I'm not sure why they are always out of basically everything. They may as well shutter the entire hot food section off as I basically never see anything in the warmers; and the 'sub station closed today' sign is at least a couple years old now. Quite a few times, when I go into the store in the evenings, there is a crowd of young kids visiting with the cashiers, also young kids, and nobody is maintaining the registers.

They never answer the phone, if you ask for something to be made that isn’t already made they tell you they don’t know how or just hang up. They never answer the phone half of the time it never rings. The manager Carly Martin smokes pot in the office with the general manager and do not care what they’re employees are up to or doing a good job, if you walked into the men’s bathroom you’d know. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down or cleaned up a bit, the employees and the building.

Absolutely horrible their phone is never hooked up to take calls so it always sends you to voicemail. If you go in there and ask for food to be made, they tell you what you have to wait several hours and then after several hours when you go in there it’s still won’t be there, the managers, horrible and smoke pot inside of the building you could smell it every time she’s in there nighttime kids slack off 24 seven when they are there never food unless it’s just cheese pizza and absolute horrible business and makes the Casey’s name look bad if the owner sees this you need to do something. And not to mention the smell of the bathroom straight horrid.

Sent an Email to them regarding an extra change for throwing garbage way, it's been 3 days no response. Below is the email.I was told tonight that I'm being charged $10 for the 10 to 15 pop bottles that was in a bag, that I threw away in the garbage next to the fill-up pumps, which I just so happen to have bought from your store. My Suburban cost me about $80 a week to fill up which I've been buying from you guys for about a year now not to mention all of the pop and other items Ive bought from the store. So I'm hoping the $10 that I was charged for the garbage is worth the $400 a month I was spending I've got a 45-minute drive to and from work everyday there are plenty of other places that I will be now stopping at instead

This station has gone downhill. There are never donuts. Sub station has been closed for weeks, with a large, hand written sign that says, “Sorry no subs today.” Trying to order pizza and the wait is either well over an hour, or no one picks up the phone. The cooler with sandwiches was empty. Last time my kids and I stopped there was no pizza at all in then rotisserie, and when I asked the employee if there would be some coming out he said, “No. Yeah… sorry about that.” It’s obviously a staffing issue, but it does not appear that management cares either because this has been the way this station functions for months.

The filthiest bathrooms We've seen in years and many states traveled! We changed our minds about even paying the $ .50 to fill our own cup with their ice...thinking that the ice machine was probably as contaminated with bacteria as the bathrooms were.We will NOT be stopping here again.

Employees are great. But...this Casey's regularly charges .20 more per gallon of gas than neighboring community stations. This is pure exploitation of your community.

Idk if the chic that's working nights is hi or just clueless but she couldn't let us get gas because she couldn't authorise the pump. She couldn't put money on our card so we could pay at the pump!!!! Why in God's name us she working there? She can't make change..she tries to over charge people..I use to love this store..now I won't go back

Half of the employees that work here shouldnt be here or need better training. Everyone needs an overview on customer service. Pretty rude when employees are holding a conversation when there's a line of people waiting to be checked out or they tell you to wait because they're too busy talking to their friend.

The mens bathroom is discusting and at 6:45 pm on 11/5/21 there was not one crumb of hot food available. We stop here regularly for work but I believe we will be finding a different stop.

I went in to get a diet coke, talked to the guy working the till and he told me they were out of flatbread, pretty disappointed but I still got my batteries that I needed for my wii remote. Overall, a pretty decent Taco Johns.

There overnight employee is rude un groomed and un sanitary. Ran inside quickly to use the restroom after filling up my truck he demanded i go out there and hang the nozzle up even though it had finished pumping. I will from now on buy fuel from super america or holiday and all other casey location except the one located in dassel mn.

Pre pay is fine but please train your staff on how to make/give chane after pre paying and pumping the gas. No the $7 in change, from the 20 i gave you to turn on the pump, is not a tip. Learn to do math.

My last 3 times ordering pizza... 1. Asked for half w/sausage half without. I swear it had extra sausage all across the pizza as some sort of retaliation for only asking for half. 2. Said pizza would be done in 20 min. Hadn't started making it when I arrived. Apologized and set to work making it. Then tried stuffing the finished large into a medium box. They declared it ruined and tossed it. Never asked if I still wanted it as it probably wasn't that bad off. Left with pizza 30 min after proposed pick up time. 3. Ordered supreme with no sausage. I like sausage wife doesn't. As they have messed this up every time over the last few years I opted for no sausage at all because hey... how could that get messed up? Once again loaded with sausage.

I live in Dassel, but drive to Cokato for better gas, service, options..better conveinance stores in general...except Caseys...there are zero good ones.
