We had a bit of an emergent grooming needed for our Great Pyrenees Foster Pup. Bubbles and Bows came to the rescue. Everyone else in the area turned us down, but Tyler moved his day around to for our big boy in the next day. Hank (our foster pup) went from a skunk smelling, manure covered, matted mess to the softest floofy pup you had ever seen. I was amazed not only by the outstanding customer service and compassion, but the level of care and expertise of the finished product. They have new customers for life! So grateful for Bubbles and Bows in Delano!

Second time my new puppy has gone to get groomed and she looks absolutely amazing! They do such a great job! I refuse to take her to any other groomer now! I wish I could rate them 100 stars!

Our puppy had her first overnight away from us & Bubbles & Bows made it a great first experience for her ( & us). The owner readily gave us all a tour & it was his attention to detail & professionalism that confirmed that this was the right place for our pup. The business is kept very clean & it provides a variety of activities throughout the day. The staff were very friendly & spoke as if they had spent time with our pup.

My Aussie who hates getting groomed, looks amazing and is so much more comfortable now that his dreads/mats are gone. Even tho they had to shave his butt it looks as best as it could. Also great price for all they did and good customer service.

Our little baby girl needed her poor little anal glands expressed for the first time and these amazing folks let us make a last minute reservation the week of CHRISTMAS, no less, to give my sweet baby some relief. Thank you sooooo much from the bottom of my heart!! She's her happy, energetic, derpy self again. <3

My dog is very nervous & after not having the best of luck at other facilities with him we tried this place as a recommendation from someone at our vet. He has done so well here they are very understanding with him & he has continued to improve with each visit & will even go play with the other dogs now. We will be back!

Great place for pet boarding! Our lab stayed here for 10 days. The employees were friendly and personable. Prices were fair ($32/ni). Flexible hours. They have other services (grooming) available if you prefer. Will use again for pet boarding. Only reason not giving 5 stars is the parking lot is a little small and not exactly RV friendly. Other than they do a great job!

Had my dogs board here while my boyfriend and I went to Florida for a week and I would totally use them again! My dogs seemed happy to be there and like they didn’t want to leave! We will have to bring them back for doggie daycare so they can see there puppy friends again!

B&B did a great job cleaning up my pup. I had to cancel the first day and the second I missed the appointment due to work complications. They were very understanding and gracious and let me drop my dog off. They did a wonderful job. Bath, and trimmed his nails. This is the second time I’ve taken him there and the staff was very accommodating.

I feel like if my dog could talk, he'd tell me how much he loved it here! This was our first dog boarding experience and it was fantastic! Our pup got pleny of daily one-on-one time, and lots of socializing with the other guests. It did a world of good for his skiddish disposition. And he smelled so good after the bath he got just before we picked him up!

Very friendly staff. Had our dog boarded here for 8 nights. Were very understanding when called a few times to check in as it was her first time being boarded, even sent us a few pictures. She absolutely love it there. Also got her groomed before we picked her up and did an amazing job! Have used their daycare center once before so she could get used to the place before we boarded her and she loved it so much she didnt want to leave.

They did a GREAT job giving my dog a full body clip. He's a old dog but he came out looking so puppish. He appeared happy to just hang around there when I picked him up. I think he truly enjoyed the experience

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m so impressed with the service here. I just started to bring my 2 dogs for doggy daycare, and they are so tired afterwards. Mission accomplished! My wild child pointer fell asleep 5 minutes into the drive home. The staff is so nice, and you can tell they really care about all the dogs that come in.

When my other groomer flaked an could only get one of my 2 dogs in after I drove all the way from Maple Grove to Delano I was referred here to get my 2nd dog groomed since I had driven so far. I called and they made arrangements to get me in. I’m really glad my previous groomer referred me here because now I’ll only bring both dogs to Bubbles & Bows to be groomed! Caity was awesome and I look forward to bringing both my dogs here from now on. Excellent job! Great people! You know it’s a good place when you drop your dogs off an they don’t act like you’re bringing them to the vet!

I don't normally write reviews. However, I did not enjoy my experience with this groomer. Everything about this place was odd to me- from making the appointment, to arriving to the appointment, to what happened during the appointment, and how my dog was afterwards.First, when making the appointment, I called and was poorly greeted, which, whatever. But as I was scheduling, the lady on the phone kept putting me on hold without asking. It was very annoying and unprofessional. When arriving to my appointment, I was not greeted at the door. At the front desk was a woman and a young boy--a child. I stood there and said hello and she finally came around to me and my dog. She seemed like she was waiting for me to tell her what to do...I told her I was here for my dog's gland expression. She just reached for the leash, walked my dog into the next room and put her in the tub for the expression. I mentioned my dog is nervous--this is her first time at the groomer's. The woman did not comfort, talk to, or pet my dog. She then called this young child over to my dog to "pet her" and here this child is petting my dog's face and in her face during an already uncomfortable service. This made me very nervous. Now, my dog is NOT aggressive whatsoever, but I was scared she might bite or nip at him during the expression when she gets scared...who knows!? But what business has literal children involved in services with animals who are 1. unpredictable, and 2. a dog they have never met! Anyway, she proceeds to do the expression and during it my 45lb dog got scared and jumped out of the tub, knocking the kid over and into a shelf. The kid was crying and the woman told him to "hold on a second" and she just handed me my dog's leash, told me my total & took my payment, and we left... all while this poor child is just crying in the room.My dog was shaking the entire ride home and hid under the table when we got back. She was very scared and upset. Needless to say, we will NOT be back.

I gave this 1 star because there is not an option for 0. The absolute worst experience we have ever had. We took our dog in for a shampoo and a nail trim. When we picked up our dog he was shaved around his eyes, including eyebrows. He was shaved around his butt and his tail was shaved much like a poodle cut (He is a wire-haired pointing Griffon). We were charged for a haircut, grooming, shampoo and nail trim. We complained and received a phone message with an attempt to explain why they did what we did not request. Incidentally, when I picked up our dog there was a family ahead of me that was shocked to see their dog shaved as well. They also requested the shampoo.Our dog seemed traumatized and when we got home he would not exit the car. When I finally did coax him out he ran into the house and hid in the bedroom.We went to Bubbles and Bows to show the damage and request a refund for the haircut, (which we did not request) and were offered excuses. We were told by the owners daughter that the owner would like to speak with us but was not available. We waited 1 week for a refund with no response. We stopped again the following week and spoke with the owners son. He apologized, stated that his Mom sometimes cut dogs the way she would like, and gave us a refund for the cut. Finally, we were done with Bubbles and Bows and will not return even if they are the last service on the planet.

My golden got pampered at Bubbles & Bows! Bathed, brushed, detangled, and trimmed for $50! Groomer spent over an hour on the makeover. Would have taken me days! Very impressed! Look forward to our next visit!

I brought my 12 year old Westie today and they did a wonderful job grooming him! Grunt is a grumpy old man and did get a little snippy but I’m happy that Bubbles and Bows will take him again! Fabulous service, Grunt and I are very impressed!!❤️
