Service was great but food was subpar. It did come out hot but I'm pretty sure it wasn't cooked long enough as the fries were mushy and not appetizing. Also didn't have water at the soda station, so I wasted money on a cup for nothing.

It's fast food. They don't set prices I realize but the blizzards are overpriced at every location. Have had good food Everytime except for the 5 dollar lunch I can count the fries usually around 15 in there. Oh well it's fast and they have good burgers

Stopped on our way home from a trip out west. Our Blizzard's were fine, but the restaurant was dirty, the bathroom dirtier and super dark. 😳Also, the gal who seemed to be in charge, was really rude and condescending to the other workers.

We purchased three Buster Bars with great anticipation on our way through Dawson. Sadly, they were the worst Buster Bars we ever got from any Dairy Queen. The ice cream was very gritty the bars looked liked they had thawed and refrozen at some point. Never again at the Dawson Dairy Bar. ☹️

Terrible service, tried to order a cake for my grandkids for Easter. Employee on phone was rude. Asked if he could call me back in 15 to serve other customers. I am a customer! If they can't handle customers in these trying times and limited customers, what do they do during normal business?

Super friendly staff, food was ready quickly & tasted great! Restaurant was very clean & stocked. This is one of the Best Dairy Queens I've been to.

The chicken strip baskets have become such a rip off and who can eat even a 3 piece with the half of container of gravy they give you.Ice cream is always OK though!

employees were rude and didn't seem to be happy. they messes up on my order and I still had to pay for both of the items. If they messed up my order I dont see why I have to pay for it. also the restaurant was dirty.

Good food but as we were there as they were starting to close up one of the servers was getting the trash out and she did NOT wash her hands and she just gave us our food after that!

Waited 15 mins in line at drive through. Cars didnt move. Went inside and waited 7+ minutes at counter with no help. No one even apologized and there was only 4-5 cars total

My co-workers and I ate here over the weekend and we all felt nauseous afterwards. We all had chicken there. The staff was very friendly, but maybe stick to the ice cream.
