just spoke with their pharmacist and was treated decently!

This pharmacy cannot keep anything straight. My doctors office sent two prescription refills at 9:51 am on Thursday but whenI went in Friday at 10:0O am they only had one and no idea where the other one was. I was told they could fill a small amount until I call my doctor and it would be about 15 minutes before it would be ready. I returned home, called my doctor who told me exactly what time she called them in. I returned to cvs and they had the prescription ready. My doctor had to call them before they could find it. This has happened to me before at this pharmacy so I have transferred all my prescription to Coborns. No more cvs for me for anything. Very incompetent.

If you like bad customer service, unresponsive pharmacists, confusion, unwillingness to handle your concerns, a strong ability to mess things up, and then an unwillingness to accept responsibility for a mistake… then CVS Delano is the place for you!! Welcome to the Gong Show!These type of poor ratings are not an accident. No wonder local media did a story on this place.Run away!!

I will never shop at Delano CVS again. My doctor gave me the first in a series of shingles shots; then I was told I needed to go to CVS for my second. I went there and was told they had no serum currently. I asked if I could get my name on a list to be called. They said no. It was against company policy. I should call each day. When I called, they said they had some, but it was reserved for the people who had their first shot there. I asked if I could get my name on the list. They said no. It is a first come, first served. The clerk referred me to other drug stores. I will do that forever. I usually like to support Delano businesses, but CVS has not earned that right. They do not deserve even the one star.

Dr called in my rx and when I stopped I gave them my insurance card. When I picked them up the cost was higher than I thought. She said they didn't have time to re-run I would have to come back tomorrow.

Awful customer service. Don't have the medications or screw up the prescription. On multiple occasions I have been told by those calling prescriptions they are short with them and rude on the phone. Will not shop at this CVS because of the awful pharmacy service. If I could rate a 0 I would!

The Pharmacy dept. has gotten so bad. Not open until 9. Today I went to pick up my pills and they were not ready...again. The pharmacy attendant called me and chewed me out to be more specific on what time I was going to be there. I had just talked to her 1.5 hours earlier...and told her when I would be there to them up. Bye CVS in Delano!

I was told my subscription would be filled in roughly 30 minutes. I waited in the store nust to be told that they could only fill half of it because they ran out and I would not be able to get the remainder of my prescription at a later time. Oh but I would have had to pay full price for my half prescription. No wonder Walgreens outnumber CVS 3 to 1.

I was only the person in the store; standing at the cash register watching employee do a carousel of making eye contact. Then immediately turning down another isle, 15 mins of this game before an employee came to complete the purchase…
